Hotel Vilnia (Vilnius, Lithuania) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Set in a magnificent 19th-century building with a commanding turret overlooking the Bernardine Garden, Hotel Vilnia musters all the regal grandeur of Vilnius’s glory years gone by. The lobby and attached lounge speak to contemporary renovations in the public spaces — clever lighting and wall treatments place interiors firmly in the present day. Bright, airy rooms maintain a hint of history in carefully preserved parquet flooring and quirky roofing, though the tech is satisfyingly up to date where it counts." - Tablet Hotels

Superb stay. Comfortable and quiet rooms. The bathroom was spacious and clean, felt very luxurious. Great staff. Very happy! Would definitely stay again. The location is perfect for exploring Vilnius, with the whole old town easy walkable. Lots of food options nearby.

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. It was quiet and clean and comfortable and a five minute walk to the cathedral or to old town, restaurants and lovely parks. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a nice terrace. Breakfast was filling. We had a room on the road and we could not hear the traffic. The windows were super efficient. |The location was the best part. We felt like we’re in the middle of everything yet it was quiet. They only charged 15 euro to park for 2 nights. Very reasonable. |Absolutely loved Vilnius and I would stay at the hotel Vilnius again.

We stayed here for two nights and it was a great base to explore the city.|All the sights and attractions were within walking distance. |The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. |The room was large and very clean and it had everything we needed. |Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.|Our only issue was that the hot food was not hot only warm.|We asked the waiting staff to heat our food in the microwave which solved the problem. |We would stay here again.

Very clean hotel. I stayed solo. My room was for 1 person on the top floor and had a tilted ceiling. But for one night and the price I paid it was acceptable. The bathroom was spacious nice and clean. The lobby of the hotel is so small that you can say it’s non- existent. The hotel is a good value for a a quick stay in the center of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Vilnia. Fantastic location , warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great value for money and nicer than we hoped for. Breakfast was a little bit so-so, but that’s the only thing, and it was so well priced it’s not a problem. Stay here, it’s fab.

Friendly staff very happy to help. Great, spacious rooms, very quiet despite central location. 8/9 minutes walk to all the main sites eg Vilnius cathedral, Gedmina’s hill tower and the palace of Duke of Lithuania.

Hotel Vilnia is exceptionally well located, within walking distance of Vilnius’s most important landmarks, including the Church of Saint Anne, Gediminas Castle, Cathedral Square, and the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania. It also stands near the entrance to the Old Town, right at the threshold of the city’s bohemian district, where history, culture, and everyday life blend effortlessly.||The hotel’s facilities are excellent: the rooms are clean, comfortable, and easily accessible by lift. Breakfast is varied, fresh, and attractively presented. The staff are courteous and attentive, always ready to assist guests with warmth and efficiency. We particularly appreciated our interactions with Lidia, who was charming, professional, and thoughtful, helping us with directions and several practical matters during our stay.

Great location, everything was walkable. They had parking (separate cost but very close and safe location). Staff were friendly, room was clean and plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was probably the best out of the 4 that I stayed (Tallinn, Riga and Helsinki). It wasn't the greatest, but really good.
