Hotel Vincci Albayzín Granada

I had a really good stay at Hotel Vincci Albayzín. The location is honestly hard to beat with it being right next to a beautiful basilica and a huge boulevard, so I was able to walk pretty much everywhere I wanted to go in the city. The front boulevard was magnificent. Even small kiosks were set up occasionally. There was a tapas restaurant nearby and a gelato shop too. The hotel itself is clearly well-thought-out and organized. The first thing you notice is the lobby; it has these gorgeous marble finishes that make it feel high-end the moment you walk in. I also loved the breakfast hall, it’s in a great spot within the building and has a really nice atmosphere for starting your day. Breakfast arrangements were great too. The whole place just feels warm and welcoming. The people at the front desk were super helpful, too. I’d actually forgotten my travel adapter, and they didn't hesitate to lend me a converter so I could charge my phone, which was a lifesaver. Travelling from Asia to Europe can be a bit trick with charging points at time. Better to carry a converter all along. Definitely a solid choice if you’re visiting Granada and want somewhere central and comfortable.

Unlike our other stays during our trip in Andalucía, this hotel was a low point. While the location is good and parking is available, the parking access is very narrow and poorly managed. The main issue was the reception staff’s inability to handle arriving guests efficiently. At times, both staff members focused on a single guest while other guests were left waiting. The short-term parking area at the entrance is almost always occupied, even though it is supposedly limited to 10 minutes. As a result, we were forced to park on the sidewalk, risking a fine, due to the staff’s poor handling of guest check-ins. Additionally, when we tried to make dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant, we were told that this was not managed by reception. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. In the end, we chose to dine elsewhere, which I would actually recommend. Overall, this stay did not feel like a four-star experience. Considering the price, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. There are better options available in the area, and I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very good hotel centrally located. Service excellent. I particularly liked the 24Euro dinner which had plenty of choice and is very good value. Nice sauna in the basement. Hotel parking in basement, but it can get full. Public underground car parking is nearby, but try to arrive in a quiet period as they also can get full (public holidays and weekends).

5/5 Excellent The location near centro is ideal for walking everywhere. The tree lined wide avenues are attractive. This hotel is immaculate, quality, modern. The breakfast atrium with high glass and superior breakfast was good. Next door we had the end sept celebration of Our Lady of Sorrows, a serious comminity celebration with bands, floats and a Basilica that was incredibly ornate . Room.was clean and acceptable space. All staff members friendly and helpful. A 5km run along useful straight major streets was good. Tourist tip if you want to see Alhambra book many weeks in advance or it wont happen. We would stay here again

A fantastic hotel on the main Boulevard leading up to the old town. It is located next-door to a beautiful church and across the road from several restaurants and cafés. To the right is a beautiful fountain and to the left the main street leading up to the main Square. The room is comfortable and a reasonable size. It has tea and a kettle, but no coffee or milk. There is a mini bar and pump, action soap and shampoo. There is a safe and some hanging space. The buffet breakfast was varied and of good quality. Chef made omelettes were available.

Lovely, peaceful hotel with charming, helpful staff. Well-situated to visit the main sights of the old city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast offered an excellent and delicious range of options. We loved our stay here.

From the moment we checked in this hotel was delightful. The reception staff were so keen to help and offer advice on where to go. The hotel was elegant and tastefully furnished. The room was lovely and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the boulevard. It was centrally located and and a short walk to the centre. We ate in the restaurant which was reasonably priced and delicious. Would recommend!

We stayed at this property a week ago. We booked the junior suite and checked in. When we settled into our room we discovered the room directly above us was being renovated and that the workmen were jack hammering from morning until 7.00pm over two days. We complained to management as did guests in four other rooms just to be relocated to a small room still with the sound of the Jack hammering. The difference in the room rate (online) was over $300eur but we were only offered $80.00 refund AND no compensation. Apparently this hotel is renovating all the bathrooms WHILST the hotel is operating so be very Cautious when booking . The property is lovely, the location is great but our stay was very disappointing
