"Along the Tagus River The Tagus River is definitely a must in Lisbon . And there are so many ways to enjoy it. You can ride a bicycle or walk in several parts—in Belém or at Parque das Nações, or under the April 25th Bridge. Join the fishermen and get some fish; sit at Ribeira das Naus, enjoying the view over the bridge and to the other side of the river; maybe rent a sailboat and venture out into the river. Or, if you prefer, go canoeing. Have a drink or a meal next to the river, then take the ferry to the other side and see the city from outside."

The location was fantastic, truly walking distance to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a large, cozy bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only challenge I experienced was a marathon was happening when I arrived, so no taxis or rideshares would take me to the hotel from the train station. I had to walk with my luggage over cobblestone streets. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to be aware of. I also found it a bit difficult to get rideshares during my stay, though I’m not sure if that was due to the event or just Lisbon in general. Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location.

The location and the breakfast buffet were very satisfying, but the walls in the guest room were so thin I wondered if they were made of cardboard. There was absolutely no privacy. Around 5 a.m., when the room next door became active, I could hear everything as clearly as if it were a video. On top of that, even though I had put up the “No Cleaning Needed” sign, someone entered my room without permission and my umbrella was stolen. If you still want to stay here despite all that, then go ahead.

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Vincci Baixa and we would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality. The front desk was very receptive and gave us a room with balcony. They were friendly and helpful making our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. Hotel’s location was amazing, just a few minutes from most famous tourist spots and a lot of good restaurants close by. Room and bathroom were spotless.

Excellent location — just a few steps from the sea. Great service, and the breakfast was wonderful, with a large and tasty selection.|The room was comfortable, with a cute balcony where you could sit outside, plenty of mirrors, and a refrigerator.|The only issue was that the air conditioner vent was positioned right above the bed, so whoever sleeps there gets the cold air blowing directly on their back. We ended up getting sick and catching a cold from it.|Overall, an excellent hotel — highly recommended!||

We had a great stay. Hotel is close to everything. It also has a nice breakfast buffet included. Rooms and rest of the hotel is very clean and not dated. Would definetely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location with pleasant and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were modern and clean. Perfect for a short stay before our cruise. Easy walking distance to Rua Augusta, Tram 28 and cruise port.

We stayed here for about a week and had the best time. From the moment we checked in - where we had a long chat about the city and where we were from to breakfast, our room and departure - everything was great!||||My partner and I had both been communicating with the hotel without the other knowing to surprise each other for a special occasion we had coming up. Vincci went above and beyond and made our stay truly wonderful.||||The breakfast here is lovely, simple but perfect when you're in the city.||||The location of this hotel couldn't be better for exploring Lisbon!

Horrible front desk staff! For a decent hotel in a good location, staff should be better trained in customer service, and being well versed with paying customers, stiffing them for incorrect prices and withholding their baggage. Pedro especially, as the ‘supervisor’ had cold stares, made rude remarks upon check-out and displayed poor hospitality. A message to owner/management - please retrain him or hire better, otherwise stay would have been better, such a shame.
