Amazing staff always happy to help even when you don't speak very good Spanish, The breakfast is excellent and worth the money. Good hotel parking for your car. Very safe. Easy access to the town center via the bus and motorways. And a nice shopping center over the road.

Despite not being very close to El Centro, this hotel had everything else and was very well run. Modern, large rooms, plenty of closet space, great bathroom and especially excellent shower. The vibe was chill and while I didn't get to enjoy the cuisine, my colleague gave it a high rating. Close to some good restaurants, the River Duero and more.

We really enjoyed our stay, the ensuite room was perfect, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice.|| Having secure parking is also a great facility. We will stay again.

Easy hotel to find and good onsite parking. Our room was spacious, large double bed and very nice bathroom. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the aircon in the room which was terrible. The room was hot and stuffy and despite staff turning it down to its lowest setting, having raised the issue with staff on the front desk, we could not get the temperature in the room to drop below 26.5⁰C. We complained to staff on the front desk and just received a lot of shrugging and were told there was nothing they could (would) do; not even a fan available apparently. Had a really bad night's sleep; thank goodness we were only staying one night.||Would recommend avoiding if you don't want a hot stuffy room and staff who are not interested in resolving issues.
