Hotel Vincci Frontaura

Despite not being very close to El Centro, this hotel had everything else and was very well run. Modern, large rooms, plenty of closet space, great bathroom and especially excellent shower. The vibe was chill and while I didn't get to enjoy the cuisine, my colleague gave it a high rating. Close to some good restaurants, the River Duero and more.

Amazing staff always happy to help even when you don't speak very good Spanish, The breakfast is excellent and worth the money. Good hotel parking for your car. Very safe. Easy access to the town center via the bus and motorways. And a nice shopping center over the road.

Service is good, breakfast is good, room facilities are little old. Recommend for short stay!

For the price charged i would expect having the sauna services all week and not only on weekends. This is not correct. I might return but i am afraid this strategy is misleading customers on several websites and platforms

Easy hotel to find and good onsite parking. Our room was spacious, large double bed and very nice bathroom. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the aircon in the room which was terrible. The room was hot and stuffy and despite staff turning it down to its lowest setting, having raised the issue with staff on the front desk, we could not get the temperature in the room to drop below 26.5⁰C. We complained to staff on the front desk and just received a lot of shrugging and were told there was nothing they could (would) do; not even a fan available apparently. Had a really bad night's sleep; thank goodness we were only staying one night.||Would recommend avoiding if you don't want a hot stuffy room and staff who are not interested in resolving issues.

Great price, helpful staff, well-located to meet our needs. It is a designer-type hotel, engineered for looks rather than functionality...chairs nice looking but not comfortable, had to ask them to send up a proper chair to use the desk. Great place for an overnight, but we stayed four days...we paid for a larger room but found it rather cramped, would hate to see what the small room is!

Needed a place between Porto and San Sébastien to stop, chose this hotel for price and pictures. It was a great decision. The room was very comfortable, food tasty and great service.
