The location of this hotel is good, in an internal street, near the Valencia Station-North.|The reception is also good, as there is enough space to seat and relax and tables to get a drink.|The reception staff is helpful and they fulfill your requests, but they seem somehow unhappy to work there.|The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, but the room-furniture is very basic, old and used… and the floor not well cleaned. |The rooms definitely need renovation.|The breakfast is a buffet, but the selection is basic and the food does not have much taste. The waiters also put a lot of pressure on you, as they want to remove dishes and cups too quickly from your table.|I would rate this hotel like a good 3-star but definitely not a 4-star.

Fabulous choice of hotel! My husband and I and another couple have just returned from a 3 night stay. Great quality hotel with friendly, professional staff. Our room was large with a great bathroom. Breakfast choice was good and well presented. Small bar in reception was extremely reasonably priced.Location is spot on for city centre attractions. Loved our stay at the Vincci Lys and will highly recommend to any friends or family who visit Valencia. Thank you to all the staff.

I stayed at Hotel Vincci Lys during the August 2025 Heat wave. It was exceptionally hot and the A/C struggled to keep up in the late evenings but I still managed to sleep just fine. ||Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Although my spanish was not so good they were still exceptionally helpful and made sure my questions were answered. The breakfast was great. A very broad spread, fresh baked pastries, freshly made nutritional shakes and a good selection of protien (for a continential breakfast). 9.5/10||Would Recommend! ||Great Location - Close to downtown shopping district. If you are interested in shopping I would encourage you to go a bit further to Aqua Multispace or El Corte Ingles. This is also located across from the Oceanographic building and the Art Building. Both are accessible if you rent a bike and cycle alongside Jardien del Turia.

The moment we arrived the reception staff were so their friendly and efficient. They accommodated our limited Spanish (and no Valenciano) with kindness. They went to extra efforts to make sure that the room was exactly as we had asked for when we made the reservation. They also made it possible for us to have entry to the room when we arrived. That was such a bonus since we had been travelling since about 3 am until we checked in. ||This attitude of friendly professionalism remained throughout our stay ||The room was prepared , that day and every day, so thoroughly. Each day, on our return to the room after housekeeping had been done, it was as if we were coming into the room for the first time. On every occasion when we met the housekeeping staff they were so friendly and obliging. ||From the moment we entered the breakfast room on the second day of our stay we were treated in such a personal way. The lady who seemed to be in charge was so welcoming, so friendly and so professional. We are so sorry that we did not find out her name. (From conversation with her I understand that she is Valencian but spent time in London. I say, without exaggeration, that her command of English is far better than the great majority of native speakers of English.) It was such a pleasure to meet her each morning. We were so sorry not to be able to say goodbye to her on our last day. All the other staff in the breakfast room were likewise so friendly and professional. Because our Spanish/Valencian language skills are poor/non-existent (for now, we hope) we could not communicate with them easily, but without any doubt all the staff made breakfast a highlight.||Probably the clearest indication of our experience and our pleasure in the stay is that although we had intended to stay in Valencia, and at the Vincci Lys, for only three days, on the day before we were due to leave to come home we arranged a further three days’ stay. That was carried out seamlessly at reception. Although doing so required a change of flights, we were and are so glad that we did.||We wish to say an enormous, ‘Thank You’ to everyone. We hope to return to the Vincci Lys very soon

Location superb. Room large, well appointed and confortable. Closet and lighting excellent. Bathroom large and well lighted with bidet. Shower very good. Chair and seat a bit worn and sagging.

Located right in a side street of the bustling main boulevard this hotel has a golden spot. Plenty of cafés, eateries and supermarkets just around the corner. The hotel itself seems to be relatively recently renovated and clean. Only downside: The noise protection in the rooms is very weak and you can hear other people talking, showering or listening to music. We would chose this hotel again though.

Another trip booked through BA Holidays. But for the SECOND holiday in a row, we were allocated an inadequate room, at the end of the corridor. Room 406.|Unpleasant smell. Tried to air out & use the aircon. Slept over-night and still unpleasant.|Asked Reception, Sandra, to resolve the problem. She said Maintenance would deal with it.|When we returned, after a day out, discovered all they had done was leave the window wide open for the mosquitoes to enter! And this was during the heatwave.|Next day, it still had not improved, so we asked to be moved and invited the Manager to visit the room to experience the problem. He declined to come. Later, Teresa (very good) intervened and organised a change. Thanks.|We had to re-pack all our stuff and wait until after 12 midday for the move.|After the change to a decent room the hotel proved good.|Breakfast excellent, especially the staff and Fran was very conscienteous. Location is central not far from the Main Station and Ayuntamiento Square and fountains. Everything walkable. Buses all around, if you want, and only 2€ per journey. Cash or credit card accepted onboard. You can save a bit if you prepay a 'suma' card if making a lot of journey's.|We walked to the beach (once!) but a hard slog in the heat and over 5kms. The bus is very easy and gets you very close to the beach. Pick up the return outside Bar Otre Parte, and have lunch there. Doesn't look much, but good fresh food and reasonable.|Taxi to the hotel from the airport is only about 20€ on the meter. Forget Uber - too expensive, and one time we tried to get back to the airport they let us down. Useless.|Note about BA Holidays: we use them regularly and always take a room upgrade, when offered at booking, BUT the last 2 x reservations they only had one room-type. And we were let down on both, and beginning to believe BA pay the lowest rates for the poorest rooms - not what we expect when we always travel Club. See my other reviews.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional accessibility features! In our quest for an accessible hotel in Valencia, it quickly rose to the top of our list, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's commitment to accessibility was evident. We were able to park right in front of the hotel to unload our bags, and convenient parking was available next door. The smooth and step-free entry made for a hassle-free arrival, especially appreciated under the hot sun. A refreshing water station greeted us upon entry, providing a welcoming touch. Our check-in experience was seamless, thanks to the lovely and accommodating desk staff member, Lucia, who exuded warmth and hospitality. I had a special request for a tall bar stool in the bathroom, and the hotel staff promptly arranged for one to be brought up to our room. The room itself was spacious, with ample closet space, a table and chair, and two nightstands. The highlight was the beautifully designed bathroom, complete with sturdy support bars on either side of the toilet. While a higher toilet would be a welcome addition, I was prepared with my own seat riser, ensuring a comfortable stay. The roll-in shower with a fold-down seat showcased the thoughtful planning put into making the room fully accessible. The well-stocked mini-fridge and snack bar, along with efficient AC controls, added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. One evening, after a day of exploring the city – with me on my scooter and my companion on roller skates – we opted for room service and were delighted by the well-prepared and delicious meal. The prompt service further underscored the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's central location made it a perfect hub for our explorations, allowing us easy access to various attractions around the city. The seamless checkout process, with no waiting time and courteous assistance, made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. With such an exceptional experience, we have no doubt that should we find ourselves back in Valencia, we will without a doubt choose to return to this beautiful and meticulously adapted hotel.

Very nice hotel, in the heart of the city ( 3 minutes walk from the Xativa station). I stayed one week and loved it.
