Hotel Vincci Mercat

This was my third stay in a Vinnci hotel. Vinnci Mercatdid not disappoint. A warm welcome from helpful knowledgeable reception staff. My room was airy spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping is of a consistently high standard. Breakfast had a wide choice and was frequently replenished. The roof top pool while small was very welcome and the terrace a delight. The hotel’s situation in the old town is ideal. All in all a lovely stay in a clean ,friendly and well run hotel. Every staff member was charming and took pride in their work.

After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. Ana was super welcoming, reassured me of my safety and offered to help in any way she could. She even provided a drink on the house when I told them what had happened and again I was met with the loveliest bar staff. Not to mention the room’s facilities are great, stylish and super comfortable.

Staff were very lovely, helped with tickets for the zoo and aquarium. ||Nice selection for breakfast and again the staff were very welcoming. ||Roof top pool was ideal after a hot day, adequate size for the people using it, nice shallow step area which was handy for my toddler. Bar staff also very friendly and served drinks at the pool. Pool food selection wasn’t great so we didn’t eat any snacks at the pool, cocktails also very expensive for what they were. Wine fine though. Pool was ideal for my family but a little bit tired looking. ||Best bit was the huge very comfortable bed (far more comfortable than the 5 star bed I had in Barcelona) .||Location wise it was very central, opposite the hotel is a little play area for children and a lovely Italian restaurant. It is down a quiet street so walking home late at night on my own felt a little daunting depending on the direction, but Valencia appeared to be a maze of little streets so I’m unsure which location would have been better. ||Overall this was a great hotel for a laid back stay with my little boy.

Lovely hotel, close walking distance to everything in the old city and close to the Train station and metro. The staff were great and offered us an upgrade for our 30th anniversary, and which we enjoyed very much. Thank you Theresa and Ana. We also enjoyed the pool on the hot days.

A great little hotel in the perfect central location to walk to the main plazas and sights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool area very small but good to cool off. Rooms quite small and some noise at night but expected for central location. Overall a good choice for the money and for a few nights in this beautiful city

This is the perfect location for exploring Old Town Valencia, a ten minute walk or less to anywhere in Old Town. Our room was clean with an amazing rain shower and a bed so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! The staff was friendly and responsive to our every need. Breakfast was very good. Our stay was easily rated a ten and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the history, food and drink, and the many other wonders of Valencia.

Stayed for four nights and had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing - close to the central market, restaurants, and shops. The room was beautiful and clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool/lounge/bar was wonderful on the hot days! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town - Suited our purposes ideally. All staff were friendly and very helpful. This was our first visit to Valencia - we will visit again and have no hesitation in booking this hotel
