Hotel Vincci Porto

My husband and I stayed here for the end of our honeymoon. We had a great stay! They had our room ready a little early which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious and clean. We slept very well- the bed was extremely comfortable and the area around the hotel is quiet. The staff anytime we interacted were very helpful. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the dining services as we were out and about. The location is about a 20-25 minute walk into the center of town depending on where you want to go. If you walk along the water it’s a very pretty walk. We did end up splitting our time walking vs utilizing uber which was very accessible and affordable. The tram also passes right by the hotel and was easy and fun to use as well!! We would stay here again.

The room was very good, with a king sized bed that was so comfortable. Air-con great too, fridge for personal use. Large bathroom with great products. Relaxed breakfast with great choices. Staff were extremely helpful with sightseeing & river cruise. Rooftop restaurant was perfect & great food with superb views. A good location with easy access to buses & trams (stops literally over the road) or a lovely 25min riverside walk to the centre of Porto. Finally, there aren’t many hotels that I’ve been to that have a Helipad outside either!!

Nice hotel. Simple and did its job. Just out of town but we loved the close local bar and restaurants. We really loved staying local as much as going into town. Very clean and modern. Hardly spent time in the hotel, so I can't judge too much.

An amazing hotel that's well situated. The rooms are amazing, very comfortable beds and spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice 😋 |The rooftop bar was the icing on the cake and the food served up there is amazing too. Would happily return .

Not in the centre of Porto but easily accessible by Uber. Bus service not very frequent but very cheap. Not near a metro stop. Hotel clean and comfortable. Only ate breakfast at hotel, which was comprehensive and good quality. But please drop the folk singer at Sunday breakfast. Lovely voice but not wanted by me. Very helpful and attentive reception team. Room clean and well equipped. Huge bed. Hotel fronts River but road outside used as a speedway by tetosterrazzi bikers. Didn't bother me but kept my wife awake. Overall happy with pur stay and would return

We enjoyed this hotel and their staff. Everyone was very helpful when you asked them questions. It’s a comfortable room that is in a good location. You can access transportation into town or out to the beach right in front of the hotel. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for three nights early in September. The process to check in and check out was extremely fast. I believe that people and service are the only way to become a four-star hotel. During our stay, Paulo and our porter and the refined gentleman managing the breakfast service really took excellent care of us. One night, we returned to our room to find a packaged wine and chocolate with a personalized note. That was a nice touch! We enjoyed the quiet toilets and daily room service. I would stay at this hotel again. In the meantime, management should take care of the slippery shower floors and change the policy of charging extra to replace teabags I've used in my room.

Located near the centre and adjacent to Trindade metro, which can be accessed very easily on foot. There is a lift that takes you nearer than the route suggested by google maps. Pavements are smooth enough for wheeled bags.|The rooms are very quiet but you do get the noise of the city when in the open at the 5th floor bar or pool. The rooms are very clean if a bit spartan...no drawers.|The staff are BRILLIANT, HAPPY AND HELPFUL.|The breakfast was fair value offering continental and 'english' and there are several restaurants in the street very nearby.|Value....that depends on your normal budget but perhaps you could get the same for less.

This hotel is a former fish market located in front of the Douro river. This hotel is clean, nice decoration and modern. The bed is comfortable and the room has a decent size for a European hotel. Do not forget to take your breakfast, nice hot buffet, eggs, sausages, grilled mushrooms, fresh juice , cheese bar, a variety of different type of bread. I was not disappointed for the service, waitress always making sure we have a clean table with our fresh coffee. They also have lactose free milk which is rare.

Great little spot for an afternoon cocktail. The roof top has a spot for drinks and a quick bite. Service was great, but the view was better!!!

I loved this place!!! Very kind people, great service! The room is suuuper nice, great shower, fair room space. The smell in the reception is delicious and hotel style is very nice! For me everything was great, i do recommend and would stay again, actually i was going to stay one day only and my experience was so good that I decided to extended for one more day! Superb!

Vincci is a great chain in Spain and Portugal, we were quite lucky to get the reservation at a very good price online and we decided to go for it. Despite it not being located "spot on" in the center of Porto, is a great establishment, rooms are big and comfortable, wifi is very good and staff performance is great too. Nothing bad to tell about them, add a spa and a bit closer to the center and you have a 5 star review, but even if it did not make it to 5 stars for me it's still a great place to stop for holidays or work.
