Hotel Vincci Soho

Amazing service, a wonderful hotel and room service food and incredible location! For the price great value for money. Some furniture showed signs wear and tear but this was easy to overlook given all the positives. Very comfortable bed and very quiet room. We will definitely come back

I recently stayed at Vincci Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the level of service and attention to detail was lacking. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: 1. Poor Staff Attitude: The staff at the hotel were consistently impolite and unhelpful. Instead of greeting guests with warmth or professionalism, they seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I approached the front desk with a simple request, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist. It felt as though my concerns were an inconvenience to them. 2. Ignored Guest Requests: Throughout my stay, my requests were repeatedly ignored. Whether it was asking for extra towels, assistance with room issues, or even basic information about the hotel’s amenities, the staff either failed to follow through or outright dismissed my concerns. This lack of responsiveness made my stay incredibly frustrating. 3. Unclean Rooms: The condition of the room was another major letdown. Upon entering, I noticed that the floors were dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and the bedding looked worn and unkempt. It was clear that housekeeping had not done a thorough job, which made the entire stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. 4. Lack of Guest Care: What stood out the most was the overall lack of care for guests. It felt as though the hotel management and staff were not invested in ensuring a positive experience for their visitors. There was no effort to address issues or make amends for the shortcomings, which left me feeling undervalued as a guest. Conclusion: My stay at Vincci Hotel was highly disappointing. The combination of rude staff, ignored requests, and unclean rooms made for an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. There are far better options in the area that prioritize guest satisfaction and maintain higher standards of cleanliness and service. Rating: one star (only because the location was convenient, but even that couldn’t make up for the poor experience). If you’re considering staying here, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. In same area there are many hotels which better accommodate and serve with lower cost.

Good overall. Location is good and you can park your car inside. Staff was friendly enough and room was good despite facing the inner shaft. Decent breakfast. If you must drive, this hotel is hard to beat in Madrid. Otherwise, there are better options out there there.

Clean, helpful front desk, excellent location, walkable to many sights. If you do the breakfast buffet it is quite extensive. If you are not a big morning eater I would pass as there are nearby places to grab just some coffee. I had 2 issues. This is specific to me but the bathroom was a little dark for my liking. I like the bathroom and mirrors a bit more well lit and the dark walls didn't help. The other issue was the walls were very thin and you could hear EVERTHING happening in the next rooms. I don't know if the rooms in different wings were different but it was definitely the case in our room. ||Despite the few issues, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a city trip. You can easily reach everything on foot and there are many great restaurants and cafés to discover nearby. I can't judge the breakfast as we always had breakfast somewhere else. The cocktail bar in the hotel could arrange their drinks nicer, there was no decoration on the cocktails, which is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. It was my husband's birthday on the day of arrival, but unfortunately we were not as lucky as the other guests, this was not taken into consideration. We had a room on the first balcony with a view of the street/the restaurant opposite. It was very noisy at night, but with the window closed it was absolutely quiet and you could sleep well. ||||

Disastrous New Year’s Eve Stay||We spent New Year’s Eve at the Vincci Soho Hotel, and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Our room was directly above the party venue, and the music blasted until 5 AM – sleeping was absolutely impossible. My wife, who is pregnant, couldn’t get a moment of rest, making the situation even worse.||The hotel offered no alternatives, such as a room change, despite our calls for assistance. Instead, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of care for their guests. This level of disregard is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.||The start of the year could not have been worse – a night filled with stress and disappointment. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you value rest or good service.

Wonderful neighborhood for tourists. Quiet yet central. Rooms are a bit small but clean. Missing some modern amenities such as USB ports for charging devices.

THis hotel lived up to our higjh expectations. Perfectly located for visiting all the sighte of Madrid. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet in the room at night despite a lot of activity outside. A five minute walk to the Prado, 10 mins to PLaza Major. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and went twice in four nights it was so good. A nice touch was the small cake sent to the room, with Happy Birthday in Spanish decorating the plate. They must have checked my passport for the date. Excellent. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Vincci Soho is a modern and chic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The accommodations are great and the service is top notch. The hotel has a great outdoor terrace and is within walking distance to the main attractions areas . Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great location!! Walking distance to central Madrid very close to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel Mercado San anton, Royal palacio and much more! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great! Very roomy, king size bed, sitting area and spacious bathroom. Wish it had more lighting but made it for an intimate feel and skylights let in just enough sunlight!

The design of the shower is so flawed, I almost burst into tears in there. The water switch from hot to cold suddenly, so I had to turn up the water. Then it went burning hot. I can't reach the knob so for five minutes I was just standing there waiting the water to turn cold again--guess what it didn't happened! I can't get through the hot water, so I had to stand on the edge of the bathtub and reached the showerhead and climbed back down. All with hot water running. There is also a skylight on the roof that does not have curtain so you literally wake up with the sun :) Otherwise is good. The services are great but the whole design of the hotel is simply awkward.

I've been in the Vincci Soho for two nights only but i really enjoied it. For this price class the room was quite big. Interior decoration is ok but nothing special for Madrid and especially for this neighbourhood where you can visit more clever Hotels. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer free Wi-Fi but it's very slow.

This hotel was great! Perfect location. Good price - $107 a night. Could walk to all the tourist sites I wanted to see and also great for walking to and from the bars and clubs at night. The rooms are really nice and have everything you need. Love the decor and the lighting. Great vibe. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. You can get a late checkout here for any time you want for just €30. Would recommend and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Rooms smell bad. The hotel has overcharged my credit card and I've written emails and I still haven't gotten the refund. Stay somewhere else.
