Hotel Vincci Soho

Perfect Location. Staff very friendly. Decor is modern styled retro, and very inviting. Lots of lounge sofas to experience the vibe. The restaurant has some nice dinner options and a good relaxing vibe. Breakfast as was also very sufficient. Our Room was compact but had all needed facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Despite being right in the center of Madrid, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful was a perfect place to relax after my long trip. The location is ideal, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops, 15 minutes walk to Atocha The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and i slept extremely well thanks to the calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. An excellent choice if you want to be close to everything but still enjoy tranquility and comfort. We would happily stay here again.

Great location. Able to walk everywhere. Metro access available close by. Beds were very comfortable. Good size room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was construction on the street by our room, but didn't start until 8:00 or 8:30. The drinks in the bar were very good. We thought the breakfast wasn't worth the cost, perhaps because we don't tend to eat much for breakfast. Lots to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The design is modern and stylish, everything feels fresh and well thought out. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you could possibly need — all the little details were taken care of. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and style!

The conference room is spacious and well suited for business meetings of around 100 participants.||4. Value|The buffet and snacks are served punctually and are both tasty and nicely presented. Drinks are of good quality, and overall service runs smoothly. There was a minor issue with an odor coming from the lobby toilets, but it should be an easy fix. Nothing major to complain about—I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.

Vincci Soho is a nice hotel in a nice location not that far from Plaza Cibeles and Neptune Fountain. It trends towards a contemporary hotel with it's design but has some traditional elements as well.||I would have given this hotel a 4, given that their check in service was just ok. But I must say they keep their premises and room very clean. It felt nice staying there. Their rain shower was also pleasant.

This hotel's location is awesome, right in the city center. You can hit up historical sites, monuments, or lively streets in the heart of Madrid within a ten-minute walk in any direction.||The room size is decent, and the bathroom is super clean, with different types of towels that are spotless.||I do have a few complaints, though. The lighting and colors in the hallways, plus having to lug your bags up steps to your room, are a bit annoying, especially with heavy luggage. Also, the reception staff is so busy that they can't spend much time with each guest. They're basically like, "Okay, if you're done, let me get to the next person," which feels a bit indifferent.||Oh, and there's a lively bar at this hotel. If you're feeling lonely, you could totally spend your nights there, grab some refreshments and drinks.

I do not understand how this hotel has so many good reviews other than it’s in a good location. The rooms are small, I requested a room with a bath tub and didn’t get it, the rooms are very dark, the tv is tiny, the room is boring, bathroom is small, and absolutely no views. I feel like I am in a hostel. I would never stay here again.

Vincci Soho is a modern and chic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The accommodations are great and the service is top notch. The hotel has a great outdoor terrace and is within walking distance to the main attractions areas . Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great location!! Walking distance to central Madrid very close to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel Mercado San anton, Royal palacio and much more! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great! Very roomy, king size bed, sitting area and spacious bathroom. Wish it had more lighting but made it for an intimate feel and skylights let in just enough sunlight!

The design of the shower is so flawed, I almost burst into tears in there. The water switch from hot to cold suddenly, so I had to turn up the water. Then it went burning hot. I can't reach the knob so for five minutes I was just standing there waiting the water to turn cold again--guess what it didn't happened! I can't get through the hot water, so I had to stand on the edge of the bathtub and reached the showerhead and climbed back down. All with hot water running. There is also a skylight on the roof that does not have curtain so you literally wake up with the sun :) Otherwise is good. The services are great but the whole design of the hotel is simply awkward.

I've been in the Vincci Soho for two nights only but i really enjoied it. For this price class the room was quite big. Interior decoration is ok but nothing special for Madrid and especially for this neighbourhood where you can visit more clever Hotels. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer free Wi-Fi but it's very slow.

This hotel was great! Perfect location. Good price - $107 a night. Could walk to all the tourist sites I wanted to see and also great for walking to and from the bars and clubs at night. The rooms are really nice and have everything you need. Love the decor and the lighting. Great vibe. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. You can get a late checkout here for any time you want for just €30. Would recommend and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Rooms smell bad. The hotel has overcharged my credit card and I've written emails and I still haven't gotten the refund. Stay somewhere else.
