Hotel Vincci Soho

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The design is modern and stylish, everything feels fresh and well thought out. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you could possibly need — all the little details were taken care of. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and style!

Great location. Able to walk everywhere. Metro access available close by. Beds were very comfortable. Good size room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was construction on the street by our room, but didn't start until 8:00 or 8:30. The drinks in the bar were very good. We thought the breakfast wasn't worth the cost, perhaps because we don't tend to eat much for breakfast. Lots to do in the area.

The conference room is spacious and well suited for business meetings of around 100 participants.||4. Value|The buffet and snacks are served punctually and are both tasty and nicely presented. Drinks are of good quality, and overall service runs smoothly. There was a minor issue with an odor coming from the lobby toilets, but it should be an easy fix. Nothing major to complain about—I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.

A charming, elegant, and whimsical hotel in a wonderful location. A wonderful place to stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and super cool decor. The location can’t be beat, we were never more than a 20 minute walk to anything, surrounded by bars/restaurants and boutique shops, without the noise and busy feeling of gran via. Would only come back here when I visit Madrid again!

The hotel was an incredible experience. From the moment of arrived a very professional, kind and helpful reception took care of us, to the entire lobby area we lover, the perfect location to the most cute and beautiful room. Highly recommend this hotel price is so fair.

The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from vincci hotel here in Madrid and I must mention these 3 hotel staffs BERTA, HELLENA, and EDWARD) exceeded my expectations. they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was not only enjoyable but comfortable. I wish other hotels can produce staff of high-quality and professionalism like these people I mentioned above 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to return to Madrid because I know where I will be sleepingbecause these people made my time here an amazing one it was shot yet it was sweet massive thank you and all the best. I had a wonderful experience at Vincci Soho. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and very charming windows/balconies. Perfectly neat and spacious. The restaurant has a very pretty terrace. The service was amazing. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and they went over and beyond to get my room ready hours before check in time when my flight was early. I really appreciated that. Everything you want to see in Madrid is at walking distance. I absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Vincci Soho is a modern and chic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The accommodations are great and the service is top notch. The hotel has a great outdoor terrace and is within walking distance to the main attractions areas . Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great location!! Walking distance to central Madrid very close to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel Mercado San anton, Royal palacio and much more! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great! Very roomy, king size bed, sitting area and spacious bathroom. Wish it had more lighting but made it for an intimate feel and skylights let in just enough sunlight!

The design of the shower is so flawed, I almost burst into tears in there. The water switch from hot to cold suddenly, so I had to turn up the water. Then it went burning hot. I can't reach the knob so for five minutes I was just standing there waiting the water to turn cold again--guess what it didn't happened! I can't get through the hot water, so I had to stand on the edge of the bathtub and reached the showerhead and climbed back down. All with hot water running. There is also a skylight on the roof that does not have curtain so you literally wake up with the sun :) Otherwise is good. The services are great but the whole design of the hotel is simply awkward.

I've been in the Vincci Soho for two nights only but i really enjoied it. For this price class the room was quite big. Interior decoration is ok but nothing special for Madrid and especially for this neighbourhood where you can visit more clever Hotels. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer free Wi-Fi but it's very slow.

This hotel was great! Perfect location. Good price - $107 a night. Could walk to all the tourist sites I wanted to see and also great for walking to and from the bars and clubs at night. The rooms are really nice and have everything you need. Love the decor and the lighting. Great vibe. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. You can get a late checkout here for any time you want for just €30. Would recommend and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Rooms smell bad. The hotel has overcharged my credit card and I've written emails and I still haven't gotten the refund. Stay somewhere else.
