I stayed here as a solo traveler in September 2023 for 6 nights. This hotel was recommended in my guidebook. It is a boutique hotel, and so overall, it is relatively 'quiet', in the sense that it isn't busy like a big chain hotel, but the walls are thin, and so sometimes I was able to hear a baby crying. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, but the lighting could be improved. I had a small lamp on my nightstand and the main ceiling light, which was a harsh fluorescent white light. There really wasn't any other lighting selection in between. Google lists this hotel as a '4-star hotel', maybe when it first opened, but you can tell it is a bit dated now, and I would say it's a '3-star hotel' at best. You can see the wear and tear on the hotel, which shows that it's a bit dated. Daily breakfast was included with my stay, and overall was better than the other hotels I stayed in in BiH; the main improvement was hot eggs (other hotels I stayed in in BiH served only hard-boiled eggs), but this is just a personal preference. They serve your typical toast, spreads, cold-cut meats, fruit, Bosnian sweets, coffee, juice, and water. The best part about this hotel is the location. It is close to Old Town, but you're not directly in Old Town, and so it does feel a bit more quiet and less chaotic.
