Hotel Visegrád

A lovely location with great views from the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they took care of arranging rides and so forth for us (we don't speak hungarian). The spa is delightful and the rooms are clean and very quiet at night.

The hotel and facilities were first class. The staff were very professional,especially David who helped make a birthday celebration very memorable. Tibor Zellor (owner) was very welcoming and ensured that we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very nice and we had a great time. The main downside in the rooms were two things. The air conditioning did not seem to work and it was extremely hot in the room, and the mistrace might as well have been concrete. The spa area was great, and there were clear signs of kid and no-kids areas, but unfortunately that is not enforced, so you see kids being kids in areas meant only for adults, but that is fine, because thankfully the kids we encountered well well behaved. The hotel is within walking distance to boat trips and restaurants and the beautiful castle needs transportation to access but transport is not expensive and the hotel even helped in that regard. The food was good, the selection of breakfast in relation to fruits is poor, but the service and quality of the food otherwise is excellent. It is a really good 4 star hotel. Would the matrace have been better and a way to mitigate the very hot temperatures inside, it would have been an easy 5 stars.

It a great wellness hotel. The wellness part is slightly crowded tho. Not sure why they play disco music, that’s the opposite of relaxing. Besides that it has an amazing view of the castle and the mountains. The food options are good and has okay quality. Overall good experience.

Fyi if anybody leaves a review, get ready for a free cocktail at the bar. Loved my stay here though, wellness services are off the charts. Free time activities are also great and engaging.

They are the best in the all around country. Food was amazing. Staff was so polite :) The sauna, jakuzi was quite clean.

Very nice place, good rooms, very helpful and kind staff. The kitchen is good and plentiful. The services offered (Renaissance dinner in a restaurant nearby) are interesting. You can make nice trips in the area. You can reach Szentendre, Vác, but even Slovakia by bike.

I stayed for one night at visegrad hotel everything was perfect and staff was very friendly, i would like to specially thank the reception at night i think his name is marcello but i remember he is Man Utn fan and he guided me how to see my favorite football match on the tv which was a great, spa and pool were great too, while my room was extremely small but they compensated by late checkout which i was grateful for Thank you again, i had great time :) Restaurant food was so good too hoping to come back soon :)
