The hotel has nice terrace facing the sea with beautiful views. Walking distance to small town Bocas. They make nice cocktails. Service is extremely slow. The rooms are horrible, AC is so loud that you can't hear each other's speaking in the room. Our room had a small balcony with no chairs to sit there. They should renovated the rooms.

It’s a Beautiful place to get the whole experience of Bocas Town. The room’s balcony is the best part where you can staring at Bocas bay, laying in a “hamaca” it’s mindfulness. And have breakfast front sea view is wonderful! Another good point is the location, far away of the noise of the centre it’s very useful to get a relax vacation.

I was also lucky, my room, 13, was at the end of the building with full sea view, balcony and a great terrace with two hammocks right beside my door. This could have not been better. Simple but decent room, shower ok, no complaints.|Number 13 is not an unlucky number after all. Number 11 was, thus is what I had but switched right away due to AC issues. ||Parking is limited but most tourist don't drive to the island, so me being lucky again, I have the only spot right beside the hotel. Pictures attached.||Diner also at the hotel, excellent food, met the cook, she would have donde anything to keep people happy. I had a delicious calamari dinner. Perfectly cooked.||Staff was very friendly. They let me check in at 9 am when arrived by ferry and even offered me breakfast because the next morning had to check out at 6 to get to the ferry.|I didn't wanted, wanted to head out right away but that was a nice gesture.

We came every day for cocktails and dinner. Malena and Rachel are the best!!!! Very lovely. We had the best Margaritas at all. Also the dinner is amazing. I loved the soups and seafood. Very nice restaurant with great sunsets, drinks, food and staff. Thank you sooo much Malena and Rachel!!! A big hug from Conny and Marty 🥰😘😘😘

It's a very weird place, very rude staff. About a week ago, their employees in front of the entrance invited us with my dog to their restaurant, saying that they are pet friendly. Today, I decided to go there to eat and drink something after a long day, and they just kicked us out, saying that people with dogs are not welcomed. The worker guy lazily sitting by the entrance was really rude. Looks like they like to humiliate foreigners and tourists. I would never visit that place even without my dog and do not recommend anyone to go there when there are lots of nice restaurants/hotels around with nice and friendly staff, good food and great prices.

I will first remember Nosario, their Mr. Fixit who fixed our A/C, programmed our Panama SIM card phone, stored our luggage, gave us ACCURATE directions to a hardware store, and returned my wallet left in our room. The head lady at reception was also competent, helpful and proactive. One waitress was clueless from beginning to end. Food was fine, right on the dock. There's a great balcony on second floor looking out on the bay. Central location for everything. This is a good compromise between staying at a hostel and staying at a 3-star hotel. ||||Q: Why do National China corporate interests get to build huge buildings on the water when everyone else seems to have to follow other rules? If China continues to gentrify this charming town, I'm out of there, like the locals and perhaps everyone else who doesn't want to spend $1,000/day

We stayed with our 3 year old (joy of our live) because they served Breakfast every day from 7.00. They even had a sign outside to make it public. Unfortunately when we needed hot milk for our son the kitchen was not at 7 til 8 open and the old rude lady at the counter refused to open the kitchen. After a hour with a crying son the hostel next to us offered to use their kitchen... Which by the way was half the price for the room and far better looking terras and lower prices for drinks. The young girl at the counter was lovely at the hotel, but the old lady was just simply rude. The terras looked like a home with al the strange garbage and fridges in plain sight. We wouldn't recommend this to anybody.. |Ps Breakfast is 15 dollar extra.
