Hotel VIVA SKY

We had an absolute perfect stay. The rooms are super clean, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff and beautiful views. Cannot fault anything, great hotel.

Very nice!! Comfortable room with a couch- spacious, nice shower. No microwave, no tea pot, and no fridge. Breakfast is included and it is typical German breakfast. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Eating area is on top floor that provides a great view of the lake.

My goodness - I literally cannot praise this hotel enough. From our arrival we felt so welcome and at home. ||All of the staff were amazing, so friendly and let me try out my rusty German on them, helping me along the way. All had smiles and greetings whenever we saw them, like old friends!||The hotel receptand breakfast room is located on floor 8 (the top floor) and wow the views up there and on the roof terrace were incredible! You can also use the breakfast room to sit in in the evening, so on a sunny evening it's well worth it. Views are over the south of Konstanz, over the lake and overlooking Switzerland. ||We stayed in one of the family rooms on our 7. The room had bunkbeds, a little tank and chairs for younger kids, a sofa bed and double bed in the adjoining room with a spacious bathroom and a balcony with views over the gorgeous houses and the lake. We only had one chair on the balcony it I'm sure of we had asked Wes have been given another one. The room was light, clean and also had a minibar where we kept our Swiss chocolates! ||The breakfast was wonderful, typical continental breakfast with tea and coffee or hot chocolate. Lots of variety, organic produce and no limit to how much to enjoy. ||The hotel is located a stones throw from the Lago shopping complex, the train station, a children's funfair and the Sealife centre. Also a short walk to the boats, the Munster and Rosgarten Museum as well as a wealth of amazing cafes and restaurants.||When annkng another short break to Konstanz I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

This is an awesome hotel with amazing staff who go out of their way to help you in any way. The breakfast is first class and many local products are offered. The best breakfast we had in our month long tour of Germany. The breakfast terrace is amazing offering great views over the lake and you can also chill out there during the day with a drink from the bar and just soak up the beauty of the Lake. Location is great, just minutes away from everything. A real gem of a hotel.

Great hotel, the views of Konstanz and beyond are great especially on the roof terrace! The family room is perfect for us as a family of five, clean, spacious and has everything we need from a tea and coffee station in the room, hair dryer and minibar! The staff speak both German and English so no problems to communicate. The breakfast is fantastic, organic produce and lots to choose from!

We booked two rooms here and had to relocate after the first night. The staff made that move incredibly easy and put our bags in place for use on the first day when we arrived early. The view from the room was mostly of a courtyard type area with some city views but the view from the rooftop deck was great! There was a small balcony with chairs that was a perfect place to get out of the sun and catch just a little breeze. |The location could not have been better. It was a short walk from the train station, from the docks and to nearby restaurants. The staff were on their game and truly professional. The price was more than fair and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Konstanz.

Conveniently located in the downtown/old part of Konstanz this clean hotel is a great place to stay for pleasure or business. I loved the roof and the breakfast area. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. I was here in 2019 and this is my second visit. I was impressed by the fact that it has not changed much, if anything it has gotten better. Those of you who follow my entries know that consistency matters to me, and for that I give this place 5 stars :)

Wow what a fantastic place. Great service! Wonderful breakfast with a fantastic view. Hotel staff went above and beyond to be sure we had a great experience. Drinks with the view was so nice. Would go back tomorrow!

Nice location near the train station in the old town of Konstanz. Reception is on the 8th floor. When we visited the elevator was not working. Sort of a problem. Wonderful breakfast from the top of the building, looking out over the lake. Next day, elevator still not working. On the third day, the elevator was working. In fact they both were. But we got trapped in one. Not fun. Staff was uninterested in these details. Not my favorite.
