Hotel Vivid Blue Serenity Resort

We stayed at this resort the last week of October. We weren’t familiar with the country so although the location is not in a built up area, the quiet, panoramic location and view was just what we needed. We stayed in a poolside room so had access to amazing sunsets over the infinity pool |The service was pretty incredible. Perfect English, very hospitable, welcome drinks, very accommodating to all our needs and requests, great food and the room was comfortable and we quite liked the products-shower gel etc. |We also had a free massage, hydro massage and breakfast included which we really enjoyed|Points to note: it would be ideal to have a car as then you can access beaches, towns, shops, restaurants etc very easily, we didn’t, so we took the bus which was very good but more limiting. The staff can share bus timings and taxi numbers. Note the bus timings are when the bus LEAVES petrovac or Budva, not when the bus will arrive near the hotel bus stop. It is a slightly tricky walk to the bus stop as there’s no pavement so be careful! |We had very good weather whilst there it was warm enough for a tshirt and shorts during the day, had I known I would have brought sandals! |We did sunbathe and go in the pool/sea, very cold but incredible, the sea water is amazing, super clear, very relaxing and calm |There is a lot of construction happening, it can be a little noisy sometimes! The road out of the airport is currently being dug up and relaid so it took a little extra time getting to the hotel but on the back to the airport was fine as it was a weekday they had traffic flowing in both directions. |Food and drink is very affordable, we had amazing meat dishes, very tasty, the restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The local red wine is also very nice, with a deep, berry, Smokey flavour. My husband like the local Nik beer |If you go in the off season check the restaurant is open that you wish to visit.

We stayed for 7 nights half board .|When we travelled the hotel was very quiet , less than half full .|This meant that the hotel was very quiet. There was no evening entertainment and often only one other couple dining , but if you are looking for a quiet , relaxing break , this is for you . Plenty of comfortable sun loungers - didn’t try the pool as it was far too cold at this time of year . |All of the staff went out of their way to help , a special shout out to Milan and the young lady ( whose name I didn’t get ) but they always welcomed us with a smile . |The hotel is clean and the food very tasty , a limited choice , but we never went hungry . |The view from our room was amazing, perfect to watch the sunset every evening .|Our bed was huge and comfortable, and the shower was powerful .|A fridge and coffee making facilities were also available.|We hired a car and collected it from the airport , free parking at the hotel , and this was a good location to get out and about to explore - not too far from anywhere .

I had an absolutely incredible holiday at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The swimming pool was stunning - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. But what really made my stay special was the incredible attention to detail, particularly with the birthday preparations for my room. The touches they added were beyond beautiful and truly made the day unforgettable. But what truly shone through was the amazing team - their warmth, hospitality, and dedication to making every guest feel at home were exceptional. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. If you're looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception. They were even kind enough to provide late checkout and even the option to extend our stay if needed. The rooms are clean and cosy, the spa and massages are relaxing. The staff go the extra mile here. We would recommend staying here.

There are so many things to love about this hotel. It is in a beautiful spot, looking out over the Adriatic Sea. It is a modern hotel, nicely furnished. The food is delicious with generous portions, if you try the Friday night BBQ, starve yourself beforehand as there will be more food than you could ever eat. Lovely, fresh salad and sides as well as a mountain of meat brought to your table. The drinks are good value, a small glass of wine is €8, cocktails range from €8-10 and there is always a cocktail of the day. ||However, these things are not what makes this hotel special. The staff are genuinely lovely people who are ready to help. They anticipate your needs before you even think of them.||♿️ I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and I found the hotel to be fine for me. If you use a chair, make sure you ask for a room without steps as some have steps down to them as a result of the hotel being built into a cliff. The only place I couldn’t freely access was the pool and sun bed area as there were a few steps to negotiate. This was not an issue for me, there are some comfortable chairs and a few beds with step free access.||I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, chilled out break. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel , small and personal |The staff are all so lovely & kind especially the Young woman who is a waitress really lovely service always smiling always welcoming . The team on reception are amazing you only had to ask for something once |and it was delivered .|Hotel is spotlessly clean the pool area is to die for the most perfect view . |Food was lovely , menu could be more choices maybe but didn’t ruin the holiday the breakfast is delicious lots of choice . |My only thing was the owner / manager not sure who he was but he walked around daily mainly entertaining people he knew maybe family not sure which was fine however he did give off some negative tension like he was looking for fault maybe ? I do think if he wanted an accurate review for the hotel then he ask the guests whilst there but he didn’t speak once we was there 10 days . |All the team there were brilliant all of the time |Would love to return one day to Montenegro as sadly the weather was awful on our stay but it’s a beautiful place and gorgeous boutique hotel

Honestly, it's been a while since I experienced a hotel as perfect. Vivid Blue management clearly attends to the fine details. It is a beautiful facility, our sea view room tastefully and comfortably arranged, the view spectacular, the infinity pool magnificent, a lounge thoughtfully set up with books, breakfast absolutely delicious and the service? Warm, caring, both personal and professional. I wish we were staying longer and would definitely return. Our deepest gratitude to the entire staff with a special call-out to Ranka.

A great boutique hotel. The staff is highly professional and kind. The rooms are clean, new, with a great view. The infinity pool is amazing and perfect both for a relaxing day and for an afternoon drink. The location is comfortable right outside of bodova. Highly recommend
