Hôtel VoulezVous by Les Etincelles

Our third trip back to this fabulous hotel, yet again it did not disappoint. Perfect location with quick access to an amazing ski area. The hotel service is fantastic, the staff cannot do enough for you. The restaurant service was particularly excellent this year, the food was of a very high quality with all the staff being extremely professional. The restaurant manager who was new for this season was top notch, he had the staff operating to a very high standard, very impressed. Cannot wait to return next year! Highly recommend this hotel, one of our favourites for sure!

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The room was very comfortable and kept immaculately clean. The service was generally very attentive across the whole hotel, and the ski room service was excellent. Our skis were put out every morning and our boots were nice and dry from the warmers overnight. Our vehicle was taken and parked when we arrived and our bags were loaded into it ready for when we were due to leave. The breakfast was plentiful with a great choice and the restaurant meals were delicious. The spa was busy in the afternoons but that was to be expected. It was a lovely way to relax after a hard day of skiing! My only request would be that the pool could be a little warmer! We really enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel, it was very cosy and relaxing but also located so conveniently for the slopes. We’ll be back, thanks for a fabulous holiday!

10/10 for everything at this hotel. We booked last minute and every need was catered for at the hotel - ski passes; ski hire; transfers around Tignes; and best of all the hotel is directly next to the Rosset ski lift and green and blue runs (no lift pass required). The staff were AMAZING and helped us with restaurant bookings and lunch arrangements. Our rooms 528/529 looked directly onto the slopes. The children (15, 13 and 12) loved the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna after a day on the slopes. The restaurant food was fab with a great outlook onto the slopes. A wonderful experience overall. We had the best stay at Hotel VoulezVous & we already can't wait to come back. The location is perfect, we really enjoyed crossing the road & being on the slope. Our favourite thing was the view from our room, from breakfast & on the terrace of the slopes. It was fantastic to watch everybody on the black run & the green training slope. Our room was gorgeous, really spacious & light. Our bathroom was also really nice, with a huge shower & heated towel rail for our robes. Our balcony was such a great touch & I loved opening the curtains to see the slopes & watching the bashers on an evening. The staff were all really lovey & tentative. We loved the spa & coming in after a long day skiing to spend the evening in the pool. We also got massages in the spa & they were really relaxing.

This is a very nice hotel to choose to stay in Tignes. The staff was very helpful and friendly, skis were put out every morning, a place to store your ski boots on heaters so nice and dry in the morning. Convenient to the ski lifts and village. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and ski area. The elevators were quick and convenient.

Returning back to Tignes after a long absence we decided to splash out on one of the 2 5* hotels in Tignes. The hotel is modern looking and the interior of the hotel is well designed and lovely space to relax in. Lovely pool and spa area. We booked a 'comfort' room with half-board. The room was well furnished with plenty of space. I didn't give it 5* because of the lack of detail in the finish of the room - Paint splatters on the bathroom tiles, basin tap not installed straight, otherwise it was fine. The restaurant is really where the hotel is let down and why I gave it less than 5*. The young waiting staff were fantastic but were let down by poor management to coordinate them. Meals were sometime slow to come out, tables at breakfast were not cleared, menu choices were not explained correctly and the food was well presented but nothing special - Note: for some items on the menu there was extra charges. They need a restaurant manager who can direct their staff. Deserts were fantastic ! One shining example of good management was the Ski Shop - Francois ran his team extremely well and their customer service was 5+* nothing was too much trouble. (Maybe the restaurant could take some lessons from him !!) The hotel is well positioned in the resort and although not ski in/out is only a short walk to the slopes. Would I return to this hotel - yes I would but maybe not half-board.

Excellent hotel, located in the heart of Tignes with easy access to the slopes (essentially ski in ski out). Very welcoming staff - attentive and polite. Boots and skis put out for us each morning, which was seamless. Rooms were very spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The rooms also had 2 turndowns a day. Breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend.

We had the best stay ever at Hotel Voulezvous!! Truly a magical place and everything was top notch, the room, the view from the room (stunning) the breakfast, the spa and the staff! They were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Massive thank you to Max - the restaurant manager for looking after us he provided the most wonderful friendly service and made our stay superb 👌🏽 can’t wait to go back next year!!
