We had the best stay at Hotel VoulezVous & we already can't wait to come back. The location is perfect, we really enjoyed crossing the road & being on the slope. Our favourite thing was the view from our room, from breakfast & on the terrace of the slopes. It was fantastic to watch everybody on the black run & the green training slope. Our room was gorgeous, really spacious & light. Our bathroom was also really nice, with a huge shower & heated towel rail for our robes. Our balcony was such a great touch & I loved opening the curtains to see the slopes & watching the bashers on an evening. The staff were all really lovey & tentative. We loved the spa & coming in after a long day skiing to spend the evening in the pool. We also got massages in the spa & they were really relaxing.

Great hotel. Not quite ski in ski out but it’s only a short walk (50m)? to get skis on. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. Dinner was also very good. The spa was good and I had a massage my only criticism would be that the jacuzzi/ whirlpool wasn’t quite hot enough. They have a boot room with heaters for ski boots. My room was excellent big comfy bed and plenty of storage / hanging for ski gear.

The hotel is beautiful, great location close to the slopes and can’t wait to return. The breakfast is great, really good selection of tasty foods. The rooms were modern, clean and had everything you needed. The staff were fantastic, they made our stay so wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us - especially Valentin who drove us in the shuttle and the gentleman who helped fit our boots and skis in the ski shop. The hotel was a wonderful indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna as well as the spa which is perfect to visit after a day of skiing. The reception desk accommodated all of our needs and booked local restaurants for us - we particularly recommend Ferme Des Trois Capecuines for fondue and raclette.

Returning back to Tignes after a long absence we decided to splash out on one of the 2 5* hotels in Tignes. The hotel is modern looking and the interior of the hotel is well designed and lovely space to relax in. Lovely pool and spa area. We booked a 'comfort' room with half-board. The room was well furnished with plenty of space. I didn't give it 5* because of the lack of detail in the finish of the room - Paint splatters on the bathroom tiles, basin tap not installed straight, otherwise it was fine. The restaurant is really where the hotel is let down and why I gave it less than 5*. The young waiting staff were fantastic but were let down by poor management to coordinate them. Meals were sometime slow to come out, tables at breakfast were not cleared, menu choices were not explained correctly and the food was well presented but nothing special - Note: for some items on the menu there was extra charges. They need a restaurant manager who can direct their staff. Deserts were fantastic ! One shining example of good management was the Ski Shop - Francois ran his team extremely well and their customer service was 5+* nothing was too much trouble. (Maybe the restaurant could take some lessons from him !!) The hotel is well positioned in the resort and although not ski in/out is only a short walk to the slopes. Would I return to this hotel - yes I would but maybe not half-board.

Excellent hotel, located in the heart of Tignes with easy access to the slopes (essentially ski in ski out). Very welcoming staff - attentive and polite. Boots and skis put out for us each morning, which was seamless. Rooms were very spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The rooms also had 2 turndowns a day. Breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend.

We were a family of 15 people in 2 suites and 3 rooms. We had a wonderful week at this hotel! We have been staying here for the past three years and this was the best experience of the three years. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by the staff who greeted us and received our luggage and the front office manager (who knew us from last year), and his staff. The rooms were ready and well maintained throughout our stay by the excellent housekeeping staff. | |In particular, the restaurant was very good as usual and well organized this year. Food and Beverage services provided by the staff were excellent. Jack, Matilde and the restaurant manager (Maxime) were exceptional. The chef and pastry chef were also excellent (and accommodated all of our family needs).| |The Ski Shop staff was also excellent with very good friendly service that we experienced from this team last year.| |Would highly recommend this hotel! We absolutely loved our stay, it was perfect for us and we will definitely be back! All of the staff are fantastic and very helpful. There is such a nice atmosphere at the hotel and it makes your trip extra special! The only thing I think would be good to be made aware of is to book the restaurant in advance if you are not half board as this caught us out, only minor though!

This is effectively a ski-in, ski-out hotel in Le-Lac. It is super-modern and new. Clean and well-staffed. Great big breakfast, ski shop and rental in-house, huge pool/sauna facilities and has parking. Price is well within the range and the team is just great. We will see you again and thank you for hosting us.
