Hotel Voyage

We stayed here on recent trip. Nice, clean, typical Central Asia accommodations. Good A/C and blackout curtains. Breakfast starts at 8am and had a good variety. Not too far from the airport and good location - nice restaurants within walking distance.

Had a pleasant stay here. Some of the rooms were small and some are big but very clean and very well maintained. They have AC and also room heaters both to accommodate the weather unpredictability. I wish they had a provision of a handwash dispenser and health faucet in the bathrooms.

Great location. The rooms are very clean and they clean it everyday. Staff are nice. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. The only downside was the internet that was very bad and barely usable. Also, the breakfast was alright, scrambled eggs were overcooked that turned to green but ok. But overall I enjoyed the experience.

Superb location,breakfast, and friendly staff. We had booked a family room with balcony. They have a chinese restaurant at the front.

Centrally located to all the sites. The breakfast has many choices from eggs, porridge, dry cereal and even hot meat dishes (fish, chicken). The staff is terrific also. The hotel is being refurbished - we had a newer room. The mattress is very firm but you can ask the front desk for a type of pillow top for the mattress

Don’t expect a funky style . However, I have found this hotel to be very nice in a traditional way for a reasonable (as far as Almaty goes) price. Everything was super clean (top 5 stars) and staff ware helpful, answering any queries I had. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

A good and safe city center hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds. Still a bit simple. Tasty but simple breakfast as well. Very close to the pedestrian streets with all the service offers, also close to the metro and some of the city parks.

Pro: Great location. Walking distance to the metro and the central square. Good clean rooms. Breakfast included. Allowed early Checkin and late checkout. Checkin and security Staff were friendly and spoke great English. High speed wifi. View of mountains and TV tower from the balcony. Cons: Air conditioning was slightly weak. I didn't complain so not sure of the response time. No smoking hotel but the floor did smell slightly of tobacco smoke. Water in the room was chargeable but wasn't informed. Breakfast team was thinly manned.
