Location is perfect, that’s what you’re paying for! Beds are from 1970, the pillows are 12x12, the kind you have on your couches for decor. As for service, my food that was delivered sat in the lobby on a table for 40 after delivery. I called receptionist to see if anyone had dropped food off. She said from where? When I told her from where, she says yes it’s been here. Why wouldn’t you notify me. Cleaning service was mediocre, they made beds, did not take our trash! Next time I’ll stay in the new one that they are building in town. At least it will be new. I’ll never stay here again

Solid accommodations in a nice central location in West Chester. Walkable to many stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was decent. Nothing specks or really bad about it. The room was large but empty. Could have used something else and had an echo. The bed was ok. A little hard with ok pillows. Bathroom was clean and nice sized for two. Offered a reasonable breakfast. It had self cook waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, with sausage and eggs. Nothing wonderful and nothing terrible here either. Also had a small pool and very small exercise room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d consider staying here again but wouldn’t make it a priority.

Google
Checked into the room and it was 60 degrees with the heater blowing cool air. When I went to the front desk was advised they couldn’t move me as they didn’t have any other double rooms left. Only option was a king room for more money. Replied, why do I have to pay more to get heat? Lady at front desk was indifferent and said that was my choice!|Clean, bed was average, pillows below average. For the price, not worth it. It’s worth the 10 min drive to other hotels

This is a historical hotel that is conveniently located in downtown West Chester. They have recently updated the carpet. While the look and feel of the bathroom are pretty standard for a historical hotel the showers (water pressure and temp) are amazing and the beds are pretty comfy too...for someone who travels a lot that is important.

Google
Nice hotel in the perfect location for this town. The hotel itself is comfortable and has standard amenities. The hotel staff is amazing though and very friendly. I would stay here for the staff being awesome. They were helpful to me as a visitor and always available.

We were very happy with the hotel Warner. It’s perfectly located walking distance to all the bars and restaurants.|The parking garage was very easy and close to the rooms. Even though it’s an older hotel with character, it’s kept in tiptop shape. |Jen at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant. Complementary breakfast was unexpected.

Google
We stayed here for my daughters wedding the room was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed the staff was very pleasant and answered all your questions. It had alot to offer pool, gym, lounge with a very pleasant bartender and the breakfast in the morning had lots to offer. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking to have a relaxing time in West Chester. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Google
The hotel in general is bare bones. The breakfast was very sparse, with yellow scrambled eggs, old bread full of the taste of preservatives, flavorless coffee, oatmeal packets. Rooms were adequate and clean but with no view. Amenities are few, uninviting and dated. No one was using the pool or lounge areas. West Chester is a nice town with good restaurants, shops and charming architecture.

Yelp
I stayed here over the weekend for a wedding I had nearby. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and service. The hotel reminded me of a Hampton Inn or a nicer chain hotel. Our room (304) was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. We parked across the street at the municipal lot for $5.00 a night, which is definitely the way to go. Breakfast is complimentary each morning and goes until 10am. They have bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches. It's definitely a nice touch and a way to save money.

Krystal K.

Yelp
We were in town for a wedding. This hotel was clean and super convenient to the main strip of shops and restaurants in West Chester. The front desk staff welcomed us in and was helpful with validating our parking. We had a king room that was very spacious. Everything felt very clean and the AC worked well. The toiletries provided in the bathroom smelt wonderful and the shower had great pressure. They had complimentary breakfast every morning. There was sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, juice, a waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, muffins, cereal, and juice. A huge spread! It was all delicious and the team working the breakfast area was super efficient and on top of refilling anything before it ran out. There is a small pool and gym, but we didn't utilize these amenities. There's a hotel bar as well, but we didn't stop in given the many options in the area. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay at Hotel Warner again.

Yelp
Called Hotel Warner" to make a reservation for a special one-night stay with my daughter as we planned a trip to include Longwood Gardens. When making the reservation, I asked Rob about room upgrades. He assured me that we would "be taken care of" upon check in. Maurice checked us in and when asked about upgrades, said only if we wanted to go with a king bed room instead of queen room. We kept the reservation "as is" but a room with a view would have been nice - rather a sad view of the roof! Rooms in general, just ok, nothing to write home about! The outdated burgundy walls could be painted for a more modern look. We had made dinner reservations at Limoncello in town and asked the desk for directions which they could not provide or for that matter, even tried to provide! Thanks for going the extra mile ...... not!! During the night, we were kept up most of it by an on-going running toilet - not good! Looked for someone to tell the next morning but no one was at the front desk so we just left. I called to report the problem a day or so later, asking for a manager to call me back, but never received a return call. Unprofessional! Guess it's the next guest's problem! Other reviewers mention the additional fees. Rob had the opportunity to tell me exactly what the TOTAL cost of the room would be but didn't .... including the $25 parking fee. Misleading to say the least. On a positive note, the hotel is convenient to town. Continental breakfast was ok if needing something fast. If I was returning, would book somewhere else; an establishment that appreciates one's business!~

Monique L.

Yelp
Looks are deceiving!! I had the BEST hotel experience at Hotel Warner. They're strict about check-in and checkout times, but I can appreciate rules and running a small business. The continental breakfast was good and dining area with spacious. The customer service here is exceptional!! I needed a quiet place to meet and they created one for me. I accidentally I left some dresses in the closet and for a reasonable S&H fee, they mailed it back to me. But, let me emphasize.. my dresses were still there! And, I received the package within 5 days. Thank you all!

Laura M.

Yelp
They did not give me a wake up call and I told them. Again the next day they forgot. Very blase about it. When I got back to my hotel at 8:30 on. Friday night the doors were locked and I had to buzz to get in. For their prices they should not have the service of a shoddy budget motel.

Megan B.

Yelp
Very clean with a great location. A lot of people were saying how dated it is, but read the history of the hotel and it will make you appreciate it a lot more! Plus the cleanliness of the entire place will help you over look that it's not a new, modern hotel! Great friendly staff, we'd definitely go back. We parked at the lot close by and the staff there was super helpful too. We have a oversized truck that wouldn't fit in the lot, so they made accommodations to help us out big time.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and had a bed experience then but thought I would give it a try again. A deception on their part: I show up at 8pm and park in the parking lot. I was already parked in their garage and in the lobby with all my gear and she tells me it is a $25 charge to park in their garage or I can park in the municipal lot a couple of blocks away. I ask her how would I have known that in advance (was not on the site when making a reservation nor in the email confirmation I received) and she doesn't have an answer, just keeps explaining my choices. I am not happy at this point but have all my gear and ready to settle in the room so I tell her I will deal with it in the morning. I speak with the manager on duty in the morning. He was very uncaring. Said it is on the website under amenities (I just looked and it says " Parking is quite very convenient onsite and offsite The Hotel Warner and Suites property). After more trying to explain to him and asking for a credit, he tells me in a slightly rude tone that I chose to park there and there is nothing he can do about it. I told him I would not be staying there again and he said that is my choice. Granted at this point it was not about the $$ but the principal, I think they should point it out clearly in advance. Also, when I tried to get in from the parking lot I to needed to ring the bell as I did not have a key yet. No answer. I walk through the alley to the front door and go to the front desk. Still no one. After 5 minutes a person shows up chewing something and talking on the phone. She bounces back and forth between checking me in and her conversation on the phone. Other issues: beds uncomfortable & pillows lumpy, fitness area only had one out dated bike and treadmill. Woke up to the trash dumpsters being emptied right outside my room at 6am. Just an all around bad experience. Will not be staying there again.

E B.

Yelp
This is our third time staying there, and it keeps getting worse. The lobby and first floor smell like strong cigar smoke. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Breakfast starts at 6 am during the week, yet they only had regular coffee out at 7 am. And the person at the desk did not understand why someone would want coffee when it opened. We stayed for four nights, and they conveniently forgot that we asked for maid service. I like the location, but from what I understand, another hotel is opening nearby. I'll be staying there.

Howard F.

Yelp
Pleasant little historic hotel in historic downtown west Chester. I recommend paying to park in the adjacent garage -- not cheap, but convenient. Everything about the place is fine enough, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast offering is just some simple carbs, and not really worth grabbing unless you're really in a hurry, since there are so many places you can go for breakfast within a couple of blocks radius. Ultimately, the Hotel Warner wins on that location, being smack in the middle of tons of cute shops and restaurants and bars..

Charnika P.

Yelp
I stayed at Hotel Warner for one night as it was the host hotel for a wedding I attended. The positives is that the hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating, and the hotel overall is clean and in the heart of the town. Nevertheless, the hotel itself is extremely dated as if it's from 1985. I get that it's a historic hotel but I think they should invest in doing some renovations.

Austin G.

Yelp
Way over priced. After all fees and parking and additional night it was over $1,000 for 3 nights. Elevators were scary, while place remakes of pot... I was surprised not to see bug. Never Again!!!!

Krista H.

Yelp
This hotel is ok. What it has going for it is location. The rooms were ok, everything was clean, but there was an odor of stale cigarettes that hit us every time we entered the building. The place could use updating. If you want the convenience of a hotel right in the downtown, this is your only option. It's obvious that it doesn't have any competition.

Rick M.

Yelp
In town for a wedding. Rooms were good and a comfortable bed. Staff was nice especially the bar staff handling 2 wedding crews and they handled it like champs. Draw backs are that not a lot of parking at the hotel and may have to park a block away. Not too bad and is significantly cheaper. For the price though I think parking should be a lot better. Also could use an aesthetic update all around as well. Would stay again. It's in a great neighborhood/location with tons of great local shops and fantastic eat spots.

Steve F.

Yelp
Great place to stay when going Longwood garden, very nice staff, really great town. We have stayed here three times and every time we leave we commit on how nice the Hotel is. Shining star of the hotel is the staff.

Cory A.

Yelp
I had a horrible experience trying to book a room through the website. I was brought to a third party scam site that over charged me for the room and then would not refund the money when I tried to cancel my room no more than 10 minutes after making the reservation. Their reasoning was a cancelation policy that will only give you a full refund if you cancel your reservation several hours before you even make it. I tried contacting the hotel directly but the staff was not willing to help resolve this issue. I believe it is the hotel's responsibility to handle any issues that come with a vendor booking rooms for them. I never got a chance to stay at the Hotel Warner and after this experience I never want to.

Katherine D.

Yelp
Just an FYI, despite the sign in the front window, NO ONE on staff (except for the housekeepers,) wears masks in this hotel. When I asked about it, pointing out the sign in the window. The woman at the front desk said it was "encouraged" but not required. She apparently was not taking that encouragement.

Robert M.

Yelp
Decent hotel. Not a boutique hotel like first impressions may lead you to. Clean, air conditioner worked well but loud. Double beds with standard mattresses. Good water pressure in showers. Probably not the best value. Parking is $20 a night across street $5. a night. Better than average lounge. Agree with other reviewers, staff is just sustaining not overly friendly. However location is fantastic if you are interested in the downtown bar/restaurant scene which is very active and diverse. Walk to all in 1 minute. If you are looking for value probably look else where. For great location to downtown this is it. Paid $170 night

Susan G.

Yelp
Best sleep I have had in a long time. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Breakfast could be better - waffles were not light enough and were tasteless, eggs runny. I would still stay here for the convenience and super comfort.

Kerry L.

Yelp
The Hotel Warner is the only hotel in West Chester worth staying in. It's in a great location for walking to restaurants, shops and bars in the heart of the town. The front desk was organized and inviting. The rooms were a nice size and clean. They have an outdoor patio for breakfast. The breakfast was nothing special, your standard low end offerings...serve yourself. They have a very small indoor pool and even smaller gym. Overall we had a nice experience here. I give it a four star based on the fact that there really is no other place to stay in West Chester. For scale, I'd compare it to a nicer Hampton Inn.

Mary T.

Yelp
I stayed here and well my hope and expectations were dashed as soon as I got to the front desk. The people were very short with me and not pleasant at all. I was even ignored but two ladies behind the desk. They were speaking to each other while I was standing there waiting for their attention patiently and after a few minutes I said excuse me and they both looked at me with an awful unattractive look and the one said "anyway" and continued to talk to each other. I was very disappointed in the absolute lack of customer service. They really are lack luster in their decor. They could have done so much with this historic place. And made you feel like you are whisked away into the past and well they didn't it's like going to a generic ehh hotel in a back alley in philly. And the new bar the "Marquee" I have no clue what's going on in there but it looks like it was thrown together in a hurry. And the employees seem like they don't have a clue either. I was generous by giving two stars and that was for the convenience of the location.

Michael R.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible customer service. The front office staff is the worst ever. They need training in customer service. They are rude and incompetent. Stay at the new Residence Inn or at the Best Western down the street.

K M.

Yelp
This hotel doesn't even deserve 1-star. Where do I start? Both bedroom mattresses (2-double beds) were old and lumpy -- I've slept better camping on the ground. The bedding on the beds was subpar. The toilet paper in the bathroom was so rough -- it was unusable. You'll get softer toilet paper in a Porta-Potty. The Exercise Room -- isn't really an exercise room -- one treadmill; one bike; TV didn't work. No jacuzzi. This hotel did not rate $170/night -- additionally, while I booked 3 nights, I let them know that I was only going to be able to stay 2 nights due to a family issue (I gave them plenty of notice). They insisted I pay all 3 nights even when they called the manager of the hotel. This isn't the first time we've stayed in this hotel. Yet this hotel has steadily gone downhill since opening. They call themselves an 'exclusive' hotel. Far from it. Go to the Sheraton -- 1/2 the price with many more services

Alison K.

Yelp
My friends and I booked a hotel room for West Chester University homecoming and we have had a phenomenal time. The garage parking was very convenient and the staff has been extremely kind and sweet towards all of us. I will continue to book through the water hotel for all of my future stays in West Chester

Perry K.

Yelp
Parking in the hotel is $20 a night. Garage is very well lit however, spaces are limited. There are probably 25 spaces total. Request to have the room next to the elevator which should be 102, 202, 302 and 402. The room is huge with a king size bed with a full size couch and still have plenty of room to move around. You won't hear any elevator noise at all and it does not have any rooms next to it. There is a mini fridge inside the room however, it does not have a microwave. Microwave option is only for the "executive" room. But you can use the microwave in the breakfast area in level 1. Pool is tiny (don't be fooled by the photo) and it's opened until 10pm. Fitness center is open 24/7. Business center has 2 computers with a printer. Both are located in the ground level. Complimentary breakfast is served daily 6am - 10am which consist of your usual cold foods (cereal, fruits, yogurt etc) and hot foods such as oatmeal, make your own waffle, sandwiches. Complaints: AC unit and fridge were noisy. Free wifi is weak and spotty on my iPhone but the signal tends to be better on my laptop. There is no option to hard wire your laptop. The room door does not automatically close shut behind you. I was in a rush to make my daily dose of coffee and spilled sugar on the table. The cleaning lady cleaned everything and even refilled my coffee station but somehow she missed the spilled sugar on the table. Staffs are friendly especially Tony. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a walking distance and the hotel offers a discount card that you can use for some of the restaurants. Most of the restaurants are in Gay street.

Jay W.

Yelp
I've stayed at many places as I've travelled a lot, and this hotel with its accommodations is one of the worst I've experienced. Not only was it impossible to sleep as my room faced the huge hotel sign that's lit up all night like it's in vegas, it's not even possible to close the blinds to block the light out! To add insult to injury, they decided to charge me TWICE for my week's stay! The most I got from them was "sorry about that" how irresponsible! I can only imagine how many other people that's happened to. I still haven't gotten my money back. I don't know the area very well and this may be your only option, but if there's anything else: Go for it! Whatever it is, THAT'S my recommendation! My stay would've been better sleeping in my car.

Beth S.

Yelp
This is right next door to my company's US headquarters so I stayed for an entire week and was very impressed, especially for the rate. The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean and spacious, and they put a lot of effort into conserving water and supplies, for the environment. Being from Austin, I care about that kind of thing. They have a gym, a heated pool, continental breakfast (cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles, milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and coffee), and the location is perfect. There are a ton of bars, restaurants, and even a Starbucks within walking distance from the hotel. Unfortunately there are no trains from the Philly airport and cabs are about $75 (more with traffic) and they do not have a generator. With all the bad weather this year, the power in West Chester has been going out frequently (including when I was there), so that wasn't very pleasant. Have you ever taken a freezing cold shower, in the dark? It's not fun! I definitely recommend this place!

John F.

Yelp
Nice Hotel, lot of personality. Staff is young and lacking respect for customers. Location is great, lots of restaurants close by. Stay away from Breakfast bar...lots of flies. I even told front desk and nothing was done about it. TV is okay, my room had a shower only (no bath tub). Internet is very lacking. I stayed here for 5 nights, overall I would stay again.... JF

Brian S.

Yelp
At first, Making the reservation was painful. The lady on the phone was very rude and disinterested. I ended up canceling my reservation 3 days before for other reasons, but never received a confirmation of cancellation. They ended up charging my credit card. When I called to refute the charge the gentleman on the phone, Drew, was incredibly rude, defensive, and snarky and refused to reverse the charges. I asked politely to speak to his manager and for his last name and he refused both. Stay away from this place. The staff is very unprofessional and the business practices are even worse.

Ed T.

Yelp
The hotel is basic like a holiday inn express. That's ok but management is behind the he times. When we checked in I paid in advance in cash. I asked for a paid receipt which they provided.....They asked for a credit card back up which they promptly charged $1.00 to see if it was real.... Kind of insulting! 3 hours later they then charged my account for the entire room charge. I got a notice from my bank that the charge was processed. I called immediately. At 6:30 PM no one was around. We got back from a family function at 12:30 AM and there desk manager couldn't help or find his rear with help and both hands. HE IS IN CHARGE MIND YOU AND USELESS. In the morning a new manager claimed they had credited my charge... My bank says no this afternoon, but before they would give me my cash back they wanted another credit card to pay for the room. As it stands I have now paid twice for one room. No compensation for the poor treatment. THIS IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD S T A Y A WAY !!! Management runs and his like it was 20 years ago and yes their parking charges were Manhattan style.... No bus person ... No help just bad experience. Gave them a chance to make nice... Nothing yet or ever?

Jaye L.

Yelp
I have stayed at the Hotel Warner on many occasions and this last stay will be my last. I had a heater that did not work and was up all night with it banging. I understand things break down however when asking if I would receive compensation for a loss of sleep and freezing cold all night (my stay was for 6 nights) I was told I would receive 10% off the room for one night. I don't know about anyone else but if I had a hotel with a repeat customer I would definitely comp a room for that night to a customer that got zero sleep and has never complained before.

David R.

Yelp
Front desk was hit or miss, bartender was amazing and delivered food to our room. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Theres an indoor pool and free breakfast- highly recommend.

Dallas V.

Yelp
Very average hotel. Strange layout. Apparently used to be a movie theatre. Weird parking situation. Almost no amenities. Lobby smelled badly of fish when I arrived. Later the smell rode up the elevators and into the hallway of my room. Good central location in town if you're staying in West Chester and want to take advantage of downtown.

Sean K.

Yelp
Where is the bacon cuz?! Only sausage patties for the complimentary breakfast? Cmon son. Aside from that everything else was a hunnit. Beds were comfy. Felt like i was sleeping on a couple double D breasts. Would stay again.

Theresa L.

Yelp
This hotel is underrated. Great location, great room and services. Very accommodating for our needs and good pricing in the bar area.

Christy R.

Yelp
Hotel Warner was great! My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and it was perfect. The front desk was very friendly and we were able to check in super early which was wonderful. I don't know exactly how parking works but we ended not paying anything-?? Not sure if it was a glitch or not but I didn't complain. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was simple but good. Only mild complain- our room was on the 1st floor near the elevator/stairwell. We heard a loud thumping sound, I believe from the stairwell. We are deep sleepers so it didn't bother us but if you are light sleeper I would recommend something a little higher or down the hallway.

Danitello P.

Yelp
Overpriced, terrace was closed, parking garage was $20! a night, no vending machines, children screaming and running around at 6am, no exhaust fan in the bathroom... The breakfast was good, though.

eden a.

Yelp
West Chester is such a fun little town. This hotel is smack in the middle of it all and is impeccable. Always clean and fresh and the rooms are really nice. Staff is great. Been here ten times and it never disappoints!

Drew M.

Yelp
2nd time staying there last night, always a late check in and never a problem! Grant is always great!!! Very clean and the perfect location in town! Thank you hotel Warner!

Susan B.

Yelp
We just got back from our daughter's wedding week- end. All of us stayed at The Hotel Warner and it was great. It was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff was terrific, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Thank you for making our perfect week-end even more perfect. A special thanks to Kelly, head of housekeeping, who saved us more than once!! Thank you!

K F.

Yelp
I recently had a wedding in the West Chester Borough and reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Warner. I was pleased with the service, until the day of.... Rooms were prepaid for (way over priced for the quality of room) yet the front desk hassled my guests, telling them they had to pay and put a credit card on their account (even though we took care of both the day before). We prepaid for our guests' parking at the CHESTNUT ST MUNICIPAL garage, yet they had a parking fee on their charges. When we asked for this to be removed from our rooms, they fought with us. My guests had to call for their wedding guest hotel bags to be brought to their rooms, even though I dropped them off the day before and was told they be delivered to the rooms ahead of time. When a guest called the front desk for toothpaste, they were told to "come down and get it." What?! The "honeymoon suite" is a room connected by a door to a lounge room. This hotel is over priced, with poor service, and lacking amenities. One can only hope they get some competition in the West Chester Borough soon, because I've stayed at Motel 6's that were better than this hotel.

Matthew L.

Yelp
Great hotel. I stayed very briefly for work. Good breakfast, exceptional staff, extremely clean rooms. Excellent location - downtown West Chester... a Rite Aid directly across the street which is always handy when you're traveling. Nice little touch of having free bottled water in the rooms. Highly recommended.

Kiddo L.

Yelp
Good hotel for the town because you can walk to everywhere and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast is standard fare for a buffet and the staff makes sure that selection is fresh and plenty is available. Check in and check out was quick and easy, again staff was fast very efficient. Definitely recommend this place for a stay if you want to explore town on foot. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ed L.

Yelp
Average hotel, a bit outdated but great location. Not worth the cost. Your not guaranteed parking in the attached garage and could be sent down the block to park.

Patty B.

Yelp
Friendly, clean, nicely decorated and close to everything in town. Now with a little lounge that serves wine and beer....nice complimentary breakfast in a nice setting.

Nicole F.

Yelp
We stayed in a room with two queens for a decent price for two nights. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was really nice (spacious shower). Didn't trust the breakfast, you're better off going to one of the local eateries. The parking price for the actual hotel is outrageous, HOWEVER they offer discounted parking in the garage across the street. Totally worth it. They also give you a discount card for a large amount of restaurants and bars downtown which is amazing! Staff was polite. All in all this is a solid place to stay.

Laura K.

Yelp
We recently had our wedding in West Chester. All of our events were within walking distance to the hotel, and we had all of our out of town guests stay there. The only negative in my eyes was the since it was Memorial Day Weekend, they would not give me a group rate. I was told that they were close to capacity and would end up with no vacancies, so they would not offer incentive pricing. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and courteous to all our guests.

Mike M.

Yelp
The hotel itself is ok, but the service is not good. The problem is that there is no competition in town and there is no pressure to take care of guests. It will be great when something else opens and this hotel actually has to be service oriented.

John P.

Yelp
I just got off the phone with the front desk staff to try and cancel a reservation. I only missed their appointed deadline to cancel by a couple of hours. Their rep, Sergio, said that I called past the deadline. I explained to him that I had a family emergency and was not able to call in time. I pleaded my case and he said "too bad". I told him that I've put up many guests there and begged them to make an exception. It was a few hundred dollars on the the line. He replied again "too bad". Please look elsewhere for a hotel as there are many other ones in the West Chester, PA area.

Chris B.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Close to one of our offices. Convienent. Clean, good price/performance.
