Make 100% sure that you book a room that is facing the internal courtyard, if you decide to stay at his hotel. We were given a street facing room, and were unable to sleep during both nights due to the street noise all night. (Loud yelling until 4 am both nights by party goers right in front of the hotel, cars honking etc. From 6 am loud trash disposal, banging on trash cans, right in front of our window). Maybe this would be a smaller issue during winter, but in the summer, you have to keep the windows open all night, as the room is VERY small and has zero ventilation. Even with windows open it was 30 degrees in the room. We were so exhausted after the 2nd sleepless night, we could hardly wait to check-out. Had I known that we will be put in ground floor, street facing room - I would have never booked this hotel.
On the positive side: The location is great. 10 minutes walk from the Central Train station, 5 minutes walk to the river walk, just a street away from an area with dozens of nice restaurants. Also the small internal courtyard is really nice spot to have a coffee or drink on the afternoon.
