Nice place to stay for a couple of days, it has microwave, tea and cutlery etc to eat if you purchase foods requiring heating. The breakfasts were really good too, large selection for buffet. The room itself was quite basic, but clean.

Convenient location. Walking distance to either train station. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. Room was a bit warm for me but could have the window open. No loud teens running outside 😉. Room was nice, clean and had enough space for three people. One item of interest was the bathroom seems to be missing a door or shower curtain. Felt a little weird reading the sign in the mirror. Overall, I recommend this place and Interlaken is a beautiful town.

Centrally located yet quiet, the rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel offers great value and service, with a generous breakfast to start the day. A solid 3-star choice where I would gladly stay again.

Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and touches like a kettle, a small fridge, and excellent water pressure in the shower made a big difference after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the clever storage options that helped keep everything organized. One of the unexpected highlights was the included breakfast, served in the cozy sister restaurant next door. Fresh bread, buttery croissants, cheeses, eggs, fruit, and proper coffee—nothing extravagant, but everything delicious and just what you’d want before a day in the mountains. Another major plus is the access to Hotel Krebs’ restaurant and facilities just a few steps away. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner there, sampling Swiss classics and chatting with fellow travelers. It’s a smart partnership that gives guests the best of both worlds: the value and comfort of Weisses Kreuz, plus the amenities of a higher-end property. What makes Hotel Weisses Kreuz stand out is its balance of simplicity, cleanliness, central location, and excellent service—without the pretentiousness you sometimes find in tourist-heavy areas. I recently stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz in Interlaken and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, professional, and always helpful. Thanks to the reception team for their kindness. They helped us with some suggestions about activities to do in the area. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Interlaken West station and close to shops and restaurants. We really appreciated the lounge room where we could find microwave, kettle, tea and coffee free of charge. This is definitely a plus!! I highly recommend Hotel Weisses Kreuz for its great service and ideal location.

Perfect location . I got a room with a balcony. Cozy room and clean. The staffs was so lovely . Everything was smooth. Nothing to complaint about 💚🌎 Oatmeal breakfast tasted good !!

Good location with bus stop to Interlaken Ost just in front of the hotel. 10 min walk to Interlaken West. We had a room on the 3rd floor, very clean, comfy beds, renovated bathroom with tub and (excellent water pressure) shower. Only problem was there was no A/C. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, though it was really hot when we were there (mid August). We had to use the electric fan and keep the windows open at night. Breakfast was the same for the entire 6 days we were there. Staff were ok. Interlaken was a good base if you want to visit the Jungfrau region.

Was traveling solo and stayed at this budget friendly hotel. The location is great. Breakfast is plentiful! There are lots of nearby sightseeing things to do and restaurants close by or within a short walking distance. Raffaella was very helpful in providing local sightseeing information. Grindelwald is only a 35-minute train ride away. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
