Excellent! Great location within easy reach of key transport links. Friendly staff. Well-designed and warm rooms (I had a comfort room). Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Very good value for money. I have recommended to others and will be using the hotel again myself.

Nice hotel! I stayed in early December. The property is well kept, clean, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming. My room was decent, very clean, and came with a free minibar that was refilled every day. There’s no AC, so I’m not sure how it would be in the summer, but during my stay the temperature was perfect. I didn’t even need the heater just used the room fan on some nights. There is room service, and they offer a nice free selection of tea and coffee throughout the day, with the garden view glass room it’s amazing. The hotel also provides a free public transport pass for Basel, and the tram and bus stops are only a minute away. Highly recommend.

This has to be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! It's fantastic. The location is perfect, literally a minute's walk from the tram and about 5 minutes walk from the Messeplatz. It's also a very safe area. I found myself having to walk back there late one night on my own and it was so quiet and lighting in the area was good. The breakfast was very basic, not much on offer there, but the breakfast room and gardens are gorgeous. Rooms are cleaned every day very attentively. I was very impressed by the comfy bed, spacious room and friendly staff. There is no restaurant but the staff can order you food from the Italian restaurant next door, or you can order online. There's not many snacks on offer, however, with a lack of shops nearby so I would suggest having some snacks with you. I would definitely stay here again, very reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel, cosy friendly clean rooms, very friendly receptionists. I also did a mistake with my reservation but the receptionists were very helpful to find a solution for me. The breakfast is great, with variety and freshness in everything, fresh and different type of breads, cheeses, jams, fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. I appreciated a lot also the complimentary coffe and teas (various, organic, good quality) always available for guests

Very nice hotel facilities, amenities and staff. Very good location to start exploring the city. Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Only had fast breakfast but all with fresh pastries and bread. Good wifi to keep you connected. The free public transport card for the entire stay is a lovely extra.

I loved my stay here, very nice personnel and comfy, clean rooms. Also very quiet, I slept with the window open, cold at night, but warm in the room. Free mini bar and free coffee and fruits at the reception even if I didn’t book breakfast! Also free bus and trams during the stay come directly with the booking. Location at walking distance to the majority of tourist attractions, as well as Messe Basel (where I had business to attend to). Will come again! Thanks!
