Had a nice stay at Hotel Whiskey in Pass Christian. Be advised that it's not a hotel in the traditional sense, in that there is no lobby, front desk, guest services, etc. but is just the rooms, and they give you a code to get into the room, so it's more like an Airbnb type of experience vs. staying at a hotel. We had a minor service issue which was glitchy, since there's just a number to call and the answering service says that they will notify the management, then there is no follow up. With onsite management, our issue could have been addressed in moments but instead it took multiple phone calls, although in the end it was addressed. The room was mostly clean, nicely appointed, and shared a large balcony with a few other rooms, which overlooked the small downtown area and had a partial waterfront view also. It seemed that the A/C unit in the room was overtaxed, as the room never really got cool. To be clear, it wasn't hot, but it never got really cool even after several hours on the lowest temperature setting, with the fan setting at the highest speed. The location was excellent, and despite the relatively minor issues we encountered, I think we would stay again.
