I recently had the pleasure of spending seven nights at the White Hotel Lisboa. Everyone that I encountered working there was extremely pleasant and professional. A special mention to Rifat and Patricia who were very kind and alway helpful with a smile. The hotel is very clean, conveniently located, and comfortable.
If you prefer to stay in a quiet neighborhood that has all of the city amenities, yet away from the crush of tourists, this is your place.

Very convenient location as it is just a few steps away from the Metro Saldanha. It was only 20 minutes from the airport on the Vm (red line) São Sebastião.
This hotel also smells divine! Other than the excellent location, it one of the best features of the place. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a pleasant, light and flowery smell. It wasn’t too overwhelming and it added to the overall relaxed nature of the hotel. The front desk granted my request for an early check-in and the entire process was fast and easy. It took less than seven minutes to get the key to my room. Each staff member I encountered was friendly. I asked for an iron and received one in less than 15 minutes.
There were a few complimentary snacks provided, which were a pleasant surprise after a long day of traveling. I stayed in room 101 and there was no view on the balcony area but I appreciated the privacy. The room itself was fine but the shower could use a bit more cleaning or perhaps some updating. It also leaked quite a bit even though the door was closed.
I only stayed one night and left before breakfast but I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

Good location, Room comfy by unfortunately could hear the carpenter work on the floor above in the early morning. Not a pleasant wake up. None of the staff warn me about when I checked in. Then asking for some soy milk to add to my coffee,I have been asked 20€ even if I didn't want breakfast.
Not a great customer service, not coming back.

Beautiful hotel with a great location and lovely decor, but unfortunately the beds are in desperate need of replacement. For me, a comfortable bed is the main reason to stay at a hotel, and these were uncomfortably firm and worn out, which really affected the overall experience. Everything else was excellent, though!

Awesome location and nice hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice view from our room on the 3rd floor. Location was great, very walkable and close to a lot of things. Definitely would stay here again.

It is a simple, small hotel, don’t expect much comfort. It is a three-star hotel, tidy and reasonably well decorated. The mattress is ok, and the rooms are not very spacious, though they appear clean. The only downside was the hair dryer, which seemed cheap, almost like a toy. The location is a bit far from the tourist center. Breakfast is surprisingly good, despite being small.

I stayed here in May 2024 with some friends. Overall, it is an average hotel. The hotel is very clean and well looked after, pretty small so quiet and in a very convenient location to access the city of Lisbon. However, the breakfast isn't great, very limited options and pretty bad quality. We got put in a room with views of a construction site behind the hotel which wasn't great. And although the hotel was quiet inside, we were woken up early hours each morning to the sounds of construction. The roof top swimming pool looks really nice, but it is absolutely freezing. It is not heated whatsoever and most guests seemed to avoid it.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop pool area is much smaller than pictured, so no more than 6 people can be up there before it feels cramped but otherwise the pool was very nice. Hotel location is right in the city with easy transport options to get closer to the water. Would stay here again!

Yelp
Hotel White Lisboa is a tech savvy hotel conveniently located right in front of the Saldanha Metro station. Friendly and helpful staff and easy on your pockets.
The rooms are average but one thing you can't beat is that shower pressure. If you like intense fire hose type pressure, you've come to the right place. If not, you can opt for the alternative shower handle.
There is nothing not to like, except for the tv. While it has English channels, it's hard to see since the tv is built in some mirror-like glass, making it hard to view during the day. You basically need to turn all the lights off to watch it, but why would you be in your hotel during the day anyway. Other than that, cool hotel and the perfect place to be.
