Hotel Willa

Beautiful hotel, stylish but no pretentious. Amazing decorative pottery in the rooms. Great chimney for those cold nights in February. Big windows looking at the beautiful outdoor patio and swimming pool. We had a wonderful dinner also at their restaurant Juliette. Great stay!

The staff at Hotel Willa made our pre-wedding event and weekend an over-the-top success! In particular, Siouxzen, event manager, was pleasant, efficient, and professional in attending to every detail (and there were many!). Each member of the staff was accommodating for our requests. When an unexpected downpour arrived during our outdoor reception the staff seamlessly moved the party indoors. The property was a welcoming and comfortable lodging atmosphere for the wedding party and guests. Our upstairs room had a beautiful view although a mini refrigerator would have been convenient, and the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.

I’ve been visiting hotel Willa since April 2025. I probably stayed over a dozen times, but I’ve also taken advantage of their amazing daily pool pass, which includes gym. Cold plunge amazing sauna with the best view on the property a weight room a hot tub, an amazing pool and a great bath house. The service is the best you’ll find in Taos. Now the restaurant, Juliet. What an amazing chef with incredible ingredients and great plate presentation. Wanted to give a shout out to Mark Totle At the front desk, I believe he is one of the managers or the general manager. Always greet you with a smile and really has hospitality in his veins. Mia Guiberteau Behind the bar at Juliet gave amazing on point service. She makes great eye contact with all the guests and has Very comfortable presence and everything she does. With all the staffing shortages and issues not only in Taos but the entire country it’s nice to see Excellent service. Good job Hotel Willa. I Recommend everyone stop by and try the food at Juliet.

Our new favorite place to stay in Taos! The property has been thoughtfully designed and provides a tranquil place to stay that’s within walking distance of the downtown. While Hotel Willa is not necessarily a wellness spa/hotel, the grounds, amenities, and peaceful landscaping certainly make it feel like one. The property provides paths filled with hammocks, benches, fire pits, and landscaped scenery. Despite being centrally located, it’s very quiet. The rooms are clean and stylish. Having robes was a really nice touch. I would recommend a room with a fireplace! The sauna, hot tub, and pool were clean and not particularly busy. My husband really enjoyed the gym and said it was better equipped than most hotels he has been to. Juliette provided a nice place on site for all meals. The environment is cozy and serene. We booked through capital one and that provided us a breakfast credit. I would highly recommend. Overall, we feel very rested after our stay and hope to be back very soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Willa is the kind of place you book once and immediately want to gatekeep. It has a cool, laid back southwest vibe that feels intentional and soulful, not staged. Think desert modern meets hip neighborhood hideaway, with warm textures, earthy tones, and design details that feel collected rather than copied. The rooms are cozy in the best way. Super comfortable beds, quiet at night, and thoughtful touches that make it feel more like a beautifully designed retreat than a standard hotel. Everything feels clean, elevated, and effortlessly cool without trying too hard. The staff is genuinely awesome. Santiago at the front desk is friendly, down to earth, and actually helpful. A huge highlight is the on site restaurant Juliette. Chef Noah is incredible, delivering true farm to table dishes that are fresh, seasonal, and thoughtfully executed. It is the kind of restaurant you would go out of your way to visit even if you were not staying at the hotel, which makes having it right downstairs such a treat. The location is perfect for exploring on foot, surrounded by great food, coffee, and shops, yet still calm and relaxed when you come back to unwind. Hotel Willa nails that hip southwest boutique feel where design, comfort, and great food all come together. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

had a great stay at the Hotel Willa. The interior open space area is what makes the hotel. So nice and calming. We loved having a drink by one of the fire pits with a cocktail from the bar looking at the stars. It was nice to have a great bar at the hotel. We did not have a chance to try out the on site restaurant but it looked lovely. The rooms are very nice and comfy beds. Well designed layout with good storage and thoughtful shelf areas in bathroom to store your stuff. The staff were all wonderful. We had bikes to store and they took good care of them for us. We also really appreciate the sheet of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We went to the recommended Taos Art Museum at Fichen House which was wonderful. We will definitely return.

Since Bandelier NM was closed for the government shutdown, I changed my itinerary last minute to spend a night in Taos. I chose Hotel Willa because it's in walking distance to the historic district and all of the galleries, shops, and restaurants. Given the super reasonable price, I wasn't expecting anything special, but man was I wrong. When I walk into my room, I was greeted by laid back music playing on a vintage bed-side radio. The room itself was beautiful. The lighting and decor made it look like something you'd see advertised in a southwestern home magazine. The arched entrance to the shower was a nice touch. The pillows were super comfortable. The soaps spelt amazing. The courtyard had fire pits, hammocks, and an immaculate pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean. I've spent more for crummy chain hotels along the side of the highway that offered no amenities. This place is a great value for what you're getting. I will 100% return if I'm ever in Taos again.

This place is such a vibe — calm, beautiful, and full of Taos charm. The decor is gorgeous, and the whole atmosphere feels so serene and relaxing. The pool, sauna, and hot tub area are pure bliss. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. You can really tell how much care went into creating such a relaxing space. The bar and restaurant are amazing too — the food and drinks are top-notch, and the staff, especially Keegan, made the experience even better. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’m already planning my next trip back. Hotel Willa is such a perfect addition to Taos!

Excellent property overall. Clean, modern, and perfectly designed for Taos. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Everything worked. The soap in the guest rooms was high end. There is a huge courtyard with pool and hot tub. The restaurant is modern and has great food. It is a foodie kind of menu but very good flavor. Definitely an experience and not cookie cutter. Couple of issues but not big. Access in and out is difficult as it sits at an intersection. Wish there was comfortable seating at the fire pits. With the odd round seats the fire pits had no value to us. And being on city roads there is traffic noise. Didn't keep me from sleeping in the huge and cozy bed! No elevators for second floor but desk personnel will offer to carry bags. Finally, I want to give a shout out to the front desk and bar staff. Friendly and welcoming folks! We highly recommend this property. A definite experience of Taos. Unique property that gives amenities above the room cost.

We loved everything about our stay. Beautiful rooms, great staff and dog friendly. The pet fee was a bit high, but everything else was great.

They have only been open a few weeks, and even though everyone is new and they are still ramping up, it was a great stay. The property is beautiful, and the pool was great post-hiking. Sauna & cold plunge were also nice. The bar is great - interesting cocktails & local spirits. This may change in the near future, but as of our stay, the room had no coffee maker or fridge. That meant no taking leftovers from dinner, and no coffee before an early morning balloon ride. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I and 2 friends went. For drinks and dinner last night. Food and drinks were amazing, highly recommend. If you're in the area stopping by the hotel was beautiful. And you took the quick walk around. Whoever designed it to a great job. Great field, but again food and drinks on point.

Beautiful esthetic! Staff very willing to please. Restaurant/bar a bit skimpy in offerings that were also skimpy but very current. Rooms very quiet-don't hear those next to you- which promotes good sleep. No coffee in rooms. Served in lobby at 7:30am. Will serve earlier upon request . No towel hooks in bathroom. Did they not want to upset the esthetic?

Stayed at Hotel Willa for one night while on vacation in Santa Fe. This hotel had only been open for a couple of weeks and the Travel & Leisure reviews had me intrigued. The guy that checked us in was so kind, professional and friendly. He was a great first impression. The grounds were nicely appointed and the amenities looked worthy of a relaxing stay. I was overall very pleased with our accommodations even though they advertised blackout curtains that did not quite deliver on a completely dark room. They are working on how to resolve that issue. We are also in our 60s and wished the mattress was a little softer or a pillow top. We visited the onsite restaurant and it was fantastic. The sheet bread was simple but so good. The margaritas were excellent. But the star of the night was the hamburger. OMG. I do not even like hamburgers or let's say not until I ate this one. It literally was a culinary experience. The meat was like butter but tasted of quality beef. The addition of cheese and onions were perfection. That burger is still on our minds. This will be my go to hotel every time I go to Taos. Worth the stay.
