Hotel Wiracocha Inn

My room was booked through the group tour I took, no complaints. My room had a wonderfully hot shower, clean, and safe. Breakfast was pretty good too

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The bed sheets were dirty. Also, we complained about not having warm water and the receptionist agreed to check it out. After confirming that there is actually warm water available, we returned to the room but unfortunately that was not the case and the water was still cold.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all. The bed sheets and pillows had hair and strange stains, which was very uncomfortable. I also saw a worm on the wall and cobwebs in the corners of the room. It was really unpleasant and did not feel hygienic. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience! Dont stay in this hotel! Rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Very small rooms and bathrooms are horrible! If already booked; good luck!! The breakfast and service was horrible. They don’t even change towels! Hotel lobby was dirty and with construction material right at the entrance! Staff don’t care about anything. Worst experience I have had in a hotel and I am not a picky person and can accept some things. They have an F. Hope people read this before booking.

Dirty dirty dirty Blood on towels, mold in the bathroom, the floor was so dirty that our feet got dark existing the shower, hair in the bed (and the bedsheets were far from being clean…) a worm on the wall (!!!!), insects and spider nets all over the place… disgusting. Also, extremely noisy and the windows cannot be locked! We took an early shower and it was ok, but by 6 pm when our travel partners took the shower, warm water was already over! When we complained they offered to clean the room, but still it is unacceptable…

Great views! The fruit is bomb! We had trouble locking and unlocking our door. We were very close in the city. Everything was walking distance.

Honestly of all the hotels we used for our travels across Peru this was by far the worst. We were given a twin room on the ground floor. Facilities are very basic which would be ok, but firstly the smell of damp knocks you out on entering the room. Everything is cold (the window doesn’t shut properly) so not only cold and damp, but super noisy due to the ferocious river just outside. Even the toilet roll was damp to touch.|The bed was clean, but the sheet didn’t fit properly and actually came off the mattress (which is just gross) while sleeping. I had to sleep fully clothed. Breakfast was very basic. Absolutely would not recommend.

Location is perfect. Middle of everything. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was nice and simple.
