The hotel was fine. The room size was great. Breakfast was sparse. In the hotel foyer the roof was leaking water inside (although it was raining pretty heavy and they did clean up the mess pretty quickly). One thing that would improve the user experience is to simply place a small sticker called 'reception' against the button in the lift corresponding to the ground floor level as it is otherwise not very clear for new arrivals.

We stayed here for a few nights in December. While the room was neat and clean, the bathroom looked very dated, and the water coming out of the shower was not a uniform flow, but an inconsistent one. The balcony was also aging, with paint flaking off. The free passes to the pool across the road was a great addition.

Good spacious room & well appointed. Location great, especially with the Tradies club downstairs if you don't want to venture too far for dinner. Otherwise pretty suburban but good. Super annoyed when our room was not available to check into even 30mins after check in time. In saying that housekeeping went above & beyond when we stayed & were friendly & helpful in the process. It is a busy place. Lifts were slow, but you get used to that & give yourself an extra 5mins to exit. All in all good. Would stay again

We have always stayed here, next time we will be booking somewhere else. The Manager tried to charge us $100 more than what we booked the rates at. She was rude and obnoxious. She refused to allow me to speak to someone above her and refused to provide me with the means to put in a complaint. She tried to refuse our booking when I said I wouldn't pay more than the rate we had booked it at and I had to have our booking agent speak to her. She tried to have police attend however they advised her it wasn't a police matter. Clearly she needs some further customer service training. While I was explaining the situation to our booking agent she was putting me down to other customers. Terrible customer service. Be careful they don't try to charge you more on arrival too.

Clean and well furnished with safe underground parking and a club with a pretty good restaurant attached. There's a problem with the key cards though that the reception do not acknowledge. Several other guests I came across had the same problem. Mostly noticable with the elevator. Otherwise 5 star.

I have a sister with Down's Syndrome and while her room was being refurbished I had her stay at the Quality Hotel in a 1 bedroom apartment for the week. The room was bright and airy. Very clean. The kitchenette had a full size fridge, sink, toasterand kettle. The mini bar was very limited but this was not a bad thing in our case. The main stand out feature for me was the service. Nothing was too much trouble. I pre-ordered all of my sister's dinners and 2 lunches. I got a call on day 3 because the staff member was worried I may have forgotten to order lunch for her. The building is secure as you need a key to get up to the floors. The hotel is attached to the Tradies club which offers buffet breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. The room service meals were very nice and very generous. Only criticism is the lack of a dessert menu. Also, the only in room breakfast option is the cereal pack in the mini bar with cereal, milk, fruit, juice and a Carmen's muesli bar bite. The views aren't great but there is a small bal cony. Walking distance to Westfield Woden, movies, ice skating, swimming, several clubs and nice cafes. There is off street and underground parking. I would recommend it.

After a long drive, we were so happy that we stayed at Quality hotel Woden. It was not a luxurious 5 star hotel but it was a comfortable room to stay in for a family of 4. The room was peaceful, the beds were comfortable and free Wi-Fi was provided. Breakfast was available between 7-30 and 9:30 at the Tradies club that is attached to the hotel. Breakfast vouchers can be obtained at the reception at a slightly discounted price. Plenty of parking spaces outside and in the basement.

Good ambience and clean room. A contemporary breakfast available in the restaurant for $15. Need to pay extra for consuming tea and coffe available in the room which is usually provided free.

Yelp
We left the suitcases and when we picked them up they did not have a bathroom in the lobby and no place to change. We were recommended to go across the street to a local cafe. Poor service! Very poor. Calee was the unfortunate representative.

Yelp
Clean, nicely decorated with nice amenities. It's great to have a pantry where you can buy food and other convenient amenities as well as having a coffee shop and a restaurant on the ground floor. Right next door to Westfield Woden where you can go watch a movie, grab a quick bite or shop. Really enjoyed my stay here and the price was good found on wotif.
