Hotel is located right on the strip so perfect if you want to make the most of the nightlife. I was in a single room on the corner of the hotel which is probably smaller than others but still big enough for one person. Included a balcony, desk, decent sized bathroom etc - everything you would expect from your average Spanish hotel. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work - only negative. Pool area itself is quite small and I don’t know how hectic this might be in peak season because the hotel is quite big. I didn’t actually spend any time there but I did notice that the pool area is essentially enclosed in a cove in the middle of the hotel so I don’t know if that effects how much sunlight get to the pool area and perhaps why this hotel is so well priced given the location and how everything else in the hotel seems to be to a good standard. Decent sized bar and entertainment area on ground floor beside pool and there’s a restaurant on the first floor although I didn’t visit this either. All in all what you would expect from your average Spanish hotel. It’s very well priced given the facilities, rooms and location, but like I said I don’t know if the pool area is a big factor in why it’s priced slightly less than others in Lloret so worth checking out other reviews to see if this is true if you’re someone who values their pool time and sun exposure!

Very nice and cozy hotel, the location is excellent, there is a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King nearby, it takes no more than 7 minutes to get to the beach. There is also a disco party every evening, which really helped to relax and enjoy the holiday.A huge thank you to Kevin who was a DJ and played really cool and funny songs. Regarding the rooms, there are not enough sockets in the three-bed room (one near the bed, the second where the TV is and the third one in the bathroom. It makes it a bit difficult to use, especially for three people, but in principle it's bearable. Otherwise I was satisfied and recommend this hotel. Big hello to Kevin)

Had a coffee in the bar, fantastic service, all the waitresses are so friendly and efficient. Best place in Lloret to have a snack or eat lunch. A really great experience. A special mention to Paola y Melania, the very best, a credit to the hotel. They both should get a pay rise.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel itself was good but the restaurant was horrible. The restaurant staff were so aggressive, rude and hostile. The restaurant staff would roll their eyes, make faces, shout at me and even use degrading language towards me. The staff got so aggressive towards me that I ended up not eating on the last two days after two of their staff members shouted at me to the point I was crying after. Half the time they refused to let me eat claiming I had not filled out the correct form and after 10 minutes would finally find the form after me begging them to look. The times I was ALLOWED to eat they gave me tiny and half cooked microwaved meals of the lowest quality. I will not be returning. Do not go here if you have allergies - it is horrible.

Wow. Just WOW! We popped to the cafe after getting in and were given service, I'd argue, would be beyond satisfactory for royalty. Great fun, great drinks and left with great memories. Cannot recommend enough, and if in season, try asking for the Perfumed Gilbert Fizz. Easily the best I've ever had!!

Brilliant venue, great service. Favourite part of the whole experience was the buffet! Outstanding!! Never have I experienced a buffet like it, best of the best quality. 10/10 and can’t wait to get back to have it again. Hats off to the chef

Decent room. Activities were very fun (shoutout to Kevin) - we loved the shooting. One of our party had an allergy and the staff at the restaurant were rude and unhelpful

In the centre but horrible service, a big assortment of food options but horrible quality, rude staff, unclean and inadequate rooms. It has better receptions but for the love of god choose another establishment and save some money.
