Good hotel we stayed from monday until friday the receptionstaff and all the rest of the staff where great and very friendly the room was great with a rain shower and dolce gusto machine because we had the plus room. Only negative point the restaurant was overloaded sometimes not always I say with noisy teenagers spoiling the evening Also the food in the restaurant was good but not too warm sometimes. We loved the stay but because of the young crowd we sadly will stay next year in the GHT hotel that was a bit better and more calmer and outside the city. Note we stayed a few years back and the buffet was more varied now it looked like it was more catered for young people.

If you ever wondered what happens when a man with an oversized ego and no common sense gets hold of a spatula, come to this hotel. My mother has a medically diagnosed gluten intolerance and followed every instruction — including filling in their so-called “special dietary form.” Apparently, that form was only useful for the chef to tick “no” next to everything she requested, because he decided she was “faking” it.||||Yes, you read that correctly — a chef in a four-star hotel took it upon himself to play doctor. Why? Because my mother ordered paella — a rice dish that is, in case he needs a reminder, gluten-free. The arrogance is astonishing.||||You are not Gordon Ramsay. You’re not Jamie Oliver. You’re not even close. You’re a hotel chef whose only job is to cook food safely and professionally — something you’ve spectacularly failed to do. You don’t get to decide who “deserves” to eat. You don’t get to challenge a guest’s medical condition. You get paid to cook, not to make moral or medical judgments.||||For a four-star hotel, this is a complete embarrassment. If this man is the standard of your staff, the fourth star should be removed immediately. A guest with dietary needs should never have to beg for basic respect, and a chef should never be allowed to play god in the kitchen. Absolutely appalling behavior.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. It was definitely not what I expected. That hotel is more suitable for individuals who are between the ages of young up to 25 years. The hotel was full of young kids, teenagers from university and so fourth. The hotel was very noisy with loud music during the daytime. Running around the hotel like a playground. Kids shouting out their windows from the balcony. Then everyone started to sing songs from there balcony which was very annoying. It wasn't for me. There are older people that stay there as well. However, depending on your preference. It was definitely not my preference at all. Had I have known about this hotel and these issues. I wouldn't have stayed there. The lift occasionally would break down and I was on the 6th floor. When I tried to explain to the receptionist about the lift. They didn't understand me, so i gave up explaining. If you have different countries staying in the hotel. From my understanding, you should have staff that are fluent to understand English. The only one staff I would say who made me felt very welcome was Alex. He was the best staff there. All the other staff was not welcoming at all. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again and not recommend it.

⭐ 1/5 – Worst Hotel Experience Ever||||Staff (⭐ 1/5)||The staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, they treated us as if we were a burden. Every question was met with cold or impolite answers. At one point, they even threatened us with the police and told us to leave the hotel without any valid reason. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable.||||Rooms (⭐ 1/5)||The rooms were filthy, neglected, and extremely uncomfortable. The moment we entered, we were hit by a terrible smell of dampness and mold. The furniture was old and broken, the mattresses were completely worn out, and the sheets did not look clean. The bathroom was in terrible condition with cracked tiles, a leaking shower, and stains on the walls. It felt unhygienic and unsafe to stay there.||||Food (⭐ 1/5)||The food was by far the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. Meals were cold, tasteless, and often undercooked – in some cases literally raw. Vegetables were wilted, meat was barely cooked, and desserts looked like leftovers from previous days. The food wasn’t just bad – it was unsafe.||||Hotel Condition (⭐ 1/5)||The whole hotel looked abandoned and poorly maintained. Hallways were dark and dirty, walls damaged, and common areas completely neglected. The pool and surrounding areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. The overall atmosphere was depressing instead of relaxing, which is the opposite of what you expect on vacation.||||Value (⭐ 1/5)||For the price paid, the experience was a complete rip-off. The hotel doesn’t even meet the most basic standards, and guests are treated with no respect.||||Location (⭐ 3/5)||The only slightly positive thing is that the hotel is centrally located in Lloret de Mar, close to shops and the beach. But honestly, this small advantage is worthless compared to the nightmare of staying here.||||⸻||||Conclusion||||Hotel Xaine Park in Lloret de Mar is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From rude staff and disgusting rooms to unsafe food and a run-down building, every part of this experience was awful. The fact that the staff even threatened us with the police without reason is beyond shocking.||||⚠️ Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other places in Lloret de Mar where you can enjoy your holiday without being disrespected and mistreated.

Hotel is located right on the strip so perfect if you want to make the most of the nightlife. I was in a single room on the corner of the hotel which is probably smaller than others but still big enough for one person. Included a balcony, desk, decent sized bathroom etc - everything you would expect from your average Spanish hotel. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work - only negative. Pool area itself is quite small and I don’t know how hectic this might be in peak season because the hotel is quite big. I didn’t actually spend any time there but I did notice that the pool area is essentially enclosed in a cove in the middle of the hotel so I don’t know if that effects how much sunlight get to the pool area and perhaps why this hotel is so well priced given the location and how everything else in the hotel seems to be to a good standard. Decent sized bar and entertainment area on ground floor beside pool and there’s a restaurant on the first floor although I didn’t visit this either. All in all what you would expect from your average Spanish hotel. It’s very well priced given the facilities, rooms and location, but like I said I don’t know if the pool area is a big factor in why it’s priced slightly less than others in Lloret so worth checking out other reviews to see if this is true if you’re someone who values their pool time and sun exposure!

Very nice and cozy hotel, the location is excellent, there is a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King nearby, it takes no more than 7 minutes to get to the beach. There is also a disco party every evening, which really helped to relax and enjoy the holiday.A huge thank you to Kevin who was a DJ and played really cool and funny songs. Regarding the rooms, there are not enough sockets in the three-bed room (one near the bed, the second where the TV is and the third one in the bathroom. It makes it a bit difficult to use, especially for three people, but in principle it's bearable. Otherwise I was satisfied and recommend this hotel. Big hello to Kevin)

Had a coffee in the bar, fantastic service, all the waitresses are so friendly and efficient. Best place in Lloret to have a snack or eat lunch. A really great experience. A special mention to Paola y Melania, the very best, a credit to the hotel. They both should get a pay rise.
