This hotel has seen its best days, we had three rooms and they all reeked of cigarettes and very strong cleaning products. The walls and interiors were water-damaged.||Although the terrible hotel experience I want to give a shoutout to Alicia in the reception that was super helpful and extremely service-minded to all our requests and questions!

worst hotel room we have stayed for 30 years, in fact the room probably has not been upgraded in that amount of time. the reception area looks great, but as soon as you get out of the lift the smell hits you, open the door and the decor looks like something out of the 80's 2 star hotel, bed very uncomfortable, very cheep mattress, bathroom pokey, cant even sit on the toilet properly. I would definetely not stay here, find somewhere else.

The hotel was well located, the view from the balcony is very nice. You can see the cathedral. The bed was spacious. Breakfast is basic. Room is poorly equipped, no minibar, and the bathroom is smelly and outdated. Poor soundproofing, we could hear neighbours talking and air-conditioning working from outside. Difficult to reach by car due to central location. Parking is available nearby, but not included in the price and costs 14 EUR per day.

Stayed one night on a tour of Andalusia and visited the city of Jaen. Wanted to stay centrally and this ticked all the boxes. Easy to drop off cases in this old city and subsidised parking with room, very centrally located minutes from the cathedral. Fashionable hotel, rooms a mix we had two. Both fairly modern but one very dark looking into a wall and one overlooking Constitution Square which was bright light and with super views. Bathrooms need a refresh but clean and functional with plenty of hot water. The roof terrace was amazing. Has tables, chairs and sun loungers but at 43 degrees in July best at night. Very reasonably priced honesty bar and great setting with beautiful views of the city and cathedral. Lovely place to spend the end of the evening. Helpful staff and buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend especially for the roof terrace - can't get better views in the city.

Great location, value for money. Staff are useless. Breko is bread and a brew. And it doesn’t have a car park, it has a car park near by, but what hotel doesn’t, but for a cheap hotel it is in a great spot. Rooms are dated like a lime green bathroom.

The staff is really very helpful and kind! That's all. I do not like to write bad things about hotels but this is not a nice place to stay: The lift makes so much noice you can hear and feel it in your room. As it is winter time they put the heating full on which you are unable to switch off, even at night. And the AC does not work. Oldish rooms and bathrooms. Poor breakfast. Cheap price though but not for a nice stay. Look up my pics.

Disappointing hotel in the middle of Jaen. Very hard to find even with sat nav as most of the city centre is a one-way system with numerous traffic restrictions. Parking is in an underground garage about 50 metres from the hotel and is chargeable. Our small room was in need of a lot of TLC. Dated furniture, holes in the wall, a safe that did not work, sockets with no power and pathetic air conditioning. We were only staying one night otherwise we would have requested a change. Breakfast had a very restricted menu and you had to obtain coffee, tea etc from a vending machine (no charge). All in all a substandard experience and one that we would not wish to repeat.

Great city centre place . The room was ok. The bathroom a bit dated. The shower rail fell down when you pulled the shower curtain. There was no bath plug so couldn't have a bath. Breakfast was great and very cheap. Staff brilliant have a bath. My room face
