Hotel Xcaret Arte

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The food was delicious! The art work and decor around the resort is breathtaking. I must say our housekeeper Fabrizio Suarez made our stay even better. He had our room looking spotless every night. I've stayed at a lot of resorts before and never had top notch organization in our room. He went above and beyond so he definitely made our stay extra special. Thank you Fabrizio!

This place is incredible! So beautiful and so mich to do! The beds are incredibly comfortable. I didn't want to get out. The pool service was amazing. We got to know Jorge Fernandez. Such an amazing gentleman. He kept us with dry towels and cleaned our glasses. He gave us advice about Cozumel and just generally took care of us. Gabriel (not sure of last name) NEVER let our drinks run out. Once he knew our order he refilled before we even asked. He would also make sure we were well hydrated by bringing us water. Absolutely amazing service!

Hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. The entire property feels like a living art gallery, with real artwork thoughtfully placed throughout. The rooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology, and the buildings are crafted with meticulous attention to detail—truly an architectural masterpiece. With 10 exceptional restaurants, a private beach of white coral sand, and crystal-clear blue water, every moment here feels like paradise. The beach design, seamlessly connected to a tranquil river, is absolutely breathtaking. The spa offers outstanding service, and every staff member is genuinely kind and helpful. From the food to the drinks, everything was simply delicious. This was more than a vacation—it was an unforgettable experience.

Our entire stay was incredible, nothing like we have ever experienced. Everyone was so thoughtful and intentional with making us feel special and tending to all of our wants. Everything was clean, food was delicious, and the moments we will always remember. Jorge with Concierge went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember. Workers like him are the reason we will be coming back, because good people bring good energy and he has an energy that makes us never want to leave the resort! Apapachaco (the vegan restaurant) blew us away. My wife and I are both not vegan (and honestly was pretty skeptical with it being vegan). But the breakfast and the dinner were both amazing. We had went there almost every day for breakfast. ||For dinner we had the pleasure of having the rooftop restaurant to ourselves during sunset. Service was superb and provided experiences that you didn’t even know you needed. ||By going so often they asked if they could make us a special chef curated dish our last day. They did and like everything else, it was amazing! ||They went above and beyond for all aspects of a dinning experience. ||I might become a vegan if all food was like this!

Excellent hotel. Room is amazing with the swim up pool. Lots activities to do. The food is all delicious. The staff were all welcoming, kind, friendly, helpfully & knowledgeable especially Teresa Mesera Caigta and Jorge Fernandez. Teresa was very attentive at the lagoon and very helpful. Jorge was also very helpful @ the pool & he also made sure that we were taken care of.

Amazing property nestled between the Jungle and the ocean. Rustic and yet luxurious accommodations. The Buffet is a Mexican market with ALL of Mexico’s street foods. And I mean ALL of them. If you enjoy this type of food you are in for a treat. Since it is adults only it is very peaceful. Not much of a beach so be prepared to spend time in any of their multiple pools. Access to all of the parks is a plus. We felt safe during the whole trip including the included shuttle rides from the airport. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Xcaret Arte. The room, service, food, activities are all 10/10. We had such a fantastic stay and already made plans to come back next year! The attention to detail truly makes a difference and this is one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Xcaret Arte is so special and you won’t regret your decision to come here. The place is very luxurious, so it’s a bit more expensive than the average AI resorts but it’s worth every penny!
