HOTEL Y BUNGALOWS BALCON DE CÓMPETA

Good overall. Some staff friendly but some not. The pool is good, but it was not clean for 2 days we were there. The pool bar was poor with no bar menu and slow service. Did not know how to make a cocktail. Air-conditioning great in room and very clean. Cleaners were great. It's very noisy at night as the rooms are over the restaurant, so bring ear plugs and don't expect early nights. Town was beautiful.

Our room was a balcony deluxe with a spectacular view down the valley to the sea. Room was neat & tidy with a large comfy bed on a Spanish tiled floor - Bathroom was also clean & well provisioned - Staff were helpful & proficient & our room was cleaned & turned over every day. Continental breakfast was varied & plentiful operating from 0800hrs to 1030 hrs 4 the five days we were there. Balcon is no lie with stupendous views over the lovely garden pool & patio area across the campo to the sea - Spectacular - A good choice in my opinion

We weren't staying here but went for drinks and breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great food and drinks all with a spectacular view. This place is a must in Competa. Recommended

Lovely Spanish traditional hotel.|Welcoming, super clean and accommodating. The lady who owns it (apologies I didn’t ask) is super friendly, speaks excellent English and is wonderfully helpful.||Rooms are comfortable and the toiletries and towels plentiful.||Breakfast is continental and there’s lots of it.||Would go back.

The hotel is sat in the most spectacular backdrop and the views are just breathtaking. The rooms are really good and the staff that look after your rooms cannot do enough. The only disappointment was breakfast on a couple of occasions when it was really hard work asking for basic foods. To be told there are no tomato’s because they are too busy eating their own breakfast was a little shoddy. Other than that I enjoyed my stay in this quaint village.

A great hotel in Competa, with a lovey Spanish feel. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke some English. The room we stayed in was of a good size and air-conditioned, which was a godsend in the 30 degree heat. The bed was super comfy and I can honestly I had the best nights sleep during our stay. We had great views from our room, which overlooked the pool and Andalusian hills, and through to the sea. The outdoor terrace/balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy drinks with friends. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
