Worst experience ever. After a tired three hour road trip from Guatemala City ,what you expect is to arrive to at least a decent clean hotel, Well , THIS IS NOT ! Not an even decent entrance! Without asking the staff sent us ( 7 adult people over 68 ) to the third floor! No elevator, just stairs . There s no one to help with suitcases! Rooms extremely small, no closet, not a place where to put your things! Too old , Just a horrible chair! Not clean at all, bathroom just with the minimum , not even a hanger where to put the towel , very old cabinets, the toilet paper the cheapest quality as the soaps. |It looks more than a hostel, very very old building and rooms . We couldn’t sleep cause linens look dirty , and there’s a lot of noise, you can hear everything! Unfortunately we had to stay for 3 days cause we paid through the hotels.com platform. |The only good thing of this semi hotel is the location. |I don’t know why tripadvisor and the other adds offer it as a good place to stay ! Definitely, NOT Recommended!

The most accommodating and helpful staff! They were so friendly and sweet every single day. They went over the top to make sure my friends and I were comfortable and welcome in the hotel. The laundry service was incredible too. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent location and great staff. The prices are quite the value as well. Nice place to base tours from especially for day trips to Pacaya or weekend trips to Atitlan. WiFi is fast and showers are hot. Could not ask for anything more. The balcony is a great place to sit in the evening and watch the passersby.

Hotel La Sin Ventura is a comfy spot located right near the main square. The staff are nice and attentive. The beds are comfortable and clean! The rooms are basic but it’s perfect for a short stay. At night I didn’t find it was noisy or uncomfortable, out stay was enjoyable and I would stay again.

I stayed here for three different occasions. I chose this hotel because they're centrally located, had good value single room, and also because I had to store my luggage. This is not a luxury hotel by any mean but for the price, I think it's reasonably good place to stay. Rooms only have windows to corridor, not outside, so air circulation is not so good. They give you fan-like thing in your room but it could get hot during the day. But other than that, I was fine staying here. Again, for the price, it did its job. I especially loved its central location. You can walk everywhere from here. And good security means I could leave my bags without worrying about it. Staffs are very friendly and attentive.

The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Very friendly and accommodating. Very clean establishment. And they offered dietary restrictions to those who needed it during dinner. The rooftop is a lovely view of the city of Antigua and agua volcano. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location in the very center of the city. Very easy to find. Everything you need is nearby - shops and cafes. Excellent value for money. There is warm water in the shower. Excellent and extremely high-quality services, such as laundry service. The staff are very kind and speak excellent english. On the negative side, it could be mentioned that the air and electricity sockets in the room are placed in inappropriate places. But overall excellent accommodation.

This hotel was clean, in a great location, and had incredibly welcoming staff. They have on-site laundry service, clean your room every day, and have great breakfast. They have a roof top which is great to sit and look at the surrounding volcanoes. Would stay here again!
