We recently stayed at this luxury property, and while much about it was exceptional, one glaring flaw made the experience frustrating. The positives: The setting is spectacular—breathtaking views that you could never tire of. Service was top-notch: warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to please. The food lived up to the hotel’s reputation, with beautifully prepared dishes that rivaled fine dining restaurants. The drawback, however, was the bathroom experience. For a property in this price range, I expected comfort and functionality. Instead, the lighting was so harsh and poorly placed that it was nearly impossible to apply makeup. The absence of a standing height lit magnifying mirror—something even mid-tier hotels provide—was surprising and inconvenient. The hairdryer felt like a relic from another era, weak and outdated. And while the hotel splurged on high-tech Toto toilets that seem to do everything under the sun, what would have been far more valuable was better lighting, a bit more space, and amenities that actually enhance daily routines. In short: a hotel with extraordinary service, food, and views, but bathrooms that simply don’t match the otherwise high standards. For the rates charged, I hope management reconsiders their priorities—the basics of comfort and practicality matter just as much as luxury flourishes.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole, I knew this was going to be an unforgettable stay. The setting is absolutely breathtaking—perched high above the valley, the hotel offers sweeping views of the Tetons and surrounding landscape that change beautifully throughout the day. Every sunrise and sunset felt like a private work of art. The design of the hotel itself is elegant yet warm, blending modern luxury with the natural beauty of Jackson Hole. Our suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered incredible comfort, complete with a private balcony where we could relax and soak in the mountain air. The amenities are second to none. The spa, sauna, and heated pool provided the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation, while the fitness center and wellness options showed how much thought was put into creating a complete guest experience. Dining at Olivia’s was another highlight—fresh, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay feel personal and special. This is not just a hotel—it’s an escape into beauty, tranquility, and luxury. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in the world. I left already planning my next visit

A perfectly located, adult only, luxury boutique hotel with breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons and the lush valley below. 4 unit bungalows (2 per floor on two floors) offer a more private feel. The main house offers a good restaurant with a small focused menu, a spa and a heated pool. The intimate setting is a perfect for a quiet getaway to connect with nature and your loved ones. Access to Yellowstone is relatively quick, but if you want to be pampered, book the excursion offered by the hotel with a local touring company and tour Yellowstone in style. Town is a short drive away (10-15 minutes), with some excellent dining options. Service is enthusiastic and friendly, but never intrusive. Management is quick to respond with requests and their openness to feedback bodes well for the future of this gem of a hotel. A few minor points: all the rooms are the same size, and we would have loved to have stayed in a one bedroom suite. We were at the hotel during a particularly warm time and the AC had difficulty keeping up. Lastly, the restaurant offers very good food, but could use a bit more variety. Perhaps a rotating menu through the week? To be clear, none of these points would keep us from returning as this hotel offers a great experience as is.

My Family and I ages 25 to 64 vacationed at Hotel Yellowstone on 9/7 for a week. The booking process was seamless and Linda & Lourdes were amazing to work with curating all of the adventures we planned. From the moment we arrived the valet team was waiting for us and gave us a warm greeting. The welcome drinks were a nice touch and the check in process was easy. The roams are gorgeous and finally there's a hotel with an in room smart system that actually works. The hotel also has a text assistant called sage that works perfectly no matter what the time or request. The breakfast that was included is superb and the views in the dining room are to die for. We all certainly miss the views at breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Yellowstone. You will not ne disappointed.

We can’t say enough great things about this Hotel/Resort. The location is nestled in the foothills of the mountains above Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Every room has a beautiful view of the Teton mountains in some way. Our room was absolutely perfect and we spent time each day on our private balcony just enjoying the quiet, peaceful and beauty of the area and looking at those Tetons. The service and staff are excellent. Attention to every detail was considered. The staff strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Again, the attention to detail is amazing. Each room has a fridge and snack drawer that is restocked every day with drinks and fun treats. When we asked if they had a different drink, they said yes and the next day those requested drinks were in our fridge. This service is included in the price of your stay. It’s wonderful fun!|Valet parking is included in the price of your stay and so is breakfast. The breakfast is not just simple yogurts and fruit, it’s a very elegant variety of breakfast items curated by the chef. We tried something new each morning. We also dined at their restaurant for dinner which was also delicious. We hesitate to write this review only because we know that once more people find this place, it will be harder to get a reservation. But the Hotel truly deserves every five star review possible. It’s a wonderful escape from the stress of life. We have only mentioned a few of the amenities of this Hotel. Don’t hesitate, go and see for yourself. Thank you Hotel Yellowstone, you’re our new favorite place to vacation and relax. We will absolutely be coming back as often as we can.

Our stay at Hotel Yellowstone was incredible. Trying a new hotel can be nerve wracking but the relief washed over me when we walked onto the property. Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at (which is quite a few) in regards to service, style and accommodations. At each step of the staff was responsive and aided me in ANY request I made. For instance, ee needed our car from the valet at 445am to go see the sunrise at the base of the tetons. They made sure the car was our front and stocked with cold water. I asked for champagne to be in our room at arrival and one or two text to the concerige made it happen seamlessly. The dining experience was great (NYC native so I can be a bit judgey) and the service on par with Michelin expectations. Do not walk, run to Hotel Yellowstone for your get away. Im not a skier and this stay was in July 2025 so there may be other skiing aspects I do not fold into my review. Id give it a 6th star if possible.

What an amazing time! Every interaction with staff was friendly and positive. Every request was promptly taken care of with a smile. Since the restaurant only serves hotel guests, there was never an issue being seated and having an incredible meal with amazing views. Pictured is just one view from the dining room. The indoor pool was fabulous, especially when the windows were open and the fresh mountain air filled the room. A wonderful stay over a holiday weekend. We will be back…!

Yelp
If you're looking for the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic local charm, look no further than Hotel Yellowstone! Nestled in the stunning Mead Ranch near the majestic Teton Mountains, this brand-new property has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay. Every aspect of our experience here was impeccable, from the breathtaking views to the world-class hospitality. A special shout-out goes to Wyatt, the Acting General Manager, whose passion for the area shines through in everything he does. Having grown up here, Wyatt was a wealth of knowledge about the Tetons and gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the region. His warm, welcoming attitude and professionalism made us feel right at home. Another standout was Hannah, the Food and Beverage Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even going off-property to fetch more of our favorite beverages when they ran low. Her dedication to providing top-tier service didn't go unnoticed, and it's clear she runs her department with precision and care. The property itself is stunning - beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering views of the surrounding mountains that are nothing short of magical. The on-site restaurant Olivia's featured an exceptional menu, and the food was delicious, showcasing local flavors with a gourmet twist. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway, Hotel Yellowstone has something for everyone. We can't wait to return! **Rating: **
