Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole

Hotel Yellowstone is a hidden gem, tucked away in Jackson Hole, with breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons. Every morning we woke up with purple and pink skies reflecting over the Teton mountains from our bed. The space itself, is a modern zen sanctuary, perfect for any getaway. You can indulge on fine dining at the hotels restaurant, Olivia’s, with a stellar view of the mountain. Our vacation at HY was so lovely, we extended our stay 3 days. While the views are spectacular, from our cozy cabin, what really made our trip smooth- was the warm & thoughtful hospitality. Linda & Andre at the front desk were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our day-to-day itineraries, from smoothly extending our stay, to securing us a last minute photographer, recommending yoga studios to practice, and a dinner reservation at Jackson Hole’s best Japanese omakase experience. The valet, Reilly & Alek, are very accommodating and considerate to guests. Reilly was an excellent driver for our evening out in the downtown area! Alek went above and beyond in handling our dry cleaning & laundry from our hikes & hot yoga classes. If you are visiting Jackson Hole, WY, you have got to stay at Hotel Yellowstone; because the service is smooth and unmatched. Thank you Linda, Andre, Reilly, & Alek- y’all made our stay very special.

Our stay at Hotel Jackson was truly unforgettable. It was our very first time to the area and from the moment we arrived, the views and service were exceptional. Linda, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless, her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care set the tone for the entire stay and we are forever grateful. The rooms and views are stunning, you wake up every morning to the view of what can only be explained as a painting, they are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have heated floors and of all things, amazing toilets. I had to look up what kind it was because I told my husband I wanted one for our house! Alec took the time to personally sit down with us and explain the highlights of both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, giving us a thoughtful plan to make the most of our time. His local knowledge and passion were invaluable. In the mornings we were fortunate to be served by Alejandro in the dining room. His professionalism and kindness, paired with the restaurant’s incredible menu and breathtaking views, made breakfast an absolute highlight. Breakfast is included in your stay and the food was incredible, they will even pack your breakfast to go if you’re heading out on an excursion. Egg sandwich (ask for it on the homemade English muffin) and French toast were our favorite. Every part of our stay, from the staff to the accommodations exceeded expectations with all of the attention to detail and their genuine interest in getting to know us. It was one of the most breathtaking and peaceful places we’ve ever been. Hotel Yellowstone Jackson Hole combines luxury with authentic hospitality, and I cannot recommend it highly enough and we cannot wait to return!

This hotel manages to do everything perfectly. The views are spectacular. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset and a stunning view of the stars at night. The room was well appointed, very comfortable, with great user friendly technology and a bathroom we loved, oddly enough. Like the rest of the hotel, every detail was addressed and staffed by great and friendly staff. The hotel itself felt more like we were staying with friends than staying at a commercial hotel. And, without being intrusive, every need and request was cheerfully taken care of including taking care of our room and either guiding us or arranging things we wanted to be sure to do. Finally, the dining room is worth the stay in and of itself. Every table has a stunning view and the chief and all of his staff make dining there a memorable experience. And it did not seem to matter what meal we were having, the selections, preparations, presentations and uniqueness were simply superb every time. Not to mention, it was both a lot of fun and educational to chat with the chef. This was our first visit there but not our last.

We recently stayed at this luxury property, and while much about it was exceptional, one glaring flaw made the experience frustrating. The positives: The setting is spectacular—breathtaking views that you could never tire of. Service was top-notch: warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to please. The food lived up to the hotel’s reputation, with beautifully prepared dishes that rivaled fine dining restaurants. The drawback, however, was the bathroom experience. For a property in this price range, I expected comfort and functionality. Instead, the lighting was so harsh and poorly placed that it was nearly impossible to apply makeup. The absence of a standing height lit magnifying mirror—something even mid-tier hotels provide—was surprising and inconvenient. The hairdryer felt like a relic from another era, weak and outdated. And while the hotel splurged on high-tech Toto toilets that seem to do everything under the sun, what would have been far more valuable was better lighting, a bit more space, and amenities that actually enhance daily routines. In short: a hotel with extraordinary service, food, and views, but bathrooms that simply don’t match the otherwise high standards. For the rates charged, I hope management reconsiders their priorities—the basics of comfort and practicality matter just as much as luxury flourishes.

The service was outstanding – every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our experience special. The views were breathtaking, showcasing the natural beauty of the area in every direction – we could’ve spent hours just admiring them! Every detail, from the food to the atmosphere, exceeded our expectations. We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back. The atmosphere was cozy yet luxurious, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We loved relaxing in the sauna and pool area — everything felt so peaceful and rejuvenating. It’s the ideal spot to unwind, laugh, and reconnect with friends while surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Truly an unforgettable stay — we’ll definitely be back! 💛🌿

My husband surprised me for our 15th anniversary with a weekend here. What a wonderful surprise! I would describe this hotel as a quiet, serene, more intimate Ritz-Carlton like experience. With a maximum of only 72 guests at once, with no kids, pets, smoking, you’re guaranteed a peaceful stay. The rooms are supposedly soundproof, and I can attest to that. We didn’t hear a thing the entire time we were there. The views are breathtaking. I don’t think there is a room with a bad view in the entire place. The restaurant is also on par with what you’d expect from a property of this caliber. Our faves were the stuffed French toast, dinner rolls with butter, mushroom side, and burrata appetizer. The staff is exceptional, and we thank Alec for his recommendation to hike to Delta Lake (ended up being the highlight of our trip). We also appreciated the valet handing us bear spray to borrow on our way out to the park. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

We stayed at Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole for our 7-day trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. This place is amazing! The view from the hotel is so beautiful, with mountains and valley all around. Every sunrise and sunset looked different and very special. Our room was big, clean, and very comfortable. We had a private balcony where we could sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The hotel has many good facilities. We liked the spa, sauna, and heated pool. The restaurant, Olivia’s, had very tasty food with fresh local ingredients. The best part is the staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome like family. This hotel is more than just a place to sleep—it is a peaceful and relaxing experience. We hope to come back again

Every aspect of our experience here was impeccable, from the breathtaking views to the world-class hospitality. A special shout-out goes to Wyatt, the Acting General Manager, whose passion for the area shines through in everything he does. Having grown up here, Wyatt was a wealth of knowledge about the Tetons and gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the region. His warm, welcoming attitude and professionalism made us feel right at home. Another standout was Hannah, the Food and Beverage Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even going off-property to fetch more of our favorite beverages when they ran low. Her dedication to providing top-tier service didn't go unnoticed, and it's clear she runs her department with precision and care. The property itself is stunning - beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering views of the surrounding mountains that are nothing short of magical. The on-site restaurant Olivia's featured an exceptional menu, and the food was delicious, showcasing local flavors with a gourmet twist.
