Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole

We can’t say enough great things about this Hotel/Resort. The location is nestled in the foothills of the mountains above Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Every room has a beautiful view of the Teton mountains in some way. Our room was absolutely perfect and we spent time each day on our private balcony just enjoying the quiet, peaceful and beauty of the area and looking at those Tetons. The service and staff are excellent. Attention to every detail was considered. The staff strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Again, the attention to detail is amazing. Each room has a fridge and snack drawer that is restocked every day with drinks and fun treats. When we asked if they had a different drink, they said yes and the next day those requested drinks were in our fridge. This service is included in the price of your stay. It’s wonderful fun!|Valet parking is included in the price of your stay and so is breakfast. The breakfast is not just simple yogurts and fruit, it’s a very elegant variety of breakfast items curated by the chef. We tried something new each morning. We also dined at their restaurant for dinner which was also delicious. We hesitate to write this review only because we know that once more people find this place, it will be harder to get a reservation. But the Hotel truly deserves every five star review possible. It’s a wonderful escape from the stress of life. We have only mentioned a few of the amenities of this Hotel. Don’t hesitate, go and see for yourself. Thank you Hotel Yellowstone, you’re our new favorite place to vacation and relax. We will absolutely be coming back as often as we can.

What an amazing time! Every interaction with staff was friendly and positive. Every request was promptly taken care of with a smile. Since the restaurant only serves hotel guests, there was never an issue being seated and having an incredible meal with amazing views. Pictured is just one view from the dining room. The indoor pool was fabulous, especially when the windows were open and the fresh mountain air filled the room. A wonderful stay over a holiday weekend. We will be back…!

Wonderful Experience! My wife and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary at the Hotel Yellowstone. Our room had all of the bells and whistles you could imagine, but the staff was the best part. They want to get to know you to make sure that your time at their property is top notch. We had a few hikes in mind, but decided to pivot after getting some insider knowledge from the staff about better spots that were amazing. It is for sure a boutique experience which is what we were looking for in a hotel, but you can certainly have your privacy as well. You can't beat the views and amenities. Highly Recommend if you are looking for a special experience!

We spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Hotel Yellowstone and the staff went out of their way to spoil us at every opportunity. The rooms are lovely and spacious, we felt like we stepped into a cocoon every time we walked in. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning, fresh baked pastries throughout the day, charcuterie and wine in the afternoon. The views and grounds are unmatched. The hotel is away from the hustle and noise of the town but close enough to enjoy the national parks. This is a place where the staff remembers your name, opens doors, smiles and remembers how you like your coffee.

Five stars is not nearly enough to give this beautiful hotel and the entire team including the hotel manager, Ed and his lovely wife. We cannot begin to describe the excellent, food and service we received for our 41st Wedding Anniversary and five night stay. The food in the restaurant, Olivia’s, was by far the most amazing from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chef and his team prepared everything from scratch and their presentation was both beautiful and delicious. It truly was a perfect and memorable anniversary vacation we will never forget. We will definitely be back for anniversary #42!!

Our 3-night stay at Hotel Yellowstone in Jackson was beyond anything we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like family. General Manager Ed leads an exceptional staff who go above and beyond in the most thoughtful, heartfelt ways.||They remembered our favorite drinks and surprised us with creative twists on our favorite foods—completely unexpected and so memorable. We loved hearing fun stories and local insights from the team, which added so much character to our stay. Personalized daypacks were prepared for our hikes—complete with bear spray, snacks, and waters—and we were greeted each time we returned with the kindest welcome-back touches and a perfectly comforting turn-down service.||A very special thank you to Ed, Alek, Linda, Irais, Yadira, Samantha, Blake, Sam, and Baxter—each of you made our stay incredibly warm and personal. I wish we could name all 20+ members of the staff because every single person contributed to making this one of the most unforgettable hospitality experiences we’ve ever had.||Hotel Yellowstone doesn’t just provide a place to stay—it creates a feeling of home in one of the most beautiful places in the world. My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Yellowstone! The staff was very helpful and more than just being helpful the attitudes of the staff was that of a desire to make our stay enjoyable and we appreciate that. We enjoyed the dining area where the views were fantastic and the food was good. Our room was very comfortable and the views from there were awesome! We would love to return for another stay!

I’m honestly not sure where to begin with this piece of heaven. We spent an AMAZING 5 nights in the Grand Teton Suite - the views are absolutely incredible. The decor in the rooms and throughout the property is gorgeous and every single space is comfortable. The deep soaking tub (with complimentary bath salts of the highest quality) is not to be missed. The complimentary minibar was so convenient and well-stocked with snacks and a variety of waters and other drinks. The spa treatments are fantastic - as is the spa lounge with a variety of teas to enjoy while enjoying the incredible views. And the pool - there are no words to describe the infinity pool with - again - incredible views. The sauna (views!!!!) and cold plunge shower amenities were perfect. And the food - oh the food!!! I gained 5 pounds at least - there’s tons of healthy options, but I couldn’t resist the French toast and freshly made bread. I’m celiac but they accommodated with gluten free bread the likes of which I haven’t had in the US. The wines by the glass are varied and delicious. The afternoon treats (again they made gluten free cakes just for me!!!) and complimentary wine and charcuterie were so appreciated. Last, but absolutely not least, the service is remarkable. Every single encounter with the team here was delightful. Since everyone was so amazing - I won’t mention names because I may miss someone who deserves a shoutout. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Yellowstone - you made this week the best vacation I’ve ever taken. We can’t wait to return to this luxurious but supremely comfortable place that felt like home.

Every aspect of our experience here was impeccable, from the breathtaking views to the world-class hospitality. A special shout-out goes to Wyatt, the Acting General Manager, whose passion for the area shines through in everything he does. Having grown up here, Wyatt was a wealth of knowledge about the Tetons and gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the region. His warm, welcoming attitude and professionalism made us feel right at home. Another standout was Hannah, the Food and Beverage Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even going off-property to fetch more of our favorite beverages when they ran low. Her dedication to providing top-tier service didn't go unnoticed, and it's clear she runs her department with precision and care. The property itself is stunning - beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering views of the surrounding mountains that are nothing short of magical. The on-site restaurant Olivia's featured an exceptional menu, and the food was delicious, showcasing local flavors with a gourmet twist.
