Disappointing experience. The architecture of the hotel is quite nice, but the service was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered.||||Unfriendly from the start, later asked me to pay extra for towels, which was bizarre. This weird service overshadowed the rest of my stay.||||The poor service left a bad impression that ruined what could have been a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. We were a group of 20. We arrived early but we had to wait till 2 pm. We put our luggages in a room and walked to the city center. It is not too far. You can walk 10 or 15 minutes to the center. The rooms were clean but old fashioned. Breakfast was good. There were many choices to eat. I didn't like one of the receptionists. She didn't listen to me when I asked a few questions. She was strict and unfriendly. However the staff at the restaurant of the hotel were friendly and helped us.

The place with a very beautiful terrace and tasty food, but with a poor service. The waiter forgot that we had ordered two salads. It was a midday and there were not many people in the restaurant, but we had no possibility to select a table as according to the information from the waiter the most nice tables are for the big companies.

Location of the hotel is very convenient- just a short walk from the city centre. The best part is their rooftop terrace with the view to the city - and open 24/7! They also have dedicated karaoke room. Negatives - look at the interior of the more expensive rooms! Sorry guys, but who are you trying to impress with that? And coffee from concentrate at breakfast - so sad!

I paid for the room and didn’t need, so they didnt return it. And the concierge just ingored me when I tired to offer the room to other client. Not friendly service.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to the city centre. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with a view on the terrace.

Good location, but very loud noisy traffic and late night teens who play loud music late past 4 AM in the street nightly on multiple occasions , the noise is constantly near the street in front of the hotel, expect some anxious drunk people singing or playing loud music from their cars and parking near the hotel to disturb your stay.The bathtubs leak water on the floor, the sealant is not holding the water from leaking and the bathtubs are dirty and moldy.As for the restaurant, since they are serving food then why would they allow dogs in the guest's hands while going around foods and messing up with foods. Apparently they don't care about hygiene and the health of their customers.

My friend and I went to the terrace on Monday night after the dinner rush ( 8:30 to 11:30 pm). The service was excruciatingly slow, and rude after all. First of all, we set down at the table and, after waiting for 10 minutes, had to flag the waitress to finally bring us the menu. Our drinks and desert were brought after half an hour of waiting. The restaurant was probably a third full. But I do understand why with a few five-people parties happening it might’ve taken them a while to mix up a drink and cut a cake. 🙄 However at the end, when we asked the passing by server for our bill, no bill was brought for another 15 minutes. After quite a wait (should it take 15 minutes to print the bill that the restaurant itself it interested in being covered and table cleaned out) I flagged another passing by server who was standing near the table 2 tables from us, and repeated that I’d like the bill please. After that the bill was brought promptly but the waiter didn’t hesitate to express his negativity by saying “You shouldn’t be yelling to me across the restaurant to bring the bill. I’m not even your server“, which was in my opinion quite rude! Neglecting to apologize to the waiting customers for slow service and telling them off for repeating what they’ve asked for after significant wait time shouldn’t be a practice at such an upscale restaurant. Needless to say, no tips were left for this establishment. They are lucky we didn’t just walk out without paying the bill first.
