Lovely little gem with very friendly staff. 5 out of 5! Warm and welcoming staff on arrival and throughout the stay. Nicely appointed room with aircondition. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. VERY good water pressure in the shower. Nice welcome drink and good dinner in the Hotel restaurant at very acceptable prices. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choice, outstanding coffee. Free parking in a locked area was a huge plus. If you are ever in the Guadix area, I recommend you give this charming little place a go.

We had a lovely welcome form receptionist who was very helpful. Room quality was good, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Very good car parking considering the location in the middle of the town. Easy access to the centre. A visit to the cave dwellings by train is well worth doing.

Stayed as part of a cycling tour trip.||Lovely building with nice staff. My room was very traditional with dark wooden walls - and sadly, insufficient lighting. This made it really hard to find anything in your suitcase (only stayed one night so didn't unpack), even with every available light on and window shutters open. Minor niggle ....

The room was spacious, relatively new, cozy, clean, contemporary. The room was quite barebone. It didn't have any coffee, tea, which didn't bother me. It was not convenient that it didn't have electric kettle. But I was able to get some hot water from the hotel restaurant.

A very well equipped bedroom with a mini kitchen with a full size fridge. The hotel has parking off road and offers a welcome drink. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is great very near the Cathedral. A lovely plaza with a vinoteca café. Will stay here again.

Location was perfect, minutes from the cathedral. Ask for directions in the hotel on where the free parking is located, (a bit tricky to find) when getting there.|Room was ok, needed to be cleaned, dust everywhere, and hardly any extra amenities (just soap/shampoo dispensers). The lighting in the room was not the best. For an overnight stay, it was ok.

We had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in a Bentofail Andalusia on our way to Portugal. ||||From booking to arrival/check-in we had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting the lovely Lucia. She couldn’t have possibly been more helpful. If I owned a hotel I would steal her! ||||The hotel is beautiful with tastefully designed and furnished rooms, in the heart of the old town, absolutely splendid. ||||We had dinner in the restaurant, which was really very good and again the staff were welcoming. ||||Because of the size of our car, it wouldn’t fit into the garage and so we parked maybe 100 yards away in a quiet street. The following morning when we had checked out and returned to the car with our luggage, we found we had a flat tyre. ||||We returned to the hotel and the lovely Lucia, who was thankfully still on duty, found us a local garage to try to repair the puncture. Within 10 to 15 minutes the garage arrived and looked at the car tyre and advised it really needed to be replaced but because of the size of the car that it wasn’t a normal size, so if we wanted a new one, which is what he suggested he wouldn’t be able to help us because he wouldn’t be able to have one delivered within the next 48 hours. ||||Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to wait and so the mechanic set about fixing the tyre, re filling it and advised that we regularly check the pressure along the way and have it changed as soon as possible. ||||If you’re travelling and need a wonderful hotel to stay this is it … and very good value … please say hello to Lucia from us.

This boutique hotel is located in the old town close to the cathedral with parking either at the hotel or on street within a minute’s walk. The room was a good size but the wood beams were very dusty. As for the bathtub it would be hard to justify using at least a 1/2 cubic meter of water to have a bath, especially in Spain. There was bathrobes but no belts for them. There was an exterior jacuzzi although it wasn’t in use and looked like it hadn’t worked for some time.||By far the worst part of our staying was the evening meal we had at their restaurant. I had the garlic soup but couldn’t taste any garlic and my missus had the mushrooms scrabbled which she lordly left untouched. No sooner had the plates been taken away that our main courses arrived. My missus had croquettes which we served on a few salad leaves and we not very nice at all. I had the pork loin with few new potatoes that were cooked without removing the roots still on them. The only thing we enjoyed was the wine we ordered. Sadly the worst meal we had in Spain.
