Lovely hotel that makes you feel at home instantly. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and gave us great tips to find our way around Ubéda. Nice room and great location. Nice restaurants and bars and the sightseeing are very close. Free parking in the neighbourhood.

I loved this place! It’s decorations are hip, the music is good, and the staff are phenomenal. Please do check this place out, it’s a hidden gem. They serve breakfast and have a very nice pool with a terrace. Plus it’s close to everything. Enjoy the AC in the summer and how clean the grounds are kept. I would stay again.

First the positives: good location; on a quiet street; nice staff; fast WiFi which worked on the terrace; nice seating area downstairs. The hotel sent me a text, before arrival, with 4 parking options.|But: |I was surprised that a four star hotel would not have a safe nor a fridge in the room. |There is quite a bit of black mould in the shower. |Like a lot of Spanish hotels, it advertises that it has air-conditioning, but it doesn’t really mean that. Not in early/mid April anyway. The room was at 25 degrees when we arrived. Reception adjusted something but it only brought the temperature down to 22 degrees and that seemed to take hours.

We booked this a long time in advance and within 10 minutes had a response from the management asking if we needed anything special (all in English). I responded asking if a parking place could be arranged as wehad read that the old town streets were very narrow. Again within 10 minutes I had an email confirming a place was available. This is "looking after the customer" in my book. The streets are narrow with barely another car's width between your car and the opposite wall outside the front door (Note - there is a small yard at the rear which would make it easier look on Google Earth for a sensible way in though). As the last review Parking is arranged in a local underground car park which is manned.||Check in was effortless. All the staff were polite and helpful through our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable overelooking the rear (with small pool) but not overlooked. Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The Continental Buffet Breakfast was plentiful. If you drink tea there are some very strange flavours! The hotel was quiet during our stay and I asked why? Quite rightly I was told people on holiday went to the coast - inferring only madmen only wandered around in July.||Nice people nice hotel and would stay again.

Stayed here with my wheelchair user wife for one night. one of the best accessible rooms we have stayed in for a while. when we booked it, the reception replied immediately to confirm the accessible room. found the hotel easily and free parking nearby. entrance was all flat and no problems, reception was very friendly and helpful, speaking good English. Bathroom was good, nice touch with a bath chair, sinks were a little high for a wheelchair and bidet didn't work well but plenty of turning space, very quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, great choice of food, good quality and everything very clean. would definitely stay again, although the cobbled streets of Ubeda and not overly wheelchair friendly. Did I mention the girl on reception - so attentive and helpful, thank you :-)

Such a lovely place - clean and elegant (it smells great too). The staff are delightful and helpful. Close to everything you'd want to see in Ubeda. Available parking nearby is a bonus. I would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is set in the older part of town, convenient to explore all the renaissance buildings and close to the main restaurant / bar area.||The hotel is set down a side street which cuts down on the noise from cars but does mean it can be in-practical to unload or load the car. The hotel will send you details of parking options if you request them.||The hotel does provide breakfast at an additional charge but no restaurant or bar service.

This property is located within easy walking distance of the centre of Ubeda. Parking arrangements with public underground car park. There is disability access into and inside the hotel. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. There was a large restaurant that looked reasonable, located on the ground floor, we didn't use it due to a large fiesta in town. Lift to all floors. Nice large room double bed and shower stall. The only slight problem is the outdoor pool didn't appear to have a shallow end, kids beware. Would recommend a stay here.
