Hotel Zamojski & SPA

To call this a "Four Star Hotel" is a bad joke. Granted, location is phenomenal. But this is it. For starters, hotel does not have A/C. From two receptionist we've got two different answers: "the system is down" and "this is a historic building and we were not allowed to install A/C" Shabby workmanship - if there were any repairs done, it looks like they were done by Robinson Crusoe in the hurry (no disrespect to Mr. Crusoe intended). Paint over door frames, missing pieces of baseboard. And dirt! They should understand that housekeeping is more that fresh linens. Carpet in our room looked like it wasn't vacuumed for weeks (monthe in the corners). Dirty desk (under tv stand). Stay somewhwere else.

Great location....that's the only positive thing we can say about the hotel. Outdated furniture and carpets so old that I can remember them from 20 years ago when working as a student. Dust, cobwebs, holes in the wall after repairs. Breakfast was so poor that we lost our appetite. This hotel used to be one of the best in town. Now it's a shadow of itself. Wouldn't recommend. Location is great but I'd rather take a taxi to get to Old Market, pay a few quid extra and have a better experience somewhere else.

I've stayed several times in this hotel. Great location, some rooms give to the main market square. Rooms are nice, big enough. Some very big. I reccomend studios. Are really cosy.||Service was always very good, open and friendly.||Kitchen is the weakest part of the hotel, except breakfast which is good.||What I miss is a good gym on-site.

Good standard hotel with SPA facilities in the same building. Everything is finished within the classical style line (including furnitures). The service guys are very nice and helpful. Our beds were also very comfortable. The only minus was Wi-Fi that had (at least in our room) very poor coverage.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the corner of the main square (Rynek Wielki), next to the City Hall. ||Check in was good, with friendly, polite and helpful staff.||The room was large and clean, with everything I expected. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom.||At a very reasonable price, I was very happy with my stay here. I wish I could have stayed longer. ||The hotel has a restaurant, bar, spa and casino, but I did not use these facilities.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town, very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel has a parking place just in front of the building what was very convenient. It was nice to find tea and coffee for free in the room and to get discount for SPA services (sauna is for free!)

One of the best hotels in Poland. Excellent location and rooms quality. I had my friend English Teacher from Krasnik to deliver to Cemetery my flowers to my Bajan Family near Zamosc. Reception staff at Zamojski Hotel was exceptional professional. Dish I do recommend is wild deer steak. I am in Washington DC USA. I led a group through Poland and brought 40 people to this hotel. Originally a mercure. Now called hotel Zamojszki.|The fact that they still advertise on the outside of the hotel and online is a disgrace.|The hotel is now officially 3 star.|To be honest a modest 2 would be best.|Staff are nice.|The rooms are appaling.|Dirty, old, no facilities, no bottled water and very unspacious.|My window looked into the hotel lobby reception and smelt of smoke.|I asked for a duvet that was not feather and they could not help.|The shower was rusty and all they provide is an old kettle. Not even some coffee or tea. A real disgrace.|The only saving grace is that it is well located.|Otherwise do not stay here unless you like staying in budget 3 star hotels, but more like a 2 star.|One thing for sure. The 4 star online and outside the hotel is false advertising.
