As mentioned in other reviews the area is not good. However my group(4 guys) had no issues and even found a very good pizza place around the corner. Otherwise the hotel is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well stocked with what we needed. Only other issue was that the shower drained slower than it would fill at max flow so if you weren't careful it would flood. Overall a very nice stay, very close to central station with easy access to the major tourist destinations near Naples.

This hotel is horrible. Beds feel likes it had bed bugs in them. Room are way small, elevator (lift) is scary old fashion one. We got this hotel for 4 nights but immediately checked out. Backwards belcony is filthy and home for the mosquitoes. They have road side market outside of the hotel gate which is seem very crime zone area. It was first time there we didn’t know better but if you walk out of the area close to train station there so many beautiful hotel please even it’s cheaper find something else to stay in.

The hotel is located in what is a typical Naples apartment house which means a lot of damage around, shabby area and questionnable folks around (especially given the fact that the hotel is just 5 minutes walk off the main central station).|The overall standard is poor: a very small room with what is absolutely necessary: two old beds, one wardrobe and... that is bascically it.|There is also a small terrace attached to the room from which you might see the other equally run down houses nearby. All is in line with the worst visual expectations one might have when staying near the Garibaldi Square.|The reception guy is fully in line with the above description (I will keep quiet here about further details...).|The room is extremely poorly soundproofed: you hear everything from the corridor, including some i...t who started playing music very loudly in early morning. We left with no regret...|To sum up: this place might be all right as a one night stop-over, provided you expect nothing else than a bed to lie down on. Otherwise, keep off...

I informed the hotel of the arrival time in the early morning through email and information in advance, but the train was still delayed by half an hour. Thanks to the front desk for waiting. The room has two beds and a washbasin. The toilet 🚽 and shower are outside the room for sharing, but there are few people staying, so there is no need to queue. Bath towels and towels are provided, which are replaced every two days. The Wi-Fi is good, and there is air conditioning with sufficient cooling. There is a small balcony, but don't hang clothes on it, because the flowers on the upper floor will drip down. It is very close to Nopoli Central Station, a 5-minute walk. There will be strange idle people near the hotel. Girls should carefully consider traveling alone. It is best to go with friends and don't hang around the train station at night.

It has a central location close to the railway station, but that also means there's also quite restless on the streets. Rooms adjacent to the reception are not quiet at all. You can hear staff and guests talking, and also voices from neighbouring rooms and noise from the street. Fortunately it's a very clean place and staff is friendly.

Near the central train station and a one-hour walk to the airport. For the money I paid it was very clean and big enough for one person. Yes, it was clean. Saw and kill a cockroach, not a big deal form me, there was only one. Everything was according to the price range of the hotel. I booked a room with shared bathroom, but on arrival I was given in-suite bathroom and a double bed with no extra charge (The manager didn't even mention it). I stayed 3 nights and I would say the area is not that dangerous as it seems at the first time, a lot of police and military guards were present. In the shower cabin there wasn't any shelves. Also the rooms are not soundproofed, I was fine using my earplugs, wasn't an issue.

Just steps from Garibaldi Station, it’s super convenient for exploring Naples and beyond. The place is spotlessly clean. If you want convenience, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for two nights and the room/sleep was good for my young family. The rooms aren’t the newest on the market but the price reflects that. The location is great if you are getting a train in and out of Naples but not for parking a car as very expensive daily rate, but parking on the street is ok. The local area is quite rough and not suitable for a young family but more suited for a couple or backpacker. I would stay again but not with a family. Staff were extremely nice and helpful!

Yelp
You get what you paid for but this might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Can't comment on what is out of the hotel owner's control, like the shady unsafe surroundings (it's next to the train station and these areas are always shady in all over Italy and it is Naples for God's sake), only what it can be controlled. The staff and the room were okay, the bathroom clogs easily but what made the experience really bad was the constant noise inside of the hotel first floor area. People kept coming in and out talking and shouting until late hours and every time they did, doors were banging so strongly that made our room shaked and I say this while there was a real earthquake happening in the city. We did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Again, you get what you paid for so don't expect an amazing experience.

Yelp
We picked this hotel because it is near the train station and near the Metro that takes you to the National Musuem which was the only thing we had planned to see in Naples outside of going to Pompeii. The hotel is basic with the standard hard mattress you see at these types of hotels. It was clean. The only thing is that this area near the train station is very sketch. However, once you get out go about two blocks west things start to get better. Once you get to Via Dei Tribunali you start seeing the good pizza places that Naples is known for. Closer toward to the museum, there is the Piazza Bellini which has some nice hidden cafes. (See profile photo)
