Just steps from Garibaldi Station, it’s super convenient for exploring Naples and beyond. The place is spotlessly clean. If you want convenience, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Near the central train station and a one-hour walk to the airport. For the money I paid it was very clean and big enough for one person. Yes, it was clean. Saw and kill a cockroach, not a big deal form me, there was only one. Everything was according to the price range of the hotel. I booked a room with shared bathroom, but on arrival I was given in-suite bathroom and a double bed with no extra charge (The manager didn't even mention it). I stayed 3 nights and I would say the area is not that dangerous as it seems at the first time, a lot of police and military guards were present. In the shower cabin there wasn't any shelves. Also the rooms are not soundproofed, I was fine using my earplugs, wasn't an issue.

The location was the only positive thing during our stay, since we needed an accomodation to serve us when we booked a late flight to napoli, and the AliBus easily reach the area of the hotel, but we found around when we arrived many hotels that can be much comfortable but sadly it was the only available one.. you enter an old building and you find the hotel on the 1st floor .. very old.. very weird settings , the street is not very safe .. we were so disappointed

We stayed here for two nights and the room/sleep was good for my young family. The rooms aren’t the newest on the market but the price reflects that. The location is great if you are getting a train in and out of Naples but not for parking a car as very expensive daily rate, but parking on the street is ok. The local area is quite rough and not suitable for a young family but more suited for a couple or backpacker. I would stay again but not with a family. Staff were extremely nice and helpful!

I really like this hotel. Its affordable and really clean. The shared bathroom is the cleanest I've experienced in naples. The location is perfect for a nights rest to break up my travel.

As my daughter said, looks can be deciving. The hotel is located in the Historic district, therefore, it looks old, beaten and dirty, which matches with the neighborhood. There seems to be a wild migration of African people, you will see them everywhere around area. They are respectful and they dont bother you. Honestly, is a nice hotel only if the owners would take the time to do some TLC. It just needs a coat of fresh paint, clean the dust and add decoration and everything will be just fine. Its location is good also as it is close to pretty much everything including the terminal.

Don't stay there for any reason! We stayed for 3 nights and that was only because we paid before seeing the room we stayed in. The dirtiest hotel ever! Nobody cleaned the room before our arrival. Blankets were never washed at least for a couple of years. Toilet was dirty and disgusting! We couldn't touch anything before spraying it with a sanitizer. People in the room next to ours, were speaking loud and laughing during the whole night and even smoking in the room. We could smell the smoke like it was in our room. The building is older than Vesuvius, ready to collapse! The walls were dirty and peeled off! There was an elevator taken from a horror movie, probably. Dirty and very old. We never attempted to get inside! We preferred to walk up the stairs with our luggage and whenever we had to leave the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it was free of charge! The most unsanitary living conditions ever. Stay away from this hotel!

Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, water in the shower is HOT, and the AC in the rooms is strong (even waking up several times in the night cold!). Yes the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the staff at the hotel has no control over that, and we even noticed that’s how a majority of Naples is (do your research on the city itself before visiting). For the price of the hotel I really don’t know where the bad reviews come from. People want a 5 star hotel for the price of 60 Euro a night. Also, the manager is very kind, polite, and hospitable. We had no issues while staying here and would definitely return for the price that we paid for the room. The building and the hotel itself are very secure, requiring to be buzzed in for entry to both. The bed is also comfortable considering some of the other locations we have stayed in in the country. Overall, a great experience if you want a very central location for a very good price.

Yelp
You get what you paid for but this might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Can't comment on what is out of the hotel owner's control, like the shady unsafe surroundings (it's next to the train station and these areas are always shady in all over Italy and it is Naples for God's sake), only what it can be controlled. The staff and the room were okay, the bathroom clogs easily but what made the experience really bad was the constant noise inside of the hotel first floor area. People kept coming in and out talking and shouting until late hours and every time they did, doors were banging so strongly that made our room shaked and I say this while there was a real earthquake happening in the city. We did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Again, you get what you paid for so don't expect an amazing experience.

Yelp
We picked this hotel because it is near the train station and near the Metro that takes you to the National Musuem which was the only thing we had planned to see in Naples outside of going to Pompeii. The hotel is basic with the standard hard mattress you see at these types of hotels. It was clean. The only thing is that this area near the train station is very sketch. However, once you get out go about two blocks west things start to get better. Once you get to Via Dei Tribunali you start seeing the good pizza places that Naples is known for. Closer toward to the museum, there is the Piazza Bellini which has some nice hidden cafes. (See profile photo)
