Very good location for such nicely redecorated hotel in the city centre area. Rooms were spacey, well furnished, fresh and spotless. Hotel stuff was very professional, kind and ready to meet all extra requests. The food at hotel restaurant is outstanding with variety of local and international dishes, service was very good. Parking space might be challenging, however, upon request at booking, I am sure that hotel management will do their best to make this possible, as it happened as well during our stay. Worth of the price. Would strongly recommend to visit.

I was supposed to stay in this hotel for 2 weeks (business trip) with 15 other colleagues. Our secretary booked single, non-smoking rooms and she was promissed we would have reserved parking spots for our cars.||||I arrived on Sunday afternoon with 2 colleagues. We were informed by the receptionist that there are no free parking spots and that there was nothing she could do. We found a spot on the street (paid parking). ||||Rooms and hallways are terribly dirty. Carpets look like they haven't been vacuumed since WWII. My shower was moldy, and there was a large open hole right above the shower. We all got smoking rooms. Contrary to what their booking site says, pet seem to be allowed (we saw a couple with a dachshund on our first night there).||||Breakfast is terrible, the smell itself is enough to make one puke. Instead of juice, i got some water with traces of pulp. Same with coffee, they are out of everything. The only thing that looked remotely safe to eat was boiled egg.||||Tuesday night we reserved conference hall to work in. We were promissed a separate wi-fi router and excellent connection. Instead we were placed in the restaurant with other guests and the network (used by all guests) was so slow i couldn't even open my email.||||Friday night we arrived at the hotel after 12hours at work. We all wanted to go to bed early, but around 22:15h live music started in the hotel's restaurant. It was too loud in my room (on the 2nd floor!) and for my colleagues downstairs it was like the band was playing in their rooms. We complained to the receptionist that we couldn't sleep, but he refused to do anything about it and said that restaurant guest (who were not staying in the hotel btw) paid for music. We informed him we also paid for our rooms so we could sleep, but he just said there was nothing he could do, and advised us to 'be patient until 1AM' when they legally must turn the volume down. ||||Another collegue of mine arrived last night. This morning he found several huge cockroaches in his room. He took a photo and when we showed it to a reception manager, she claimed she didn't recognize the room. She didn't even want to visit the room as a courtesy - she just dismissed all of our complaints as if they were the only hotel in the city. So now we are moving out (our company paid for everything ahead, and i highly doubt we will ever be reimbursed).||||Fellow travellers, don't ever make mistake and book this s***y hotel. I've stayed in hotels cheaper that this s***hole before, but NEVER have i faced a level of arrogance and 'zero f***s given attitude as with this hotel personel. This was by far the worst accommodation experience of my life.

This type of hotel in Serbia is usually outdated, all grey and without much amenities but not this one. It's an old building in the very heart of town, almost full updated and refurbished, new glass elevator, nice rooms, great service and the best of all the restaurant. Hotel has three stars but restaurant is a five star quality. Prices are okay and all specialties are mouthwatering, if you pay half-board you can get anything from the menu for dinner for just 6 euros, and breakfast is 100 dinars (0,85eur.) for all you can eat, donuts, espresso, smoked ham and other dry meats, various eggs, vegetables, cakes, nutella, ten types of bread, etc. It's very cheap and very good deal! Atmosphere in the restauran is very classy with dimmed lights and very nice set-up and service is very helpfull and pleasant. When you compare price of half-board at this hotel with a service you get it's surprisingly affordable, 37euros for spacious clean room with 100 channels, free very nice speed wi-fi, mini-bar, big bathroom, desk, chair, king-size bed, sofa, great breakfast and even better dinner, parking space and quality service. I would recommend always!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Located in the city center, as soon as you step outside there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Some people like to take long walks but I like it when everything is nearby. Even though I asked for a single bed room, I actually got a two bedroom apartment. Smoking is allowed but I guess you can get a non-smoking room if you ask for it. Maybe some part of the hotel was renovated but the room I got was quite old and not much appealing to the eye. But it had everything I needed including free wifi with good signal. Staff is friendly, breakfast is served in a nice restaurant and is quite decent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were making a cross country trip from Venice to Turkey, so we really only needed a clean and comfortable bed for the night.||||As we drove through Belgrade, we weren't filled with hope, so we aimed for the next major town, being Kragujevac.||||The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds and modern shower facilities, which we rate highly. We spent the evening in the restaurant, drinking some wine and listening to a local band playing covers and Serbian songs (I'm guessing), so all in all we felt that we lucked out as we drive across Serbia.

I only had a chance to have dinner at this place. The hotel interior is very nice, clean a modern. The prices were surprisingly low despite the quality being much higher, than expected. We spend quite a long time, the staff was very flexible, knowledgeable, spoke English.

I have to tell that I am sorry for this review, because the personnel was very kind in every occasion I asked them something, but here we go. The place is in the very centre of Kragujevac, near to all kind of shops and cafe you would need to go. The room itself was not so clean (other reviews say that we have to understand where we are, but they don't even use the vacuum cleaner, so there are hairs all over the bathroom), the breakfast was nothing special but one thing made me put 2 instead of 3: one night I came back at 3:00 and found the door of the entrance closed. I knocked for 10 minutes (believe me, 10!) and nobody came. In the end I tried to break the door and finally came one guard saying that they have to close the door because we are in the middle of the town. What kind of excuse is this? What if I wasn't so persistent? Even nobody answered the phone! Very bad situation. I recommend you to come earlier or see if they give you the key if you know you will come back late in the night.

Wonderful and very professional staff. I totally recommend their tartare steak and parmegiano spaghetti. The food is always great and very affordable. Looking forward to eat there again. Overall: 9/10
