Luxury on the budget If you want to stay in a luxury hotel with a luxury location, this is not it. but do you want to stay in a hotel with top service, nice staff. with rooms and food where you get what you pay for, this hotel is perfect. the rooms were nice and clean. the decor is not fancy, but there is what you need. pool and pool area is cozy. the resturant... again you get what you pay for, but our waiter is the sweetest. all in all we had a wonderful stay

This hotel scammed us despite having our 3 year old & 11 month old with us , booked a room for the night for us all, payed in advance, informed them of our early hours arrival time due to travelling far, they said no problem , we arrived at time discussed and on arrival they come up with every excuse under the sun as to why we couldn’t have our room that we paid for , told we wouldn’t get a refund, shouted at us aggressively. Told us we couldn’t even sit in the lobby to arrange something else, kicked us out on the street with the babies with our luggage. Locked the gates in front of our face at 4am in the morning knowing we had no where to go. Everybody go next door to ‘Hotel Años 50’ <— this hotel is only next door has AMAZING service, AMAZING rooms, AMAZING prices book hotel años 50 now and you will never look back. DO NOT BOOK HOTEL ZEN I AM WARNING YOU CANCEL IF YOU CAN

Great value for money! Small but clean and modern rooms equipped with everything you need. Parking is avalible for felree on the streets around or for 12 Euros oer day if you want your car at hand. Great public areas to chill inside the hotel: pool, breakfest area, bar and also all rooms have its own little sit out area. Zen design, quite and basolutely recommended for a short visit.

My cousin and I stayed at this gem for 4 days. The rooms were small but clean and have what you need really (only thing really missing in this budget hotel are towel racks). The beds weren't comfortable but it's doable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool area. The best thing is they have free shuttle bus. So we got picked and and dropped off to the airport and they also offer shuttle to and from the beach. That was a golden touch. For anyone wanting a cheap stay. This is the place.

It is a novel but beautiful hotel set in a residential area. The room was clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to and from airport and beaches. 2 bars with the main bar open 24 hours. The irish bar is open till 8/9. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to stay if you have an early morning flight.

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed one night as we left spain. Nice staff. Restrauant ok. It would be nice for a few days stay when the pool and bars open. It's a very pretty setting with a shuttle to the beach and to the airport(limited hours). Downside pillows on beds 1 are one long one so not very comfortable. Rooms have nice outside areas

We only stayed one night, as we were returning to Spain to take our flight next morning. We booked on Expedia. We called the hotel once we arrived and they sent us a shuttle to pick us up from airport. Checking in was uneventful. Shuttle for next morning back to airport was full, they went out of their way to arrange shuttle for us for 0440am which we appreciated immensely. The place itself is being repaired and repainted. The room is ok for 1 night, the double bed was comfortable but we did not like that they only have one long pillow to share. I wished they would have had more. The room was clean but very small. We had dinner at the hotel and our meal was delicious. Everyone ( staff) was very friendly and serviable. The atmosphere is Zen, it reminded me of Thailand…there is a pool but we did not use it. There is also parking but you have to pay for it. They serve breakfast for $15 euros. For 1 night , it was fine!

I consider my stay at the hotel to be very successful. Nice, friendly and very helpful staff at the reception and throughout the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, the swimming pool was clean and well-kept.The bus delivers free of charge to the airport, beach and train station, which is a very good convenience. There is a nice atmosphere throughout the hotel and I have no problem coming back here again. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but you can take a bus. The area is full of beaches and the center of Malaga can be reached by train in 15 minutes. I recommend the hotel highly.
