Hotel Zenit Lleida

“Overall, the hotel was very good. It was quiet, the rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and kind, which made the stay even nicer. The only real downside was the hotel parking — it was terrible. Make sure you don’t have a big car like we did; it was extremely difficult to park, though we managed in the end. We also learned that the area isn’t considered very safe, but we personally felt fine and had no issues during our stay.”

We chose this hotel because we travelled with roof box and underground parking was a bit of a problem, most underground state 1.80, we needed 2.00. This hotel has a private parking area next door with electric gates which adds extra seurity.|The bedrooms are spacious, and the hotel appears to offer many other facilities which we did not have time to explore ie: business meetings etc.|Good location to explore the thriving night life and shops. Try it sometime.

A good 3-star (not 4) hotel. Room was okay. Breakfast was quite hit or miss with much of the food gone when we arrived and only replenished as we were leaving. The biggest issue was parking: the hotel has parking but not enough for a full hotel and the instructions were were give on available parking was wrong. We ended up sorting it all out but what should have been a quick checkin took 30 minutes and then more time on checkout to get the car and get back to the hotel.

We only had a 1 night stay as travelling through. But the hotel is clean and rooms are a good size. Staff are helpful. And the restaurant is great. Plenty of choice and good value. Puts similar UK hotels to shame. Added bonus is secure parking. I would stay again.

Very expensive which we wouldn’t have minded if the staff were at least helpful. We checked out early but accidentally left stuff behind so we drove back an hour later to get it. The receptionist was so unfriendly (Sunday 31 Am) after paying a fortune wouldn’t even let us back in the car park (after we paid for a day and used it 8hrs only) for 15minutes so we could get a drink. I understand we had checked out, but 15 minutes when the car park was empty and after we paid so much?? When I questioned the unfriendliness she started saying it depends what country you are from. Very unprofessional. Do you have to be a certain nationality to receive a friendly service or have I misunderstood? Definitely won’t be going back. IBIS much friendlier, cheaper and care about you enjoying your stay! 145 euros for one night wasted!

This property was a delightful surprise in an area of Lleida that seems to be undergoing a renaissance. During our visit the street in front of the hotel was undergoing excavation, so access was challenging. Nevertheless, the hotel offers complementary parking in a gated lot adjacent to the property and our room was quiet despite facing the street. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed. The breakfast is adequate for the price paid.

Great hotel with secure parking, staff were friendly and attentive.

We stayed here with my extended family. We received great service, clean rooms and great value for money. |We arrived very late at night - straightforward checkin.|My room lost electricity in the middle of my last night - the staff at the reception were helpful first trying to fix it and then allocating another room once this was unsuccessful.
