Hotel Zentral Parque

Clean and good-sized room. They let me keep my bike in the room. The cafe on the ground floor was great, and the location was terrific. Staff helped me get a taxi that could accommodate my bike to the nearby railway station for my onward journey. Enjoyed my stay, though I could hear a bit of noise from a family with very young children from across the corridor, which is not so good. That could be designed out relatively easily.

Absolutely slient, perfect room size, very quick response lifts, medium firm large beds, cafe, bar and restaurant on site, spotlessly clean a stones through from main bus station and train station to one side and the city centre to the other. View from our really large terrace. This is our 2nd stay here.

A 7 minute walk from the railway station Once again the staff were very friendly and helpful [the only bad staff were in London]. The girls working the bar /caffe were friendly and helpful. The corridors leading to your room were a bit dark not enough light. The room was clean and tidy perfect for our two nights there. bed was comfutable.

The hotel was built in the early 80s but it has been updated. It is close to the bus and train stations. Rooms are nicely renovated and very quiet so guests can sleep and rest. The hotel has a small fitness center and restaurant. Staff is very kind and attentive. Finally, the rooms and hotel installations are sparkling clean.

Located within walking distance of the city centre, but I would not return to this hotel. Adequate if staying overnight only, but for longer periods very basic, apart from the bar, no additional amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms quiet basic but double glazed windows keeps the traffic noise down. Buffet breakfast very basic.

Had a night's halt at this property enroute Lourdes to Fatima. Enjoyed the stay and the food. It is very close to Parque Campo Grande, Plaza Mayor and Valladolid Cathedral. When asked about the locations worth a visit on foot from the hotel, the staff guided me to Parque Campo Grande, Plaza Zorilla, Plaza Mayor and Valladolid Cathedral. They handed over a map of the city and explained the major attractions.

Many things wrong with the Hotel Zentral Parque. Here are the top 3. First, it is 32°C outside and 30°C in our room. There is no AC. The room is not comfortable. Next, there are dispensers of foam soap for the bathroom sink and shower. No small containers of shampoo or bar soap. The foam soap dispensers are useless. Also, while the breakfast is adequate, the coffee is the poorest of any other hotel we stayed during the past 80 days in Europe. The breakfast is not free, unless included in your room rate. Do yourself a favor, spend the night somewhere else.
