Good breakfast, great staff, friendly and responsive to our needs. We stayed in the premium room floor 7, great view to the Chimborazo, which showed in all its splendor, worth the wait, great tv, could have the HD channels.||Very close to the restaurant and commercial strip and close to train station. The ambiance of the restaurant is appropriate...at least for us. Could improve the dinner menu....more variety...more local dishes. Would strongly recommend to review pricing policy or add more amenities..the library in progress great! could deliver paper to the premium rooms, this would bridge the dissonance between value and service. Safe. I would recommend it. Owner is on premises very approachable and responsive.

Hotel was decent, it does need a lot of upgrades to male it more modern. The top floor has great views of the city and amazing views of Chimborazo and the surrounding volcanoes on a clear day! I would say the best thing about this hotel is the food! Great price and taste!!

We have used this hotel for over 25 years and it is terrific. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. They bend over backwards to welcome you. Newly remodeled, the hotel, restaurant, etc. are clean and comfortable with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Zeus offers a great breakfast and other meals but is also conveniently located within easy walking distance to a variety of other good restaurants with local shopping and parks only a $1 taxi ride away. Definitely recommend it.

The breakfast here is $5 and is a fine dining style breakfast buffet. You don’t need to be staying at the hotel in order to take advantage of this great buffet. The options available included fruits, yogurts, cereals, different types of breads, different types of fruit spreads, omelets, real coffee, tea, juices, and more. Since this breakfast buffet is a part of the Hotel Zeus, it’s one of the few breakfast options that is consistently open early in the morning.

We arrived here late after a rather unfortunate experience at Hotel Rio. It was the complete opposite with lovely friendly staff, who whisked us up to a clean and comfortable room with a bed the size of a motorway! After our eventful evening it was lovely to sink into a hot bath with a view over the city and relax. The breakfast choice was good. We liked the modern decor and the cool relaxed feeling. There are a lot worse places to stay in Riobamber, trust me - we nearly did. I just wish we had come straight here and had more time to enjoy this hotel.

I had a 7th floor room with a wide view across the city. It's a modern hotel with some interesting twists in designs. Staff was great. Breakfast included an omelet which helped make the typical ecuadorian blah bread more palatable. Room was nice and clean, nice bathroom, very interesting layout of the bathtub...facing a large window but a nice view!!! One problem I had with the room is the silly 3-legged chairs, I was always tipping over whenever I tried to get up or sit down. They need to get rid of them. I'm sure they've heard this MANY times. Also, secured parking was available though my car got pinned in by another car in front of me and I couldn't get out.

We decided to make a trip from Guayaquil to Riobamba. We heard about this Hotel from references of near friends. The front desk wasn't friendly and talkative at all. The facilities of the entire Hotel were poor, we expected a spa or some place to relax but the unique option was the bathroom that wasn't very light well at all. The breakfast didn't cover many options and for the money we paid it was very awful, and smell like food in all the places of the lobby.|The waitress and help desk didn't help us either as long we decided to ask them for an advice or help.|The Hotel need to exchange the furniture of the living room, bathroom, and pillows. |In conclusion for the next time we never go back, they need to improve a lot, but what we can expect from a town that is call city such us Riobamba.
