We spent 3 nights in this hotel as a taster for skiing again after 6years. We drove from the Algarve and had a fantastic time. The public areas in the hotel are beautiful. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Set up for skiers couldn't be better. Underground car park with a lift straight to the hotel. Individual lockers for ski gear in car park and lift 5 minutes from gondola. Literally no faults and we will return. Outdoor bar with heaters and blankets is truly luxurious. Cocktails essential. Buffet dinner great value with lots of choices.

Amazing location but otherwise it's fairly standard. Breakfast is timed at 30min slots which you have to book. For the price we paid I was not impressed with how staff made us feel for missing out spot, especially as the breakfast area was quiet at the time. The rooms are fine but the best aspect is the locker room you have to store your ski gear at the base of the main slopes. While it's expensive it was worth it to not have to walk up the steep steps to the old town.

Perfect location with ski lockers on level -2 with a quick lift up right to the entrance of the gondola meaning it was so easy. The hotel is also a great location and we had an amazing view that looked over the mountain bellow. Very warm, great shower and always clean towels and room. The breakfast was good however I think due to covid options were greatly reduced as there was nothing hot. Staff were helpful and we had a lovely stay here

Really great hotel, superb location. Lockers for skis on -2 floor through the car park u der the main Gondola station. Locker keys on reception. Free WiFi although not brilliant it does the job. Breakfast from 7.30am so you can be first up the slopes. Lovely hot showers, room fully refreshed everyday.

we stayed here in 2022 february, and let me tell you...it was magical, we booked for 3 nights and needed a early check in ( around 10 am),which we were received for, in a real cosy and nice way, the staff was very nice, storing our spare luggage while the room was not ready, meanwhile they gave us good adivce of nearby stores to rent our snowboard/ski gear including a hotel related dicount voucher for both of those shops, and the gear was actually good and new, not just a tourist trap. the hotel is perhaps the second or third (hotel) closest to the main chairlifts that will take you to the main ski area up in the mountains, you also get a key to a lockeroom right underneath said chairlifts. which makes the whole transition from ski-mode to aprés-ski mode really natural. This hotel is unbeliavable close to everyhting, seriously, you have your own acess from the big parking lot, you can come with the luggage from your car to your room without crossing a single step. you are close to the aprés-ski parties overlooking the amazing sunset, like room window close. the supermarket/rentalskishop/forfeitQiosque/fancyrestaurant/nightpartybar, ,everything is within 70m distane of the hotel door. the breakfast is good and enough, but there is a very nice breakfast qiosque 30m away from the hote door if you grow tired of its breakfast options. this hotel is one of the best ways and also one of the most cost effective ways of enjoying sierra nevada to the fullest

Great location, but we couldn’t sleep at night, too much noise. You could practically hear what the people in other rooms are saying. The breakfast is basically bread and bad coffee.

One of the best hotels in Pradollano. Great location, wonderful bar area. Fantastic breakfast selection. Couldn't fault it.

Yelp
I was torn between a 3 or 4 star rating, so it is more of a 3.5 rating for our first time here. *Please note that wifi is non existent in the rooms. They only work well in the reception and dining areas (level 0 and -1). They issue a key ID that is good for 7 days and one device, so if you have multiple devices, ask for several key IDs. Check in/Check out: We arrived late in the evening around 10pm but there were no issues. We were able to check in with ease and the front desk staff gave us all we needed for our weekend stay. Check out was not an issue as well, very easy and without any troubles. The staff here are very helpful. They also helped me make my reservation over the phone even though my Spanish speaking skills are non existent. The hotel also gives a big locker for your equipment that is located just below the lifts on the -2 level of the parking garage. All you need to do is leave a 20€ deposit with them and get it back after returning the keys. Car Parking: located on -2 level, so upon arriving, just look for signs. Bring your parking ticket with you when checking in. They will stamp it and this gives you a discount for parking. They will instruct you to bring this discounted ticket to -3 level of the parking garage and you can pay ahead of time. Very easy and a good rate. Location: You can't get a better location than this. The hotel is situated in the main plaza area that is the hub for getting lift tickets, rental equipment, and restaurants. This was the winning factor for us. it was very convenient for us to walk out of the hotel and be in the plaza without having to walk up and down any hills. Rooms/Dining: The hotel itself has an older feel but overall it is nice and cozy. We were given a room on the -3 level that faced part of the mountain. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and facilities were good. The only negative feeling about the room was that the beds were very uncomfortable (which gives the 3.5 rating). We had two twin beds pushed together and Thin mattresses. You could feel the bed springs with any movement you make. The floors are tiled and cold so bring warm slippers to walk. Walls are thin so if you're a light sleeper, take note of this. There is a safe and small refrigerator provided in the room. Our rate included breakfast buffet. Hours are from 8-11am and can be very busy the first hour as people are trying to load up before the lifts open. They offer hot and cold items and plenty of beverage choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The only problem we had was the bed. After a long day of snowboarding, it would be nice to be able to have a bed you could easily fall asleep in. I've read lots of reviews about this place and the common issue is mostly the uncomfortable beds and wifi issues in the rooms. Hopefully the hotel can take note of this to improve their facilities.
