my go-to boutique hotel in berlin, central location "mitte", close to all museums, panorama view of alex-tower on hotel-rooftop bar! i love the dark-colored & sexy design concept of this hotel with a charmful room. hotelbar and charismatic barkeepers recommended. i choose backyard room, totally quiet in the most urban centered setting. had healthy breakfast with fruits, porridge and fresh ginger tea, which was a fraction of the sumptuous buffet!

Awesome stay with a baby, thanks to super friendly hotel staff ❤️
We stayed at the apartment-style room because of our baby and it was the best decision ever. The apartment had a little kitchen and two rooms, so we could also watch TV while the baby was asleep.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing and very-well connected to everything. It is also right next to many cafes and restaurants. The price for what we got was definitely worth it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Its prime location near the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a modern yet cozy vibe, with stylish decor that immediately sets a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also walking distance to Berliner Dom and Berlin National museum. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was the perfect location to explore Berlin. Right next to the train station and a tram line right outside the hotel. Stunning decor and really clean! Bar man was so lovely and accommodating with non alcoholic cocktail options. Very accommodating!

Great location and generally a nice hotel. Rooms are dark which adds to the decor, but a light by the bathroom mirror would help when applying makeup as well as a flat surface. The reception staff were helpful and attentive. |The location is great. A 2 minute walk to our walking tour. A few minutes from Museum Island. Fairly close to more attractions + Christmas Markets. |To connect to the airport, on the train, we used the RE8 and S9 to Alexanderplatz, but you could use the train at Hackescher Markt which is only a few minutes away ( seems to be just S-Bahn and is a slower train because it stops at more stations). |Bars, restaurants and shops in the area. We went to Kilkenny Irish Bar ( live music), Restauration 1840 and an atmospheric bar in Pasaje Arte Independiente which were all great in their own way. Fab supermarket with a cafe called Rewe for a cheap and easy breakfast.|Best to translate to German your emails if you want a reply.

Good location, convenient for sights and public transport. Some great restaurants nearby. The rooms were very dark which made it quite difficult to find things in your room. Comfortable beds, good sound proofing. Unfortunately the bars in the hotel weren’t open when we were there. It would have been good to have been told in advance, and perhaps reflected in the room rate. Unlikely to stay there again.

My wife & I spent 4 nights after finding Hotel Zoe with TripAdvisor. Our room was small, with little space to move between furniture & walls, but clean and surprisingly quiet. The location was excellent for a 1st visit to Berlin, with easy access to public transport museum island, plus a variety of restaurants nearby. I did not see the desk crew look up from their screens whenever we passed, but maybe they were just busy. As others have mentioned, charging for 2-3 additional coffee pods seems very petty for a “3-star” hotel. In general, a practical choice if you just need a place sleep between exploring the city, but nothing stands out.

The hotel is very well located in Hackescher Markt, which is a great transport hub to cover Berlin, with s-bahn and tram access in the immediate proximity. We arrived a little early, so they held our bags. As we had booke ddirect, our welcome gift was a 20% discount voucher on their restaurants. The hotel is modern, with a black/dark hued theme. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. We didn't eat breakfast. The only unusual observations were slightly iffy cleaning (we saw scraps of paper lying uncleared near the bed) and the practice of charging for coffee if asked to be replenished after the first night (very unusual fora hotel of this standard, needs an immediate relook as this comes across as trivial). Staff are friendly and efficient. Good value accommodation in an otherwise expensive city like Berlin, and in the heart of the Mitte.
