An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

I was very good experience to stay there ! Easy check-in, very clean room and bathroom. Clean bed and soundproof window. The staff were friendly and highly professional. We were able to leave our luggage for free after check-out to explore Berlin for a few more hours. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Our stay was comfortable - the hotel is located near the city center, a lot of beautiful sights are reachable by walk. Shops, fast-food points and pub are close enough. The room is not large, but it's enough for a short stay. The bathroom was comfortable, the only issue was ventilation, so we had to keep the bathroom door open after taking a shower, but it wasn't big deal. Air conditioner is available, which is good for the summer. Overall the room itself was clean and confy, so our stay was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zoe by Amano. It has some good points but also some less good points which we found frustrating....||Good:|- Location is great. Really close to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, transport links etc.|- Breakfast was really nice. Lots of options and everything we had was very tasty.||Not so good:|- Very impersonable. The online check-in & check-out and digital room key seemed a good option but....this meant 1. no one greeted us so it wasn't very welcoming, 2. when we needed to speak to someone we had to go and find then in the office and 3.using the digital room key meant we didn't have a physical key that you still needed for the electric to work. |- Neither bar was open whilst we were there. The roofbar would have been a great spot to enjoy a drink but each time we went up there hoping the bar had opened it was just deserted. |- The pillows were awful..!

Location is amazing, so close to everything. Rooms really nice and clean, could do with better lighting, especially at night! Very moody so you can’t see much when the day light has gone! Disappointed with the rooftop bar, first night and day it wasn’t open, then when it was open we had to go all the way to the ground floor to order a drink and bring it all the way back up! Not sure it should be advertised as a rooftop bar, and also be clearer on your opening hours.

Excellent location with amazing staff and beautiful room.|The rooftop bar is really pretty and cozy. |Rooms are pretty and has everything that is needed.|Room was not that expensive, so for that price this was amazing experience.|Breakfast was AMAZING, there was just enough options, so it didn't feel too overwhelming. Also the restaurant was so pretty! |Everything in this hotel was 10/10, and I will definitely go again!

This is a good hotel in a really fab location. You can walk to all the key sites in Berlin, or get a relatively cheaper Uber, and a major station for the transit is right nearby. There are markets, restaurants and shops.||||The beds are pretty comfy, the room was pretty clean. The airconditioning could be improved, but the soundproofing was excellent, we only hear a few bangs from next door once and awhile but no tv or talking etc.||||The staff are moderately friendly, and the roof is nice, though the roof bar is closed Monday which is a shame when it was the only sunny day!

The HVAC system in the hotel was apparently unable to cool the room sufficiently to provide for comfortable sleeping. We had to open the window at night in order to lower the temperature in the room. And doing that, of course, lets the street noise inside. We encounter this situation fairly often when we're in Europe, but that doesn't excuse it. The inadequacy of the illumination in the bedroom (not the bathroom) was perhaps even more irritating. At night there is not even close to enough light in the room to enable reading and writing. The light above the desk gave off essentially no light at all. I cannot imagine how you can consider this condition to be acceptable.
