We are on a two week cycling trip in Croatia with ExperiencePlus Cycling. We love the gorgeous routes, seaside accommodations, private dining selections - all good. This hotel is well situated for a lovely swim either in front of the hotel or on the other side in an lovely cove. We swam in the cover - pebble beach, crystal clear water, and not a lot of people. We were close enough to walk into the island town for a lovely lunch. The hotel is a huge property. Our room was clean and we had a balcony were we could open our door for a sea breeze at night (and dry our cycling clothes). While the room was basic and clean, the hallways and furniture were a bit dated and run down. Marco at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is serviceable, but the vast majority of the value is in the location on the peninsula. Most rooms are only a few steps from the beach, which was absolutely lovely. We booked a family suite, which came with a double balcony. That was our favorite bit of the room and we would return again on the strength of the view from the balcony. The room and hotel are very worn though, and I wasn't thrilled to have moths falling out of the bedroom curtains. The bathroom tub is very high for anyone who might be struggling with mobility or balance. Overall, the stay was fine but the beach was the real attraction.

the hotel is old, without renovation, the rooms are not very good. The only saving grace is the location of the hotel, it is perfect, the hotel is dirty, there is a lot of garbage around, the rooms are in the style of the 90s. The pool is not working. Terrible hotel.

I have been coming to your hotel for years. I consciously come to a hotel with three stars, even though there are much better hotels in the area than Hotel Zora. I come to Primosten for the reason that I love that city, the location of the hotel is worth a million dollars. Last year I was very satisfied with everything, from the cleanliness of the room, food to the restaurant manager who was at your service the whole time. she helped us a lot and directed us to attractions in Sibenik, at breakfast we felt at home, also her young team were excellent. Effort and commitment to raise the average hotel to a higher level. as a person who works with hotels I was pleasantly surprised. I came this year as well. unfortunately things are much worse. rude staff and amateur staff throughout the hotel, dirty room. Communication in the restaurant is difficult, no one speaks fluent English, not even the manager. food bad. sorry, I'm not coming back here anymore. this is bad even for a three-star hotel.

When arrived the reception give me another room respect to my reservation: whitout air conditioning and with fridge out of use. We dont suggest this hotel, very much expensive.

Awesome location, hotel is on a small peninsula with a lot of trees and natural shade and all around is the beach. Hotel requires some refresh since it's really outdated, however we had a room on ground floor with a big terrace that's close to the beach, so we spent most of time there. Also it's understaffed best seen in restaurant were we waited for some time to be served.

The hotel is a lot better than the pictures as it's clean and well kept. The decor is dated but has a certain 79s Soviet charm. |I stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, and wifi was stable. The location was perfect as you can walk to the beach within minutes. Old town with different restaurants and coffee options are very close too.|Breakfast and dinner were also good with lots of choices including good salad bars, meat, sweets.|The real treat was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There were over 200 of us in the group with various needs and staff was happy to help.

This hotel has an excellent location, right by the beach. We stayed half board. Food was buffet style and was very nice and all staff in restaurant were very friendly and cleaned tables very quickly. Both bars have a beautiful outlook on Primošten. The only thing that didn't make me give this hotel 5 star is their rooms. They are very dated and bathrooms are seriously needing refurbishment. Don't get me wrong rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable, They say all rooms have Seaview, this is not really true. My room looked onto the carpets and you could just about see the sea through all the trees. I would just say be aware that this resort is mostly full of Europeans we were told that British don't usually go there, I don't know why this is because its absolutely stunning place. Would I return, most definitely but would get one of their refurbished Premier rooms.
