Hotel Zurbriggen

We are currently on the train leaving zermatt and I felt the need to immediately write a review. Our stay was absolutely exceptional!!! The atmosphere of this hotel felt like home. It was quintessential. Our room and views were stunning. Breakfast in the room was so perfect. We enjoyed an evening with fondue in the room and I had the most amazing massage by Anya. The outdoor hot pool with the views was so relaxing. The free bus system made it very convenient to get around town. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone looking to go to zermatt.

I couldn’t wait until we got off the train to write a review because our stay was amazing! We only stayed one night and wished we could stay more. The amenities were excellent and included in your stay. This family puts a lot of time, thought, and effort to make your stay welcoming. Not to mention the views of the Matterhorn are stunning! When we come back we are definitely staying with them again!

We spent our 10 years anniversary with Suitenhotel Zurbriggen. Doesn’t feel like hotel at all. The atmosphere was amazing that makes us feel like home. We reserved the room #1 which gets us mountain view from our bedroom and patio. Loved that fact it’s family owned and run. They were super friendly and connected. I would come back here again with family.

We visited Suitenhotel Zurbriggen for the 4th time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and do some hiking. Such an incredibly special place. It is located such that it has totally unobstructed views of the Matterhorn. It is next to the Klein Matterhorn gondola. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed, comfortable. Great beds and bathroom. Wonderful kitchenette. The pool, hot tub and showers are wonderful. The food is fantastic. And the hosts Moni and Permin Zurbriggen are welcoming and gracious hosts. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed here and couldn’t be more happy with our stay. They were so welcoming, the room was perfect, great location, and the outdoor area with the hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. 10/10!

Absolutely stunning hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The amenities from the outdoor pool to sauna and spa area were incredible. The view from the balcony itself was enough to make our stay worth it. Marina, our host, was so friendly and hospitable. They even had a taxi service from the train station. 100% would recommend to anyone visiting Zermatt!!

A 5 star experience! One of our favorite places! Plus the train shuttle is free! We loved the ambiance, the view, and the special way the hosts made us feel! Highly recommend!

This was the best place for our honeymoon! The room was like a fairytale. We were served breakfast in our room each morning. The staff was so nice and super helpful, especially when it came to restaurant recommendations. I wish we got the girl at the front desk name, but she was so nice! The spa was also something I need to mention. Super clean and peaceful. The warming pool has an incredible view of the matterhorn. Would book this place again!
