Very simple hotel right across the street from the hospital. Great if you're here bc you're visiting someone staying at the hospital. Otherwise I'm not sure regarding the location. Very close to the train station though (Umeå Östra) which is 1 stop from the main station. Plenty of bus lines it seems. The staff is friendly and the hotel entrance is nice. The food at the restaurant is your average buffet. The rooms and halls are simple, bare and seem a bit older. The single bed was a bit small but the comfort was ok, the bathroom again was simple, but all was clean. Overall great to stay for hospital purposes otherwise I'd pick a different hotel. 3-star hotel delivering 3-star quality.

We were positively surprised by the overall experience. The value for money was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the great location of the hotel. The inviting lobby set a welcoming tone right from the start, and I found the rooms to be of a fair size, providing a comfortable environment for my stay.||One of the highlights was undoubtedly the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, I must commend your staff for their friendliness and attentiveness; they made our stay even more enjoyable.||Without a doubt, I will be choosing your hotel again for my next visit to Umea. Reasonably priced well located hotel. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy access to public transport right outside. No tea or coffee in room so you need to buy these or take supplies.

Hotel has no parking available. You need to park in a lot about a block away from Hotel. This lot charges for parking||This is an in-patient hotel for people who are awaiting surgeries at hospital across the street||Nice big comfortable rooms||Great breakfast||Good price

The night reception lady is the most unfriendly swedish person we met in our trip. Also the car park is very expensive. Unfortunately didn't enjoyed our stay there.

A lovely place to stay for us & easy to get to, just 20 minutes from the ferry port. We arrived on our motorbike & parked it directly outside the hotel near the door & had no objections. Easy staffed check-in. Room was great with a view. Breakfast was first class & served in a very lovely dining area. The hotel ticked all our boxes & we highly recommend this place for bikers travelling via the ferry😁

A real gem for a very affortable price. Buffet lunch and dinner also available. - again a bargain. Very spacious and clean rooms and comfy beds. Little electric fireplace in the room was an interesting extra. Maybe nice in wintertime. The hotel serves also people needing accommodation for hospital visits next door.

I still remember, that I was here 10 years ago. I reached Umeå at 2 o'clock in the morning. It was very cold. I called on the door. They let me in and facilitate me very nicely. Very hospitalised employee was she. She offer me coffee and then took me to my door. I appreciate.
