Right next to the central station, very good value for money. Late and good, cheap breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.
My room had four bunk beds and no windows, like a ship cabin. But the advantage is that it is very silent, no street noise. If you are alone or only 2 people in the room, it is very nice. At full occupancy, it may be a bit cramped.
Mattresses were good (real spring mattresses), pillows OK. Reading lamps at each bed, and electric sockets.
There was noise from other rooms at some times during the night, but nothing terrible – it can happen randomly.
Digital nomads and others who need to study or work can use the very large breakfast/lounge area, which is bright, silent and has large windows to the street and old central station. Or you can borrow a chair and bring it to the room.
The communal bathroom area is large and clean.
Breakfast for 95 SEK is a bargain. Served until 11 at weekdays and 13 in weekdays. The buffet was like an average hotel – with two additions: there are very good gluten-free options (good kinds of bread, three müslis, good corn flakes) – and you can bake your own wafers which are all gluten-free. I dared to use the wafer machines and didn't get any adverse reaction. There is also oat milk, but gluten-free plant milk is lacking. They need to get soy milk too.
Laundry costs 75 SEK and you get to use the laundry room for 2 hours.
The kitchen is large and very clean, but should be better equipped. Ample space in refrigerators, and one freezer. They provide only paper cups, no real glasses or cups. That is not sustainable.
