Great stay in Kiruna! The Hotel E-10 is a fantastic choice for exploring the city and its surroundings. Even without a rental car, we could easily reach all the main tourist attractions using public transportation. The room was comfortable—not overly luxurious, but it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was not included but is a provided a great start to the day. The hotel also has a sauna, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of activities. A special mention to the staff—they were absolutely amazing! Always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay even better. Overall, a great value-for-money option in Kiruna. Would definitely stay here again!

It is not a very luxurious or fancy hotel. It is however a very nice place with friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel comes with a free sauna, free breakfast buffet and optional dinner buffer (paid). Both buffets are simple, but nice. The location is known by various tour providers which is nice if you're a tourist. I can highly recommend E-10 hotel when visiting Kiruna.

Great stay in Kiruna. For me, the price is worth it - in this hotel you get breakfast included, and there were a couple nights with delicious dinner included as well (those are usually from Monday to Thursday). As we did not get a car in Kiruna, this was a convenient location to access all touristic areas of the city by public transportation. The room is comfortable, not luxurious (I was not expecting it to be), and you can adjust the radiator for improving the temperature.

Stayed here in December 2024 as a couple. About 15-20 minutes drive from the Kiruna Airport and within the City Centre where you can walk around to various restaurants, malls, shopping centers. We reached by flight towards late evening and took the Airport bus which dropped us just outside the hotel and were able to easily walk to the hotel with heavy bags in the snow. Check-in was quick, reception closes at 8pm on weekends, but we had instructions on the key pick up from the drop-box but we made it in time. We had opted for a Double Room which was allotted on a higher floor as per our request and took the lift upstairs. ||A nice, clean, compact room with a very compact sized bathroom and toiletries (toilet paper, towels, napkins and shampoo, body wash, and other amenities like a small refrigerator). The shower area was extremely small. We stayed only for 1N as we were moving to a glass igloo property the next day, but was totally worth it. There was a grocery store and multiple pizza, burger places just across the hotel.||Since it was almost the midst of winter in Sweden, we did need the heater. Buffet Breakfast was amazing, with a limited spread and great taste, did not get too crowded. We were then off for our Husky sled ride in the morning. We left our luggage in the storage area and after our return we got picked up to go to our next property with glass igloos.||Overall, a decent stay and would definitely recommend staying here as this hotel was just perfectly centrally located, decent rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast and value for money! It was much better than we expected. Thank you Hotell E10 Kiruna for the wonderful hospitality and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was simple and cozy for the price. What I didn’t liked about the key system is that I couldn’t acces the sauna but my friends who booked with me, with the same price got access. Clean shower and bed linen. I even got nice auroras outside. There are pharmacy, petroleum pump, supermarket, in the close vicinity.

If you are a person with no standards and don't care about service you'll fit right in! However if you have some standards and hope of getting good service you should look for another hotel. The service was as cold as the climate. Every time I talked to the receptionist it was like I was an nuisance to her. I think her name was Therese. She never smiled. Ever. She was rough, blunt, butch and had no finesse at all. Think of a wife of a biker gang leader and you'll get a good picture of her. I didn't feel welcomed nor appreciated as a guest. I don't think she cared. I tried to avoid her for my whole stay but couldn't for practical reasons. And mind you I didn't do anything bad towards her to deserve this treatment. She was very rarely actually at the reception. Mostly she played with her phone, sitting in the lounge area bored to death or was behind in the kitchen avoiding servicing the guests. I think she hates her job and probably her life too. She never looked at nor greeted me when I entered the hotel. Not even once. When I left the hotel she didn't say goodbye nor asked how my stay was. Well I guess you are going to find out now! I paid 1800kr per night for a simple room with food included. The last night I stayed there I bought my own frozen pizza since they don't serve dinner on the weekends. So I asked her if they had a microwave to heat it up. She looked at me as if I was something the cat had dragged in. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable (even though it's me who pays 1800kr per night already!). So I bought a beer to please her. It cost me 90kr, hardly a bargain. When I handed her my pizzas she told me to unpack them myself from the box, get some plates myself and hand it to her. She couldn't even bother do that for me. After the pizzas were done she told me to get them myself and walk to my room because I was not allowed to eat them in the dining room, even though I bought a really expensive beer from them. FIRST HOTEL standard is a real overstatement. This is the LAST HOTEL in Kiruna you should stay at. This is the place you stay when every other hotel is fully booked and even then a tent would be the better option. That receptionist made me feel so unwelcome that even though the location is 5 min from my workplace I rather walk 30 min, staying at Scandic or Best Western instead, than stay at this dump again. It's almost the same price anyway, and you'll get free exercise plus the quality is most probably on a higher level. The hotel is on paper a three star hotel but in reality it's more like a hostel with individual rooms. The pictures are nothing like the real thing. The rooms were ok and kind of clean but the bathrooms have probably not been updated since the 70's. The rooms have no sound insulation so you'll hear every sound from other guests and the rockabilly kids driving their loser cars outside playing loud music. When you use the toilet you can hear the pee running through the pipes. The curtain is also too small to cover the whole window so light sips into the room keeping you awake at night. So bring both earplugs and eye mask if you want to sleep. Oh yeah and the internet cuts off every other minute so you have to reconnect your phone or laptop over and over again. The food that was served during the weekdays was very nice thanks to a good chef. Both thumbs up for him. The food never ran out. The location was great and very close to work for me. However I'm not coming back to stay if I can avoid it. That receptionist ruined my whole experience. I will cancel the 2 weeks that I had planned to stay at this hotel during the summer for work, just to avoid her. Hopefully the owners replace her or force her to change her attitude because I bet I'm not the only one feeling this way about her from the looks of previous comments. She's bad for business I can tell you that. I will tell all my colleagues to stay away from this dump. I hope this review makes the owners feel as uncomfortable as that receptionist made me feel unwelcome.

Room is decently cleaned. Service is friendly. Next to the hotel there's ICA and Coop which has something to shop for even in this remote town. Included breakfast and dinner feels eating at home.

We found this hotel last night minute before we were sledding in the National Park. Great find, super welcoming, staff really helpful. All you need including a very good breakfast, large sauna and plenty of parking. Supermarket opposite and other shops nearby
