We arrived late at 3 am and the hotel allowed us for late check-in without an additional fee. I had informed the hotel 2 weeks in advance and they sent us the guidance for self check-in. The process for late check-in was easy to follow as well. We booked a room with shared kitchen and bathroom. It was quite small but totally okay. For cleanliness, everything is amazing despite the shared bathroom! You can see in my pictures that the shared bathroom and kitchen are clean. The breakfast options are pretty much European standard: bread, meat, salad, oats/muesli/etc., milk, yoghurt, boiled eggs, etc. Good value for money with breakfast included. The hotel location is pretty far from the city centre but it is totally fine with the price. Some staff are extremely friendly, but some others don't look so welcoming so it's pretty hard to judge this aspect.

Very good for the price - pleasant surprise overall. It was very clean and pleasant with many mods ern amenities. The staff went above and beyond to help and were so kind. The breakfast was nice with good choices. Largely continental but a bit extra. For the location and price, it was perfect.

You get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel which you can see on the interior, buffet and the room. I completely missed that my room didn't have a private toilet/shower when booking as I thought it always was included in hotels. So overall does this feel like a mix between hostel and hotel.

One of the most affordable hotels in town and they also provide breakfast! Moreover, if you would like to have dinner outside, you can also go to the restaurants next door. Subway and Kebab Restaurant are just one-door away. A very good recommended place to stay for a short period.

The hotel room was quite nice. ( single room ) I did not explore anything on the hotel. Price: I don't know, my company paid my visit. + Breakfast: Good enough. - The shower could have one more glasswall, because water was almost everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. + There is a thing to scrape the water with.

The rooms are indeed small as some previously have said. Friendly staff provided me with 2 room cards even though I were single, so phone and laptop can continue to be charged when you're out. (Or if you're two or several - one leaves the room.) The bed was perfect, though it was soft it gave support, so no problem with my back here. For the less costly rooms there's bathroom in the corridor, the kind I did choose. Parking is free, the breakfast buffet is excellent, rooms are allergy safe. Located close to both main roads, bus pass nearby and a decent price on the beer in the evening. You cannot go wrong with this one.

Our overnight stay at Hotell Fyrilund was a great experience. Checkin and out process was quick. Staff welcomed us with a smile and helped us with directions. Coffee was on 24/7 in the lobby. Guests had access to a kitchen - glasses, plates and microwave - which was very helpful. Wifi was good. There was ample parking space just outside the hotel entrance. The only negative was the tiny sized room.

I was alone on a 10 day driving tour of Sweden and just needed somewhere cheap, clean and basic for one night. This hotel did the job.||It is on the outskirts of Uppsala, in a commercial area, so a car is necessary. Driving in to the city centre is not difficult and takes about 10 minutes.||I had a single room - it had a single bed and was small. Clean. Ensuite OK, but the shower did make most of the bathroom floor wet. ||I was at the front of the building. View of a huge carpark (needless to say parking was no problem), dual carriageway and several commercial premises.||Dinner was included. I had a salad - it was substantial and fresh. Cooked meals are heated in a microwave - they looked less inviting. Breakfast was fine.||It took me a while to find the hotel. It shares the ground floor of the building it occupies with a Subway outlet and its signs are overwhelmed by the Subway advertising. Having said that, the building itself was really obvious - once I realised that's where the hotel was.||||If you are the sort of person who can put up with a view of a car park on the outskirts of town for one night in order to have reasonably priced accommodation in expensive Sweden, this might be for you. ||If you are a honeymoon couple, you might just want to shop around a bit more.
