unpleasant behavior from the employee (male) at the reception when I was solving a problem with my room. dirty bathroom (shower with mold, hair on the floor, dirty wall around the toilet, not clean trash can), unclean mattresses, dust on the lamps, devastated walls and a room without air conditioning and the inability to open the window. during breakfast service from a lady who topped up the food with gloves that she used to take away dirty dishes and serve the reception - unhygienic. boring breakfast only positive were pancakes with half-empty Nutella and classical music. Dirty equipment (tea jar, jam jar, toaster). You can just see that they don't bother with cleaning and cleanliness here.see photo...for an overnight stay and a disgusting breakfast (shriveled salad, smelly ham, old bananas and cucumber, you can see that everything was prepared the day before = dewy food jars) it's ok. but you'd better pay extra and find another hotel. thanks to this negative and terrible experience I experienced a professional approach from booking customer care and compensation for my disappointment.On the other hand, after complaining about the first room, they offered us another one, but that was also an experience (dirty shelf in the bathroom, constantly dripping shower tap, really small bathroom, falling curtains, dusty lamps, stained bed linen, old mattresses, inability to open the window only 2 cm). So we ended our paid stay (two nights with breakfast) after one night and found a better hotel, a little more expensive but cleaner and with better quality breakfast. You better think about where you invest your money. I was just surprised that this really works, but I understand that on the other hand some people like it (style of accommodation).
