Nice one night stay in this old style hotel (trip to the past regarding the room furniture). The locstion is very quiet. We had a decent breakfast.

Kind of run down but ...who cares , it's in a great spot and has good rates . Price was pretty good. Lovely walk to lake over the road Great to be so close to the snow in autumn Cabins have basic cooking facilities - but no water - they are very warm and cozy .

This hotel is stucked in time, WIFI isnt working, everything there is old, food was horrible, dishes were dirty, personal unfriendly, even the minigolf was in horrible state. This is really just one night only.

As a group traveling with a car we have chosen this hotel for our overnight stay because of its convenient location (right next to highway) and a free safe parking place. But to be perfectly honest I was a bit disappointed. Let me start by stating pros. The location is near highway and at the same time near river in a quiet neighborhood. Typical red houses make for a perfect Swedish ambiance. And staff was quite nice and helpful as well. That`s about it.||Not to beat around bush I go direct to disappointing matters. First the obvious, proximity to highway does not allow you to enjoy a river or a good night sleep without road noise. Furniture and rooms decoration has seen better times, and it looks and feels really dated (like from 70s). Breakfast was tolerable. What is not tolerable is however price. My friend (not knowing the price) has described this accommodation as mediocre motel. And I agree with him. For exactly the same money You can get a room in much better hotels in the Luleå downtown. I would consider this place again only with a significant discount 30-50%.

We stopped for only one night. It was a nice location, close to forest and a river, but some of the spots are next to the highway so I understand there is a lot of noise from traffic (we had a spot away from traffic). The toilets and showers are in good condition and clean. Wifi does not reach the camping spots, but does reach the service building. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast and lunch and à la carte dinner.

We stayed not really at the hotel there, but on the camping site but it was hotel stuff who took care of everything. We hd a terrific place for a tent, close to forest with lovely, soft grass and clean like anywhere else! The service house was clean and big with a kitchen and a dinning room for many people. ||The lady at the reception desk was so nice and helpful, cause we needed some advice. There were two massage chairs in the lobby, which you could use for free and they were really fancy and good ones! Prices for hotel rooms were reasonable, and breakfest and wi-fi was included (but we stayed with our tent anyway). The restaurant was big with a nice garden and terrace and good food. ||The camping site and hotel is close to the main road, but the noise is not disturbing at all. If you are looking for not a big place to stay, with very calm and beautiful surrounding, this one is perfect!

The rooms are basic and in need of a little decoration. You hardly ever see any staff. You ring the bell on the desk to check in and after that you hardly see a member of staff. The hotel is next to the motorway but we didn't really hear it in our room. There are no drinks in the rooms but there is free tea and biscuits at reception. There wasn't any evening meal provided so we travelled the 8 or ten miles into town. A reasonable buffet breakfast was provided.||||A good, reasonable priced option for Sweden if you are on your way north or south.

We were on a biking trip with four adults and stayed one night in a cottage. However, the booked cottage, albeit cozy, was way too small for four adults. The staff was expecting us to be family of four. However, we got extra hotel room (with small additional price). In addition, the staff helped us to book our next accommodation which made our trip much less stressful. And the breakfast was nice!
